One thing that always surprises me is that a lot of immigrants actually don't like mass immigration. I worked with a polish lady who complained more than anyone about the amount of polish people. I've met a lot of Turkish people and a few of them weren't best pleased with the amount of turkish people, and in this video an Indian man says there's too much of it too. Its not an uncommon sentiment among immigrants that they specifically came here for a change in culture, only for it to follow them here. Specifically surrounding politics, a lot of them leave because of the politics where they were, only to find its just as much of a problem here because so many bring those problems over with them rather than leaving them behind. Just to clarify though while I think immigration is obviously a big problem in its current state, I'm not at all against the idea of immigration in general. I care more about where people are going than where they're from. Its just very odd when you hear a strong accented polish lady walk passed complaining and swearing about all the polish people. I guess it does make sense though, if i imagine desperately wanting to leave home for Australia, it would obviously be disappointing to arrive after packing up my life savings to find out all of the people and all of the things were exactly the same as back home. Pretty sad when you think about it.

Just to make a correction, I 25 (F) daughter of immigrant parents was born and raised here, live in the greater toronto area and wanted to mention that a lot of folks believe the ones behind the crime rise in toronto are the new immigrants. I'm sorry to break it to y'all but if you do the research a lot of the people behind the crimes are born and raised canadian idiots (they could either be white canadian or children of immigrants aka 1st generation Canadians from any country). Its a big misconception people have regarding the crimes. All they see is a non white name and assume they're an immigrants. Majority of them are actually not even immigrants. I just had to stop the video and mention that.

My only problem with immigrants is that when you are in another country, you should conform to that country not try to make it a replica of your former country. Many don't even want to learn the language. Anyway from the video, the number of unemployed Canadians are not because of the Indians, they just don't want to work hard to earn a living, they want handouts. Most look like homeless druggies, don't blame others for what you did to yourself. If you are unhappy where you are, Canada is a big place go somewhere else and start over.

Thank you for summarizing these key changes! Many problems are actually the Canadian immigration system not learning from the mistakes of the US system and now it’s suffering the same consequences. If Canada cuts down on those selected immigrations but still takes in refugees, it’s only going to make anti-immigrant sentiment worse. Selected immigrants are allowed into Canada to help alleviate Canadian issues…or at least people who come through Express Entry are less likely to become a burden. On the other hand, refugees, given their unfortunate circumstances, really need to rely on a lot of social services and resources to help them resettle. The US has eliminated pretty much all non-humanitarian immigration that’s why immigrants are so demonized there. Americans only feel the drags of refugees and asylum seekers (even though ethically we need to protect them) and there is no selected immigration to balance that out. Yet this round of Canadian policy change is heading exactly that direction.\n\nIt used to be international students in Canada are not paying a lot more tuition than Canadian students. But Canadian universities saw how much money universities in the US are making so they asked the federal government to change the policy to enable them to charge international students several times the regular tuition (whereas in countries like France, international students actually pay less than citizens). So now Canadian universities rely too much on international students to operate and it becomes an exploitative relationship even before students step foot on the campus. The new PGWP eligibility is awful because students can make contributions in every field. It might (and that's a big if) address the pressing problems, but it won't help Canada grow.\n\nI thought the new language requirement was interesting. Some Canadians who immigrated decades ago when the bar was really low still speak English poorly and now they are saying people can’t come to Canada because their language skills are not sufficient. Another point about language is if you apply through Express Entry now, even if you scored the highest language score, given how competitive the pool is, you still won’t get selected. So it’s a given that you need to be fluent in one of the languages at least to get an invitation. Express Entry also selects only the top people, I saw the head of The Institute for Canadian Citizenship in interviews talking about those top-tier people only expect the best treatment/lifestyle when they come to Canada. That's why many of them leave after seeing these Canadian problems play out. But I believe a good Canadian life is not about living in a high rise in Vancouver and Toronto, driving an expensive car, or buying luxury items...it's about the communities, nature and middle-class comfort. So the system is giving PRs to the wrong kind of people (just like mismatched people when hiring that don't align with company values).\n\nThis brings me to the last frustrating issue. There were so many people who attended “fake” universities and bought “fake” jobs to earn points to get an Express Entry invitation. And it's clear that the government wasn't proactively catching these abuses. They are taking up spots from those who try to earn the points fair and square. If I understand correctly, Canada doesn’t send these people away if they are found out (since some of them were scammed). So they still take up immigration quotas.\n\nI have wanted to move to Canada for a long time. I have visited Canada many times, hiking trails through the coastline and fjords, climbing mountains and glaciers. I lived in Montreal for two months to improve my French and I was told by my homestay family that I was the first student they had who didn’t complain about the cold (I wish the winter never ends so I can skate or xc ski in the parks year-round). I have probably seen more Canada than many Canadians and I love every bit of it. But the opportunity for me to even get a shot to move there is pretty much nonexistent now. If only there was a way for the system to allow people who really care about Canada to get a shot at being part of this beautiful country.\n\nThank you for making these videos.

You are mostly talking about the big cities. I will bet that things haven't changed that much is your small town in Saskatchewan. Too many people are gravitating to the large cities. The wealth of our nation was built with our farms, mines, forests, etc. Trades people and farmers built this country. Too many people want to sit on their ass in front of a computer instead of getting busy. For those immigrants who can't make a living in Canada, it is time to go home. Some who have the skills and attitude will do well. Other won't. We need successful people, not another user of the food banks. I agree and appreciate your constructive approach to this issue. It would of been easy to play the race card the whole video. I can tell you that it goes both ways here with this issue. It is not right to put good and bad apples in one basket, the bad stands out here more than the good.\nI came from an area of very few Indians and been living in an area of high immigration for many years, so I came from a place of no prejudices. Unfortunately, much of what Canadians complain about are true as I experienced it first hand. I won't list this because others have. I absolutely agree that you are ambassadors when outside the home country, as I think the same in my travels. Overall I believe it is a blatant disregard for Canadian culture and laws, and lack of assimilation with Canadians, especially white, that has caused this to be the big part of this divide. I see, hear it, experienced it. I admit it leaves a bitter taste.\nImmigration only works when both parties can blend together and respect one another. Not separate yourselves, segregating others based on predjudices, and sticking to what you are familiar with back home. You came for a better life, but live the same as the past. It is like a marriage where one has to always take into account your partner's point of view, making compromises along the way for both partners, not exploiting the other's weakness, or disrespecting their views.\nThe government caused this issue to come more to the forefront in recent years by ramping up immigration numbers and putting pressure on the system. Canadians have now had enough. i am big fan of your videos but as off i live in Canada since 2022, I am partially agree with you about drug, house rent and medical. \n\nOther than that I’m not agree with your views on loan you can get loan easily in canada.\n\nCanadian government is deporting that students or people who has misconduct the documents or have done some minor crimes or some other issues. \n\nYes there are lots of homeless people in canada but they are homeless because of their own mistakes like drugs and etc not because of the high rent i was a international student and i was paying for my rent. \n\nYes there are so many negative views about canada but most importantly you can earn by your self which is not possible in india. You can start from small jobs in canada which will pay you a decent amount on the other hand no one can earn that much in india while doing simple job. \n\nHere I’m not saying that India is not India is the best and i love india but as you say that grass is greener on the other side. But you also show the good points about canada. Well researched video and absolutely true. I would also add that canada is housing casino for foreign investors with money into Canadian real estate to clean their money while making huge profits running arbnb business, room rentals, flipping homes, having multiple home while not even Canadian citizen or barely living in Canada. Billions of dollars laundered money have been pumped into Canadian real estate fron abraod especially in past 15 years through casinos and other loop holes. Government is corrupt and is fully aware of it but tries to play blind because who can win against real estate mafia? Making fool if people with demand and supply which actually well engineered by the government. Simple fact- with insane mass immigration supply can never be enough and housing can never be affordable. So Canada is a big real estate casino facilitated by the government as they have minimum sources to increase GDP being a consumer society where goods are imported. Just stumbled on your video . \nI would add that at what phase of life you make such big move also matters a lot. \nIt would have been different story if you would have moved 10 yrs back when you were at start of your career and not with 1 to 1.5Cr salary and when your kids where still in elementary school and not grown up. \nMoving anywhere is a huge life changing event and to different country, it is a huge cultural shock, so it not easy for anyone for initial 1-2 yrs.\nIt was lot different 2 decades back and now it doesn’t make any sense to even move out of India. I’m an expatriate, currently in Malaysia. Honestly, I feel like it’s a heaven. Paying $600 per month for a 1550 sqft 3 beds big apartment and having 2 bunnies ?? as our pet. Maintaining a BMW 5 series car. I roughly make $110k-$120k a year and my overall expense in Malaysia about $36-40k yearly and having a lavished life. Every month me and my wife go for trip as it has so many beautiful places including stunning islands and highlands. The only issue is here they don’t provide PR or citizenship, however it’s a truly heaven if you have a solid visa status. I was planning to move to Canada but after watching the video I’ve been disappointed and I’m afraid to visit Canada. What do you think about moving to US?

International students are allowed to work part time for 20 hours/week. If we are allowed to work legally what’s the purpose of stating that the jobs should be reserved for ‘Canadians’ only. Education is a big market in Canada and Canadian government is making good amount of money from International students. International students pay 2-3 times more for education than Canadian students. You don’t mention this in your videos. If you’re not bias talk on both sides of the picture. The problem lies with the Government that they allowed so many immigrants to enter this country and thus this became a problem. You’ve not done any in depth research about International students and how much fees they pay. We also have to pay GIC in the bank work $10000 to sustain if we don’t get a job here. We are prepared if we don’t have a job but if we are legally allowed to work part time 20 hours/week, why shall we not do that?? Please reply to this question logically

The real problem are politically slanted channels like this one. Don't get your panties in a twist: nothing in this video was a lie. Nothing not true. But like far too much now, it simply seeks to project a vibe to capitalize on the feelings of its targeted audience. Immigrants, drugs and big government, oh my. Is that really all there is to this though? Are your feelings that there are too many immigrants or the simplicity of a solution such as just lowering the price really all there is to it? Ask yourself: what role does the government play in prices that are too high? Does the city of Toronto own the buildings or set the prices? Who does? If the government came in tomorrow with the military and took ownership of all of the buildings and single family dwellings in order to lower their prices and repurpose the land more efficiently for denser urban housing at lower prices, how would you respond to that? Or should the government spend all of the money they are making to buy up properties at market value and then rebuild for more efficient, cheaper and denser housing? What would your response be to that? Immigrants: there are too many. Is it that simple? What would the population of Canada look like in 20 years with just the birth rate of non-recent Canadian citizens (ie no immigrants from the past 15-20 years)? That there is a problem is obvious. Playing on the feelings of group A or group B, showing them the things they fear and presenting it as something everyone does not already know while deliberately ignoring other vital parts of the problem is predatory at best. Your feelings, opinions and gut will solve nothing. Blinding yourself to entire parts of broken systems will solve nothing. Videos and channels like this seek only the engagement that the algorithm demands. It will only deepen the mistrust between citizens and their fellow citizens and citizens and the government, that is, their fellow citizens that have been elected to be said government (not some invading outside force beyond all control) and increase the polarization of groups in an already strained society. It will solve nothing.

As a Canadian this video is only touching the tip of the iceberg. #1 Canada was built by immigrants (like my late grandparents) for immigrants, Immigrants regardless if they are here on a work or study permit are not the problem but the solution, always have been and always will be. Yes the part of the problem can be attributed to an inadequate affordable housing and yes the federal government does deserve blame for that. However as the 2nd largest nation in the world by land mass yet with a population less than California, we have a lot of underdeveloped areas from the Pacific to the Atlantic, and that is also the fault of the federal government regardless of political stripe. Regardless if people come to Canada to work or study, the federal government needs to make it more attractive to them to reside outside the BIG 3 cities of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver which have become overwhelmed with immigrants hence the strain on housing and healthcare

This lack of access to health care is a new thing. I agree with your assessment. It now seems lonelier in Toronto. \n\nCanada used to be different because anyone with a good job could afford at least a condo, but life became unaffordable not just for immigrants, but for everyone unless you are in your 50s-60s and own a home. \n\nI have friends working double jobs supporting family back home in other countries, but for some of them the family back home sound like they are doing better than them and own a home. It’s like they are sacrificing their life to be in poverty or full of hardships and their families get to go out for dinners and drinks with friends. Not them. Not true for everyone, but for some yes and I worry about their own retirement because retirement in Canada without lots of savings means you might be homeless or forced to live with family even if it’s not your preference. \n\n without investments and savings, it will be hard to beat inflation. Getting into debt and getting bad credit can mean not getting an apartment. \n\nThe birth rate is going down because it is expensive to have kids and income isn’t enough to match with living costs. Getting help from government is really not something everyone gets access too. One person might get housing support, 10 others may get nothing. Different governments offer different things. Programs end and change often. \n\nIn Canada definitely bargain and shop around for good phone plans. one idea is to get a pay as you go until “Black Friday” then every year or two when your good offer expires there will be many others. It’s the time with the best deals saving almost half. For instance, I have 50 gigs for $25 for two years from a large provider. Telephone companies are the one place where people must bargain and even ask for better deals as a must.\n\nThe people you see living in big houses, will have kids that can’t afford the same. This is because prices keep rising. The system protects the very rich, but will also drain the middle class often within 1-2 generations. Do not link your business to your personal finance, or creditors can take your home. Some not knowing this lose everything and rich people know better. \n\nPeople live until they are very old, so inheritance is pretty much meaningless to rely on, so no matter what your parents have you must hustle in life. \n\nI do think Canada can become what we want over time. Yet how is this possible in a city that is always pushing out lower income people when wealthier people desire the area. \n\nIn Toronto, every time you move you have to take what is available and that might mean moving an hour away from everyone you know. This weakens communities. Plus, if you live too far from your work you will have no time to socialize for most the week due to travel time. \n\nI think those who grew up in Toronto do have a certain culture of acceptance with others from many cultures, because your friends at school were from all over. But with new migrants sometimes it isn’t until the second generation that their social circles get diverse. This can be isolating and it’s even isolating as those from Toronto eventually leave dreaming of staying in one spot and not forced to move constantly when a landlord investor sells every house you move into. \n\n\nToronto really needs to protect affordability of housing for at least some housing in every section so that people can save money if they live in the city, and not have to leave their communities and be far from their friends and family. \n\notherwise eventually people get sick of the hustle and it’s too tiring to travel 1+ hrs each way to visit someone during Monday to Friday. \n\n20 years ago any professional could at least buy a condo. Not today. There is too much competition now and investors are allowed to buy up all the most affordable housing that once was a pathway to owning a home. \n\nRich policy makers got greedy and destroyed canada and hopefully diversity in leadership will help make Canada better. But they perhaps people knew to Canada can reject this lonely structure and help us rebuild Toronto into an amazing place. \n\nWe need to make sure everyone can afford housing with 30% of their income. First of all, we should be careful with the use of the word “hijrat”. There are countries(I happen to be born and brought up in one of them) where muslims actually have a history of persecution, often resulting in riots, deaths. If you compare with Prophet Mohd. saws’s hijrat, it was a result of prosecution, suffering and life risk. Relatively speaking, sometimes our first world problems may look big, but they’re not really, compared to the state of Muslim lives in other countries. \nI have lived in Dubai(2 yrs), US(8 yrs) and Canada(1+ yr) and I want to say that Canada is a beautiful, diverse country for people from all faiths and backgrounds, so much better than what I have experienced living in the above mentioned countries and my own.\nThe grass is always greener on the other side and often we don’t understand these things until we experience them on our own. Make sure that you guys do extensive research in every aspect of your future lives and not just those top reasons mentioned in your video - for each of the probable countries on your list. I moved to Toronto in 2021. I've wanted to live in the city and have finally bought my condo in the city of Toronto. I love the city, especially during the summer time. Toronto Summer is so much fun and a great place to be in Canada. I am sick of all the Toronto bashing the past couple months. Yes, there are a lot of problems and yes they're all really bad and need to get resolved. And in all honesty, Toronto is probably one of the better big cities to live in in Canada. Despite all the negativity, TTC violence hasn't really gone up on paper. A lot of aspects about Canada are still strong even among western countries. I've been to Vancouver and Montreal. And those are cities have a lot of problems and a lot of different problems than Toronto.\n\nThe reasons that she specified in her video are all valid and they all make sense. I just want to say that I'm sick of all the Canada bashing and all the Toronto bashing. Toronto is a great place. I'm going to be still living in this city as some years it's going to be down and it's going to come right back up again in another few years.

While I identify and agree with the overall sentiment of this video, here is the problem Alina. As a somewhat successful tech person who came from nothing, I refuse to move out of a city to a culturally or globally lacking city due to “budget”. I tried spending time in BC and Nova Scotia in the capital cities. I could not spend more than a week in Saskatchewan. I can assure you that someone with decent skills and lifestyle would not be able to sustain their social and personal life, and mental health anywhere in Canada other than Toronto. If I spoke decent French, I’d say Montreal is a decent option. Vancouver is too lopsided as an international real estate haven, even though beautiful. So the problem is that Toronto is honestly the only city someone like me (and most my friends) would consider living in Canada, and we are all unfortunately being forced to move to the US. We are in our very early 30s so it’s still not too late to have a big move but none of us wanted to try out NYC or SFO much later than now. I hope things improve and we are able to move back to Toronto. But right now, unless you make $300k+, it’s impossible. And we are only able to make that money in the US (most of us). @AlinaMcleod This was a pretty good video, I think it is not a fair video about the city. Toronto is a safe place to live and like anywhere else on earth crime happens. I have travelled around the World and usually in Urban areas. I was in Toronto recently (Sept 2023), like most big cities in the World it suffers from the standard problems. I watched the video and the cuts of Toronto are really nice.\n\n Homelessness in general is a terrible thing, but what city doesn't have homeless?? What major city is affordable? Rent in New York is about $5000 USD for 1 bedroom and we are not talking about something luxurious, in a great neighbourhood. \n\nBig Cities come big problems. We all have to make more of an effort to help change things, not just in politics but at the person-to-person level. People are suffering around the World with homelessness, crime, drug use, mental health and etc. Most of us just focus on what we can have and totally forget about the other humans that we share this planet with.

This is an interesting overview of Canada and its many issues. I would love to see a follow up video or two looking into these same issues but from a few different perspectives. 1) regionally - Canada is very diverse so our regions are quite different in culture, problems and cause of each. The major regions are: Maritimes/Ontario/Quebec/Prairies/West Coast/ Territories. 2) because of our diverse landscape different races are attracted to different areas. I have not studied this impact on our racism and political issues but would love to see someone like you do so. It appears to me that immigrants are disproportionately gathered along the US/Canada border and big cities, particularly east and west coast. First Nations are disproportionately populated in Rural and northern areas where resources overall are less available to all races. I would expect to find that this population disbursement would also reflect in our political leadership. For example more populated cities are far more likely to have immigrant own businesses and politicians, In rural and northern communities politicians are more likely to be white because First Nations politicians would be more inclined to work within the First Nations political channels where they can actually do more good for their communities. 3) The diversity that makes up 'white' as a race. It appears to me that Canada historically has been more inclined to attract 'White' races versus other 'colours'. We have large populations of British, Swedish, Irish, Russian, Ukrainian, French, Norwegian, and Polish to name a few. All of which have large diversity in their culture and history but are often classified as 'white'. 4) The massive impact the past 5 + years of politics and world affairs have had on the divisions within Canada. Personally I see and feel far, far more judgements between races, economics and regions than ever before.

Canada is not the only county seeing this, and the US not the only country turning it's back on the benifits of immigration. You could have made the exact same video about Ireland vs the UK (except wages in Ireland are far high rather than lower than the UK) Here in Ireland we have long benefitted a great level of immigration fuelling rapid economic growth but since 2016 with Brexit, Trump ect. making it clear that immigrents aren't welcome in some other counrties we have seen a whole new type of immigrent from countries like Mexico where recent graduates seaking work experence in English pick Ireland rather than the US or UK as we have a better immigration system but also a culture which welcomes immigration as an endorcment of our country. Here the more you are proud of you country and culture the more you go out of your way to welcome immigrents who are the living embodyment of your belief that we are the greatest counrty in the world, not the welcome immigrents can expect from nationalists in the US or UK. The big winners here are countries like Canada & Ireland who have recognised that in the 21st Century it's not coal, iron or even oil that brings wealth but rather being able to attract the best & brightest talent in the world.

No, I wouldn’t. I just moved from Vancouver to London, uk. Lots of people asked why I didn’t move to New York. Main reason is health care. I’m a self employed hairstylist and no one is providing health care for me. Second is gun violence in general, mass shootings are a big issue, just because it hasn’t happened in your small city, doesn’t mean it won’t. Mass shootings are just the most extreme version of gun violence. I don’t want the people walking down the street next to me to possibly be carrying a gun on them. That is truly terrifying to me. Third is that politics are so extreme and so prevalent. Lastly the fact that women’s rights are being taken away. I absolutely cannot support a country with very little benefits and aid for those who cannot afford to have a child, that then makes them have a child. That’s the briefest way I can explain my feelings, I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it at that. \n\nThe only benefit I see in moving to the us from Canada is for certain opportunities, and those come in big cities, so there’s absolutely no point in moving to then live in a small city. \n\nI appreciate that you’re being introspective as you go through the video. Unfortunately gun violence is a massive one for many Canadians, even when they travel to the us. Now that I’m in London, I hear a lot of the same sentiments being mirrored by the Brits. No one wants to lose their health and safety just to move to the us. POPULATION. \n\nCompared to countries like denmark, sweden, japan, france, uk, etc. we have a much bigger country to maintain landmass wise. Infrastructure. Another thing about infrastructure is our climate. We have such drastic events in our climate across our huge country that takes a toll. Climate problems with our low population is not a good thing. I mean most people outside canada and even within Canada dont believe me but Saskatchewan goes from like -45 to +45C with windchill/humidex. Our forests are on fire often, that is not normal. That costs so much money to fix as well. In summer sometimes, Nunavut or NWT will be warmer then here, we talk about it here when it happens. Think about that. Weather is HUGE in saskatchewan. We talk about weather daily. I never realized until internationals pointed that out that we are obsessed with weather in sask lol. \n\n Our housing market is a joke and I agree we need to invest more in buisnesses but at the same time we need affordable housing, we are in a weird spot. As far as working etc goes people commenting here lol the golden years of the 80s are gone old timers, my parents realize this that you guys were spoiled in one of the greatest time periods in human history - post WWII boom and the effects. I could go on and on how the 70s-90s were one of the best time periods in modern history for various reasons but I wont. There are problems internationally, we live in a globalist world. We still have it good. Go travel and make international friends. This is nothing that we are dealing with at the moment. All I will say though is leave the huge metropolitans like Toronto and Vancouver. Everyone wants to go there because they think 'theres more opportunity' ugh. Theres opportunity across canada but if everyone things like that there will be problems. The idea of Ontario or BC is just a big nope for me (although I go to BC every couple years, love it there I would not want to live there).

I guess I can't really relate to some of your experience in the states because I live in Indiana which I don't have to tell you is much different from New York and California just based on where it's located geographically and it not being a big name state. But over here there is a lot of inter mingling amongst all races. Like my work place for example, we have about an equal spread of white/black/hispanic people that work there and we're all just chill about it, everyone just gets along and we don't really clique up based on skin color. It's not obsolete as is with anywhere, but it's nowhere near the degree in which you described in LA. We don't have a fuck ton to do down here, but we have enough to where it's not a negative factor. And anybody will just talk to anyone about anything really, similar to how you described New Orleans. Plus compared to the bigger cities our cost of living really isn't bad at all here in Indianapolis. We do have a spacing issue like with many states, where you're looking at a 2 hour drive if ya boy lives in Fort Wayne but we just have a fuck ton of interstates that take you anywhere you need to go to make up for it. Great video - it's true my family came here 20 years ago and I'm greateful but it certainly is expensive. \n\nThe type of employment you have makes a big difference - I'm a big fan of people applying for government to take advantage of the benefits - especially at retirement - and then having a side hustle. \n\nI'm looking to help people set themselves up for the long term and being a position to afford cost of living and comfortably raising a family in Canada. Which frankly can be hard but it is possible. \n\nGreat video

one of my cousin is been living in canada for the past 20+years, about the healthcare, it is much worst even compared to countries like Pakistan or India, my cousin was suffering from renal kidney disease and he had to make a kidney transplant but he was not able to get on that surgery, first he was refused of getting any donor in canada and then finally when he arranged his own donor from Pakistan, they did not give the visa to the donor and finally my cousin had to travel all the way back to Pakistan and get his treatment done here, despite all this the Canadian government after all the rush never replied to a single email from my cousin or his donor and finally he had to take a huge risk of travelling miles back home!!so the healthcare in Canada really sucks big time...thumbs up for making this video!!best of luck!!happy holidays!

After watching this video, i still want to make my move to canada in the next 1 to 2 years. Because canada is a big upgrade from usa. Im from texas and i hate the hot weather that lasts 11 months of basically summer. and always dreamed about cold cloudy weather instead. Im 21 and im planning to get my education there so it's not really a big problem for me compared to other people who already studied in their home country. Basically life quality is better and i dont have to worry about the sad things that happen here. I love canada and i want to be a proud Canadian.
