Proudly 51st State.🎉🎉🎉🎉

My grandfather fought in wwII. It's sad but I'm so happy he is not here to see what has become of this country he fought and risked his life for. Its so pathetic . I've always been proud to be Canadian now I want to get out of this country and live elsewhere. I feel my grandfather left his family risked his life for Canadians to be living in encampments while we continue to allow more immigrants into this country that do not respect it. Not only can we not find housing and are living in tents. It's funny but I don't see any immigrants living in tents. Where can I vote to be the 51st state. Sign me up

I am a proud Canadian and embrace our sovereignty. We fought in WW2 for two years before the U.S joined our side . Rescued 6 of their diplomats in Iran in 1979. We were at their side in Afghanistan after the horrors of 9/11. Our good people of Gander Newfoundland sheltered, clothed and fed them in that aftermath when their planes were grounded. We sent planes to Los Angeles as did Mexico to fight the wildfires after Trump imposed his tariffs and pushed his annex ideology and making us a 51st state. That was a slap in the face to every soldier who died standing for our country and what we represent. From my heart I thank all of you for your support. We stand on guard for thee....and we stand for the Ukrainian. ❤

This right here has made me even more proud to be Canadian. We stand and unite loud, proud, strong and fearless as a nation. We will NEVER give in or bow down to threats and bullies. \n\nALL OUR ELBOWS UP!!!!\n\n Canada IS NOT and NEVER will be for sale. Americans wake up ! Canada is your biggest ally - this is disgusting. And what Trump is doing is in a way what Putin is doing to Ukraine. Why would Canadians want to be the 51st state? They are their own country and they are proud.

Putin broke the peace agreement with Ukraine and went to war for territory, Trump broke the Trade agreement with Canada that he negotiated to try and as he has said, break us economically to become the 51st state. So proud of our Prime Ministers speech,so proud to be a Canadian.

Irrelevant woke Canada in need of diapers and a pacifier. Let's be honest, Canada has always been a virtual 51st state aside from being a monarch territory. After all, the King of England's face was quickly and proudly put on the currency when his Mommy Queen expired. Oh and let us not forget that the 51st state proudly gave standing ovations to NAZIS in the monarch owned parliament.

Wow did you say 16000 crossed an artificial line well build a steel wall on it That unprotected border used to be something both countries were proud of. People used to cross the borber to go to work and go home every day. Trump says Canada should become the 51st state but all those brown people will obviously have to go. So all those educated Asians whose first choice was to immigrate to the US but had to settle for Canada and have every reason to support statehood aren't welcome.

Canada is a joke now, trying so hard to be a 51st state. We've got all the crime and all the tent cities to compete with the very greatest American cities. Our tiny little towns now have homeless folks and I fear the day I become homeless.\n\nWe've lost our honour. We've sold out to corporations. We're intentionally pushing people out of their homes so the rich may get richer. And our Cuban PM, Justin Castro, is alright with it. He's also happy providing immigrants with subsidized housing while born-and-bred Canadians suffer. Heck, 'everyday young people' in their 20s can't even envision owning a home unless they come from a wealthy family or their parents die and leave the family home to them. They're better off buying an RV but even those cost what a house SHOULD cost.\n\nThis is not the Canada I was born in. It's a total effing disaster. The only saving grace for me is that I brought no children into this mess and I really hope to be dead before Xmas if I don't find a job. Being as I'm a coward and my doctor won't euthanize me (I asked), I figure a hunger strike is the was to go unless I can find a high enough cliff. There's nothing in Canada to be proud of or get excited about. Nothing. No future.
