My cousin came to canada under a 1 year work visa,, shes white french woman.. Speaks 5 languages, has 3 degrees, ran a business in France.. she landed here 1 years ago,, had to spend 400$ to prove she speaks ENGLISH, (she speaks it fluently),, she paid taxes the moment she landed and got a job, bought a car, a small apartment. Everything Canadian,, not like these degenerate scum sucking immigrants. Had to spend another 500$ to extend her visa for another year.. Everything was going well. For all the Indians reading comments here We are hated because of these: - Abandoning shopping carts in walmart/supermarket parking lot, or dragging the carts to the place where you live and throwing it by the roadside - Zooming past two way/four way stop signal - Unnecessarily accelerating and revving cars while driving through a residential area. Trust me ITS NOT "COOL" - Playing Punjabi gangster rap music at full volume, or talking loudly on phone when using public transport - Talking loudly with friends in places where we are expected to talk softly: Hospitals, museums, art gallery government/visa office, Medical centers/clinic - Stretching yours legs over the opposite empty seat while travelling in bus or train. Crowding the Handicap ramp to access GO train because it makes it easier to board the train (WTF!). - Suddenly switching lanes and turning into streets without using the indicator. - Opening the car door in full swing and leaving a dent/scratch on the next car at parking lots. Not so much as a courtesy to leave a sorry note. - Stealthily walking the dog at night and not picking up after dog - Throwing the car's garbage towards the direction of the dustbin when driving past a bus stop in residential area. - No basic etiquette and manners of wishing, thanking or apologizing. Did you know you are supposed to greet/wish the bus driver when you board a bus? - Refusing to speak in English while in Indian populated city. - Brampton, even worse - trying to fake an accent when you suck at grammar - Partying loudly through the night with no regards to neighbors - Culture dumping - deliberately bursting crackers when the city has banned it, making agni kund in backyard without taking safety precautions, its a fire hazard for houses built of wood, loudly playing mantras/bhajans early morning when you are living in a Condo/apartment - Not caring to shovel snow off footpath - Not showering after you've cooked at home and smelling like curry in the office. I went through a drive thru in Weyburn Saskatchewan and almost shit my pants when I seen (1) white guy working there, 99% Indian in the smack dab middle of the country, and it’s like this everywhere. Have heard half a dozen times from separate ppl that they were asked if they spoke Hindi or Punjabi to work at Tim Hortons because “all the staff spoke it” they take our jobs because they accept lower wages. I’m just fatigued, it just sucks because I know the vast majority of Indians before 2020 were actually nice and adaptable decently well. Now when you go out to eat or buy groceries you don’t even get a “have a nice day” which is a Canadian custom IMO. Most of the time besides the transaction details, they will not speak to you.

I went to Niagara Falls with my family in 2020 and because of Covid not a lot of people where there... It was the *reopening* of Clifton Hill and the Hornblower attraction... As we where going to board the Sky Wheel there was a huge stench of weed in the air.... I have been around weed a lot but nothing compared to this... A big group of Indians where sitting in a circle and passing blunts to each other. It felt like a free for all do what the F*** you like. It sucked and they where super rude and cutting in the lines... I love Indians but come on man, have some manners.

Personally as an Indian, I really feel bad about it. Unfortunately, we DO go to other countries for a chance at better life and dignity, but a lot us Indians then start to feel privileged and entitled and do not adapt to the culture of the country they are in, and force their own cultures and individual beliefs. This sucks, especially as a young guy who dreams of living in other countries, while respecting their cultures and planning to adapt to them. Even in India too, we don't really pay much taxes since we know its gonna go into corruption anyway, so the Immigrant residents in Brampton may have carried forward that practice as their habit. This gets a lot of us good folks, generalized for no reason too, Although, I do understand the anti-Indian sentiments foreigners have towards us, but again.. not every Indian are like that, since it has also been pointed out by few others. As a Canadian..i'll say this. Our country is a bad shape right now...and the countless 'extra' people, mostly indians, are not helping. We need immigration. I am not against it. But I am against illegal migration and resource sucking. There is no legit vetting process anymore. Countless indians are being given visas that were granted on bogus claims on their documents. Fake education records...fake employement records. Then they get their visa...and don't go 'home' when it expires. Then they have what indians like to call 'anchor babies'....so that their baby has Canadian citizenship and then they hope that pity will be taken and they, the parents, won't be shipped home. They don't assimilate and totally disregard our way of life. It is appauling.
