As a teen Pakistani Canadian who was born in Canada I totally agree, to move countries is to adapt to new ways of living, new values and respecting lands on which they inhabit. Indians mostly come here and start living the way they used to effectively turning Canada into new India… all I’m saying is I don’t mind respectful people but if you come here acting like it’s your motherland you need to learn to respect the culture and land here.

It's for all people that immigrate to our country. I agree, I think if people come to my country, they need to assimilate. Learn our languages, understand our culture and integrate. I feel that they need to create another sector to follow up on visas, check in on people, monitor. I also feel the banks need to monitor the amount of money people are sending back home, I understand some money. But not everything.

As a Canadian, I work in healthcare in the disability sector, and I am extremely frustrated with what I am seeing the Indian population taking over the sector. There are ongoing issues with Indians who cannot communicate clearly in English with clients. This has resulted in serious confusion and, on several occasions, situations escalating into violence. Clear communication is essential in healthcare, and this failure puts vulnerable clients at risk. Clients are not being provided with proper meals that meet their dietary needs. Instead, food is often prepared without consideration for the client’s usual diet, which has caused clients to become physically ill. On top of that, basic food safety practices are not being followed at all. To make matters worse, the company does not provide proper foodsafe training, despite it being a legal requirement. There are also major professionalism issues. Some Indians arrive late to work—sometimes by hours—and give excuses with no consequences. I have documented these incidents and reported them to upper management, yet nothing is done. During shifts, 90 percent of Indian staff sit in the office for long periods, leaving clients unattended except for basic cooking. This can go on for days until white staff are scheduled. One incident that really stood out involved a client returning from a doctor’s appointment. When I asked how it went, I was told the client “had something on his head” and needed to use a cream. When I asked what the condition was or whether it was contagious, the Indian staff member did not know what the word contagious meant let me remind you I work in health care. I later learned from the client’s mother that it was a fungal infection information that should have been clearly communicated immediately for everyone’s safety. I am exhausted by the lack of standards, accountability, and training in this workplace. If you are going to work in healthcare in Canada, you must be able to communicate effectively, follow food safety laws, show up on time, and provide proper care. Lowering standards for the Indian population puts vulnerable people at risk, and management allowing this is unacceptable. If your coming to Canada follow are values and beliefs are stay in India.

I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. What is the national Canadian language? English. Can you speak Punjabi or Hindi? Can you even speak more than 15 words of it? Probably not. I can't, and i shouldn't need to. In Canada the language is always an always has been English or French. Yet all the signs i see you put up in your businesses are written in Hindi or Punjabi. I have never seen a Indian owned business with English signs. Do you expect me to just learn your language to accustom you to living in my country? Break down from a Canadian who moved to the US. Basically, Indians moved to Brampton because it was a cheaper area, yet close enough to Toronto. Immigrants drove taxi or drove truck usually were paid in cash, leading to tax evaluation. So they were able to save more... They were able to buy a bigger house for cheaper basically. New immigrants move to Brampton probably cause it easier. They don't need to assimilate as much as they sued to. They can speak their own language, not have to learn another, etc. You can actually see certain immigrant groups take to certain cities for the reasons above. Vaughn is Italian, Etobicoke was multi cultural, now Somalian(last I visited), sauga is Arab, etc The universities are a big scam, and the govt is part of it. They don't care cause they get money.... People create these fake colleges and bring in students. Students have "online" classes and so they don't actually go in . In Canada ur allowed to work 20 hours as a student, but all work more under the table. And yes. As a Punjabi, there is too many Indians. It was too many when I left. In Canada, we imported almost 10% of our population is the last five years, the majority of whom came from India. There's no doubt that Indian culture is not the same as Canadian culture, and importing such a massive number so quickly means we are far more likely to see those cultures bumping up against each other, rather than giving them a chance to assimilate and blend. Like any good cook, I know if you try to add the eggs too quickly and in too much of a hurry, you get scrambled eggs in weak sauce, not a thick creamy custard. Same principle applies to immigration. We need to give people the time and chance to learn and absorb our culture and values, else we end up with ghettos and a weakened society.

No offence to the amazing Indian people, as a Canadian I find the majority very helpful and good for our country. However, things changed 2015- onwards- there are large scam companies now that bring unqualified people by taking money from them and creating fake student permits for them. The issue with that is that these people are OK with subpar living standards and offer their services for less than minimum wage and this creates a shadow/ cash-based economy where taxes go unreported and quality of life does not improve. This is not good for anyone- not the Canadians and older immigrants who lose jobs to these people and must pay higher taxes to maintain the infrastructure needed for a larger population. Not to mention how these new immigrants are a bit uncultured and almost like the "red-necks" of India- they throw garbage around, do not learn English, never make friendships with other races/ethnicities.

The governance of Canada produced that church full of homeless people, so the government has imported a cohesive family friendly culturally united community. It would have been nice if Canada could have simply nurtured its own people to support a Canadian culture. . . but that's not profitable. The liberal-imposed foreign worker plan, plus a little bit of corporate greed. It is not racist to point out that Indian "international students" are getting their food from food banks, which are supposed to be for the poor, and how some places of work only hire Indians, because they are run by Indians. Why is this discussion even about Indians? Because they make up HUGE majority of people coming to live in Canada. Matter of fact, this does not apply to Indians coming to Canada, but to whoever goes to live in another country. It does not take much out of you to at least adapt to the way of life in which ever country you go to. The conservative party sees this in a way that the liberals do not. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. Because Indians are not good guest at all. They either behave like India is a superpower of some sort (very far detached from reality, India is just a third world country with a big mouth) or they are some rich investors who needs to be given priority everywhere! Indians need to learn to adapt and assimilate to culture and norms of the country they travel to. Even if just a tourist visa or for business, it still maters.

As a South African Indian, I am frequently embarrassed by the raucous and immature behaviour of many tourists from India. South Africans have learnt discipline, Indians from the subcontinent appear to have missed this lesson. Apart from their clannish nature and biased view of other people of colour, Indians need to learn humility- not just preach it, but practice it. It may appear like a minor issue to you, but it certainly portrays you in bad light. The world has become an intolerant place. Having money doesn’t make you more tolerable. Drop the cocky attitudes and practice patience- it may just change the bitter taste Indian tourists have left in the mouths of many people around the globe.

Indian talent is a hoax. Nw US and west is getting better engineers from countries like Russia, Ukraine,Vietnam,Phillipines, Brazil. Even Taiwanise/chinise are catching up fast. In next 10 years. Most of the Indian coders will be jobless, thanx to AI and good coders from south asia, brazil, china, vietnam. Indians need to drop certain behaviors when they leave India and learn how to behave in the west. Maybe then, some countries may reconsider their visa formalities. I’m predicting that SE Asian countries are going to soon remove visa on arrival status for Indians because of their tactless behavior exhibited for all to see.

You remember on covid inoculation certicate our country had Modis picture instead of the certificate holder. Every traveller was ridiculed. Canada recently stated that there were 20000 Indians on student visa who did not show up at college, London from 8/1/25 even if you are in transit going somewhere else you need a visa which is difficult to get Germany and America are in the process of deporting thousands of Indians . In the Gulf countries everyday hundreds of free visa Indians are rounded up and deported. Gradually the world is learning who we are and from which crooked country we are.

Saw one video from Germany and I myself was shocked by looking at the behaviour of Indians. People from North India and Andhra especially need to learn and need serious training on these lessons.
