The lawyer is a funny guy .. looks like they make a lot of money with this people and want not lose the business 😂. Temporary means you are here for a serrated time period. Is this over there are 3 options … 1st get a visa extension … 2nd get your PR ( if you fulfill the criteria ) 3rd leave the country. And one thing more Canada own you nothing! No Canada gave you a chance to come here to this country temporarily! You know from the beginning what this means. Don’t cry and say how bad Canada is ..

DRUG INFESTED, HOLLYWOOD NASTY, UNLAWFUL POLICE, JUDGES, CROOKED LAWYERS ,FOOD PRICES TRIPLED, GAS TRIPLE, RENT TRIPLED, CAN'T BUY A HOUSES? Severe housing shortages, and cost of everything driven way up as a result of this mass immigration that Canadians never voted for. That's political? That lawyer should be working to feed and house the growing numbers of homeless. Or provide financial support to struggling families about to lose their home.

With no ill meaning let me say good, this is best for everyone. They were lied to when they were told we could afford to take them and had the means to support their transition into our work force. We were lied to when we were told they'd fully integrate and are doctors and lawyers and yadda yadda. The reality is we had no real system in place to verify and transfer their qualifications and credentials. Doctors couldn't be doctors. They needed the work, we needed the doctors. It was a lose lose.

Since legal immigration requires lawyers and lawyers are expensive Probably lots of people wanting citizenship lose lots of money some lawyers don't even care about your case just getting paid.

The immigration lawyers are vultures. They know you will lose but keep dragging your case to keep taking your money.

Vice seriously your losing all credibility. Put up a big story about this dudes sob case. Only getting his side of the story.. of coarse he’s going to paint the picture of being a victim. “The lawyer lost my file” sounds like bullshit. Then he gets ordered to show up at the court house and doesn’t show on purpose.. then complains about being in Canada. Well I’m sorry to tell you man but The states wouldn’t take you either. And evading the government won’t be helping your case.

I thought you get your money back if your lawyer loses the case.
