Tariffs incoming to Canada after seeing loose regulations 😅

Trump should put a 100% tariff on Canada for immediate mass deportations.

Canada is basically an oligopoly. The politicians are intertwined with a wealthy ruling class that is extremely politically protected. The influx of immigrants was by design to repress wages and ensure that wealthy oligarchs could continue to pay minimum wage for labor. The politicians get board positions in exchange for these favours. The media is heavily subsidized by government, and Donald Trump going off on Canada and threatening tariffs was all they needed to ensure our conservatives could be painted as traitors to the country and the Liberals could be guaranteed a win so the charade can continue.

This s*** is why Americans and America are treating us so piss poorly our government was told to secure our border and what does our government do? it ignores the ever-living s*** out of the issue. Now we've got hey dude video taping himself being smuggled into the US. And then moron Canadians go on and say well the tariffs are this the tariffs are that, the tariffs wouldn't have happened if our government had done its damned job. What's happening right now between Canada and the US has everything to do with our governments incompetency and moronism and absolutely nothing to do with the Americans trying to take over or do some other evil bulshit.... And all of it could have been avoided if our government had actually listened to the US and secured our f****** borders

Honestly, the only problem I see here…. is Tyler.
The dude is constantly “investigating” people of color and exposing their “wrongdoings”.
Why aren’t there videos of him exposing white people taking over Bali, Mexico City, Costa Rica and the issues it causes for the locals who cant afford their rent anymore? Why not investigate what really happened to our food prices when the tariffs were implemented? Or how corporate profits are at all time highs when the middle class is struggling. Or maybe expose the real data behind the ICE arrests and how 70%+ of those being captured/deported have never committed a crime in the US…
His videos re-enforce a narrative that is incredibly toxic and dangerous for the United States and world as a whole. Let me set this straight, immigration isn’t inherently a bad thing, people of color aren’t the only ones that do wrong things, do your own independent research and stop watching this guys videos.

How's the tariffs coming? Master goof

He is going to tap into tariff money for everything bailing out all industries, dividend checks, no taxes for anyboby. Yeah right.

American here and we really don't care if you come to visit. We don't care if you buy our products or not. In fact, I would guess most Americans don't even know the tariff war we have going on with your country. We are 12x your size and you folks really need to wake up and realize that.

Big mistake, the only thing saved the Canadian economy after the tariffs, is the massive Trudeau’s immigration, immigrants are consumers as well. If Canada stops immigration then it will be no doubt an American state before the next 30 years end.

There are more serious reasons, and the total number of temporary work permit holders as a percentage of the Canadian population is just a small fraction, while there is unemployment and crisis around the world, and the impact of Trump’s tariffs. But immigrants are seen as the black sheep and blamed for everything in all agendas of both parties.
If the Canadian government wants to limit businesses from hiring temporary work permit workers, they should set a quota for them. Businesses that cannot hire Canadian workers must leave those positions vacant. All companies like Tim Hortons, Metro, Farms, fast food shops, etc. should be banned from hiring temporary permit workers, and any company that hires more than 10% of its staff must be seriously fined. Is it difficult to do? Too easy.

Ilegal migrants from India are a serious problem for Canada and US. That's why tariffs are a tool to punish liberals for this lack of attention to this problem

I’m pretty sure we all miss the friendly Smiles people know you they waved you. They make sure you’re OK as they talk to you but now it’s rudeness everybody looking at their phones or texting nobody uses manners is very rare. I gotta thank you just for opening the door. We miss the true values of being happy technologies ruining us all this other stuff going on especially in mass migrations oh my God, you try to be nice. Sometimes you can’t hold it inside. We don’t feel like this ever but now we’re getting overrun by immigrants and the US president’s crazy trying to do tariffs well tell you Canadians are fed up now you just made us mad and you wonder why World War I in World War II were so effective with the Canadiens now you’re gonna find out how we fight back we’re gonna double tactics this time

It's quite understandable when it seems overnight Canada is invaded by Indians from India! What happened? Did the Canadian borders opened wide for the Indians to march in, or were the immigration staff permanently zonked on marijuana and didn't notice or just couldn't be bothered with stopping them over the last 3 to 4 years? Maybe. But really, the problem was definitely created by that despicable moron Trudeau( who even Trump could say to him in his face when he knelt and begged Trump not to hurt Canada with his tariffs, Trump just say ok if you agree to let Canada be the US's 51 st state!). He must have suffered from a terrible serious attack on his mental faculty and zonked on chanting Hari Krishna simply allowing his goons in charge of immigration to approve to let in that tidal wave of Indians especially in the last 4 years! What to do now? While we hate Trump for what he's doing to Canada on tariffs, Carney should give good thoughts to adopt actions like Trump's ICE GOONS to deport those who entered Canada illegally, and stop extension of visas to the zillions admitted on temporary work visas, and the tens of thousands of students who registered as "student" on student visas in private unregistered/approved institutes in name, but are actually working in various jobs illegally e.g. construction, etc.

It seems that tariffs and job shortages have limited the employment opportunities needed to help them. Additionally, they can't afford to hire people in this economy.
|
| 2025-04-15 | 2 |
Just lets erase the imaginary of the US Canada border. From President Donald Trump and be the 51st state no more Tariffs k! Everyone Happy Big Family k!

Justin struck the nail on the head at the very end of his speech remarking on they’re “oponants” having them exactly where they want them. He said this referring to Putins latest tactic, which is to (devide and conquer.) While the US, Canada, the UK and Europe are bickering about tariffs only god knows what Putins up to in the meantime.

If it wasn't for all Trudeaus bs taxes in the first place we would actually be able to survive the tariff!

Trump is doing all these crazy things but he is forgetting one HUGE thing. Canada & many other countries are Allies of America & while he's talking about tariffs & goodness knows what (I did watch his talk in Congress), at least respect your Allies. Trump is sleeping with the enemy & in all my years, I've never seen an American President turn on their Allies like this. He is a dangerous man for all the wrong reasons. I feel badly for the American people whom will be stuck between a rock & a hard place. I feel for the Canadian's whom don't deserve this. Trudeau speaks so genuinely & politely where Trump yells 'this is the way things will be'. \nI don't look forward to the next 4 years & many in my country (Australia) have said they won't even go to America while Trump is in Office. We have always loved Canada. We 'gather at Whistler' then go travel. Great country. Much love from your Aussie mates ❤❤

F Trudeau, he's ruined this country for the last 9yrs. He's the reason we can't survive the tariffs because he taxes the canadian citizens far more than any other country.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
But he still needed to call tariffs what they are: a new tax on Americans
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
I think that Trump thinks that those tariffs look so good on paper, but have no idea how it really works. There is a difference between running a business and a country.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Wonder whose pockets these tariffs will enrich on either side?
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
This is a “war” the Canadians will lose. They have very little leverage in comparison to the leverage we have in the US. Drop all Canadian tariffs on US goods, allow US banks to operate in Canada, and stop fentanyl from crossing your border and then we’ll talk. Until then your going to lose big league.

I never understood the point of these huge increases in Tariffs. The opponent is just going to do the same so its +-0
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Cute talk, just pay the tariffs eh
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
The tariffs will be paid by American consumers eventually. Why did Trump do this?
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
US is charging exactly same tariff what they are charged from Canada and other countries. What Canada expects? They can charge tariff but they will not get charged. This is ridiculous.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
We dont care Canada Its Tariff Time
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
The man talking about the damage these tariffs will caused has cause far more damage to Canadians than the tariffs ever will. Ask anyone trying to buy a house for the past few years! Or ask about the value of the Canadian dollar. These tariffs are least of the Canadian people concerns.
|

Closet friend my arse. There's a reason for the tariffs little boy.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
From UK. Europeans are already choosing not to buy American products. We are not worried about Tariffs, we simply won't buy American.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
I personally think that Tariffs are not going to be good for US economy long term, i also think that if Trump is too heavy with Canada they might become hostile towards America long term
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Hypocrites. Did Canada bother when US attacked China with tariffs? Serves Canada right. Now that is hits home, he speaks up eh? No winners in a trade war eh? ?
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
How can all those tariffs be compatible with the status of WTO country? Why are not the USA kicked out of the WTO? They are way more protectionists than China.
|

As a Ukrainian I can draw some parallels between putin's policy toward my country and Donald's policy toward Canada. \nWe experienced gas & oil Russian war against Ukraine\nDonald began tariff's war against Canada\nPutin sees my country as his domain \nDonald says openly exactly the same about Canada

Stage well set for trudeau to be next prime minister, i feel like this is just an act to strengthen trudeau stand as prime minister ,the tariff will go away in next few days and that will bring more percentage of votes trudeau and elections bang thats it. This is all a political act.??

Seeing people actually fall for this guy’s B.S. you can begin to comprehend how the Egyptians worshiped an insect. In light of rabid anti Americanism in Canada, President Trump would be wise to fortify and close the border as a defensive measure against invasion, infiltration, and sabotage. Canada has made it clear they’d rather spend a lot more to ship oil to China’s Communist Dictator Xi Jin Ping in Asia and back than pay a modest 10% tariff and send oil down an already working pipeline to next door America. Contrary to some mega ignorant comments, The U.S.A. is rich in natural resources and can be self sufficient. We just have to resume use of resources that were shut down by the appropriately initialed Barak Obama, Biden-Harris, and deep state bureaucrats in Washington. President Trump can accomplish this with our support. Shop carefully and please do not buy anything from Canada. Leave all Canadian goods to rot on the shelf. You won’t regret not making it to the Miss Hockey Puck festival in balmy Churchill Manitoba either. Other protective measures should be immediate cancellation of all visas and green cards held by Canadians and their deportation from U.S. territory.

He left out that Canada put tariffs on the USA which the USA responded to with 25% tariffs
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
These tariffs won't last or the American people will make Trump regret it.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Canada better listen to this pos he just added more tariffs now it's 50 percent
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
That was a great speech from Prime Minister Trudeau. One of his best I must say . . . we've got to stick together and fight back this idiocy from Trump, and if we can do that we will win and he'll back off from these ridiculous and needless tariffs.
|

I'm from Germany. I never expected a businessman to be so foolish as to impose such tariffs, while the US - Economy Minister claims that the tariff doesn't affect inflation. Even Habeck would be smarter than that nonsense. Go hard, Canada—don't be fooled by a clown in a suit (Trump)

The excuses for implementing the tariffs by trump were just as absurd as putin’s excuse for invading Ukraine.\nHonestly I wouldn’t have even bothered to implement the border policy because in trump’s la la land. It wouldn’t matter how much Canada did. \nOnce he’s fabricated a reason for anything. It becomes a truth in his head.\ntrump’s a communist sympathiser ?. Figure that one out?\nNext he’ll be sending arms to russia.

What an idiot haha. U deserve the tariffs for your evils. Good luck ??

Many years ago, Trudeau helped the Trump administration to backlog Ms. Meng Wanzhou, the daughter of Huawei's CEO. Now Trump wants to increase tariffs on Canada. This was just a few months ago. After Trudeau visited Trump, Trudeau was really embarrassed. No wonder Xi Jinping said Trudeau was very naive. It seems that there is a reason.??
|

All Trump is doing is charging you guys exactly what you charge us ?? imagine crying because you’re now getting a taste of your own medicine. Put your tariffs down & so will Trump you moron.

As an American I am afraid of my government. Our future is bleak and uncertain. I can not do anything due to me being 1 person. I am 1 voice, but no one wants to protest, instead people want to sit and accept it. I do not want this, and I struggle because of the political BS because people are stupid. I do not have the money to relocate my family or I would. This has become a sad and dark part of US history.\nThese tariffs were a result of Ukraine and Trump having an ego trip. Nothing less.\nI will always support my fellow Americans, but there's only so much I will support. I will always support Ukraine Canada and Mexico.
