If my delivery was on time & I was courteous & friendly I'd maybe get a tip Sometimes a really good tip! & I myself almost stopped getting deliverys To my home Cause everytime lately I was told! To tip! Not asked! Told to! & after a few times of using my debit & being told to tap a tip It started rubbing me the wrong way! So after more than a few times Of that happening I now started letting my girlfriend answer the door As she very rarely tips Unless our food came At a very reasonable time & if the driver was courteous & friendly & also cause She is not shy about saying I'm not tipping you! I work hard for my money! You took way to long! Or! If our food came cold! Cause you're very late! So if the bag wasn't still warm She check what'sa inside that paper bag & if it was no longer warm No tip was given! So if you want to deliver hot food Make sure! That you come on time & you have more than enough change + having enough change Helps get you your tip Cause common sense rules! Duhhhhhhhhh! & that's my tip to you Always carry more than enough change Or Not! The decision is yours to make As I always made good tips While never asking for a tip + I was always on time Never taking 4 orders I'd take 3 or less & I always made sure To thank that person as well Who just tipped me Soooooo haaaa! So I understand why Canadians feel they way they do. Especially the ones born and raised here. I'm 31, was born here, and I often feel the same way everyone else does. The only problem that I see is that the issues that are in Canada are also in every other Western country. I'm concerned with the future, but I also know that throughout every generation, there are ups and downs. I'm willing to stick it out. I live outside of Toronto,I love the lack of natural disasters and access to water, and I still feel very safe. Although crime is up, it is nothing compared to the U.S. \n\nI'm actually living quite comfortably. Although my costs have gone up, I have made smart decisions in my life that allow me to live well. I own my own house, don't have car or credit card debt, and I only need to earn 40k a year to cover all of my bills. Every cent extra I earn goes to paying down my mortgage, gym, and golf once a week. \n\nThe question is, is it better l elsewhere? I don't know, but I am trying to be happy with what I have instead of what I could have had by being born 30 years too late. Ultimately, I would rather stay here work within the system to change it and continue to make smart decisions that put me ahead. Starting out all over again makes my stomach sick, and I love this country, despite it's flaws and its government, it has great people and beautiful nature. \n\nBest wishes to all of you other Canadians, and let's make it the Canada we want and deserve again.

I was born in Moldova. Brought to Canada against my will while a teenager. Got married in Canada. My kids were born and grew up in Canada, one graduated high school already in Canada and the other one is in grade 10. \nI got a career at TD that I gave up in Canada. Few years ago before quiting my job I told my wife I'm done with Canada.\nI was lucky that moldovans due to historical events before WW2 are allowed to resore their Romanian citizenship and I did that. My kids by law had to restore their EU citizenship as well. \nRight now I'm in Romania and I'm in the process of selling everything in Canada and bringing my wife and kids over. \nIt was the best decision of my life. It's such a breath of fresh air to see that people can live a normal life with normal taxes and life values. \nFor those who are behind, if you have means and ways to move just run while it's not too late. Life is one and don't waste it on corrupt politicians that from boredome and easy money only have one wish: to enslave you mentally, physically and financially. Run while you can.

Im in BC . I got rid of the tenants cuz they would be late. Filled 15 non payment / late payment notices with the tenancy branch and delivered to tenant. The tenancy branch did absolutely NOTHING. 8 months later and loosing $36, 000 I made the decision to never rent ever. I got Airbnb license and am glad I made the right choice. I make the same rental income with no headache, and less use of the house. My two friends who had rental properties just stopped renting and sold them and put their monies into other businesses. Id say if you are renting, sell them and do something else cuz its a no win situation in canada. These politicions know there are more renters to give them the votes.

I tried to emigrate from Germany to Canada in late 2022 and already left again after 3 weeks when I experienced the mentioned reasons. Yes we have higher taxes in Germany but the inflation with groceries and rental is less high and I also appreciate the social security system in Germany more again. Videos like yours help me to confirm my decision and close that chapter. I prefer to visit friends in Oregon/USA during vacation as North America experience.

I totally agree that this country will break your spine and test your ultimate willpower. Me and my wife came here 5 years back and we decided that we will shut ourselves like a tortoise. Forget about savings and forget about everything else. Only and only one goal we had in mind is that we will live in the basement and earn top dollars. Just to give you a perspective. My first pay was 19 dollar per hour and my current pay is 87 per hour. My wife started with 16.5 per hour and now earning 69 per hour. Even though our income grew substantially, we never raised our expenses. Answer to all problems in Canada is income. Now after 5 years we bought house worth of 1.4 M. We moved out of basement and felt immense pride. We paid 37% down payment and 3 banks approved our mortgages in a heartbeat. No debt at all. We paid up our car in full. Just a regular new suv nothing fancy. \nEveryone is different, we all are unique and I believe you took a right decision. Each and every word you said in the video is true. \nWe cried , we fought , we felt that our life is ruined but we both thought that ek bar to Canada ko harana hai. We crossed 300k and lately to be honest we got a kick in living in basement. People around us thought of us as a regular poor couple but from inside we knew that we are earning in top 3% of Canadian population. \nI would highly recommend that understand the job market of Canada. Work on your soft skills. Power on the language is MUST. It is even more important than your technical knowledge. Make meaningful connections. Stay away from negative people. Very good objective video. I grew up in Toronto and had many great experiences in the city as well as commuting from west Toronto into the city for five years of high school (grade 9 to grade13). At an very early age I used to fearlessly ride buses, street cars and the subway system with no concerns of crime or potential violence in my mind. I wouldn't suggest this now for a young person unless you have 2 or 3 marshal arts black belts in your resume! The very same circumstances exist in Vancouver...quite possibly x's 2. My family and I now live a short distance east of Vancouver, but the city has changed about 10,000% since I lived there from the late '70's to the late '90's. I don't mind saying that I believe most of the problems/issues in Toronto, Vancouver and many other cities in Canada have been accentuated by poor policy decisions at all levels of government...municipal, provincial and federal...particularly since 2015 aka the J Trudeau era. I suggest you to consider UAE as your next destination, specifically Abu Dhabi as a city where you and your kids will find it much comfortable to live and practice a good healthy life... you may hear that it is expensive, but trust me it is worth it, especially when it comes to Health, Safety and Environment friendly ... We were born in Sweden to Pakistani parents. My late father made the hard decision to move our entire family to Pakistan so that we could receive Islamic education and be in an Islamic environment. Despite having lived alone abroad throughout his life, his sole purpose was to provide us with the best education possible. Alhamdulillah, I am now a Hafize Quran, well-versed in the knowledge of the deen, and currently working in Sweden once again. So, I wish all of you the best on your journey. Nobody dares to say this but Canadians or rather white Canadians are racists, arrogant and exploitative. They can come across as nice on a superficial basis to the uninitiated. Many much needed legal immigrants have quietly suffered since the late 90s. They are finally realising this but it’s too late for them. The new ones, however, have such a bad deal that they reach the conclusion sooner. The decision to settle in the white west is now an utter stupidity unless you are alone and in your 20s and not planning to have a family.

I am descendant of Latinos, and I do not agree with this administration has caused. I met someone in a Walmart parking lot from Venezuela. He had been here in Atlanta for 10 days and didn’t know anyone. He told me he came to the US because Biden promised all Venezuelans asylum and therefore be legalized in the US. So I genuinely asked him how his country was, and he said that things were very difficult; not being able to afford basic things, so then I said “well, I’m sure that is the result of the presidents decisions, most precisely socialism/communism,” I thought he was going to agree and he said “no, our president and former president had good ideas and plans.” My point is that all of these people coming from Venezuelan are fleeing their country because of the negative situation that sadly is taking place in their country, however their mindsets have been corrupted by thinking they deserve to have “free” things. All of these ppl will be legalized and they will be able to vote very soon, so these ppl will vote democrat because they were given this opportunity by Biden. This is a very demonic man by the left, and sadly this will cause a lot negative results to the US. It’s too late to revert this, soon we will see the negative consequences of what this administration is causing to this country ?

I came to Canada with high hopes. But I left Canada after six years. As an introvert life was extremely hard there. Suffered depression, racism and devoloped an anxiety disorder. I regretted the decision I made but it was too late as I spend a lot of money and effort to be in Canada. I made the money save up and came back to India. I am happy here and finally I can breathe freely. I enjoy life here and enjoy the freedom here. I still visit once a while but to live there permanently is not for me and my mental health.\nCanada is beautiful its just not for me.
