I don't ever venture into Brampton anymore, as I don't do service calls or work as a mechanic. I basically got told, without being told they wanted a more diverse field of technicians. Over 12 years of work trying to get my mechanics license and I'm out. Guys can't even diagnose a ground on a vehicle, yet they can get the Red Seal license cause the "translator" gave them all the answers on the test. Lots of them coming over on student visas just to drop out or not go to school completely and take up basic minimum wage jobs from the actual tax payers of our Great? nation. The truck driving is also insane up north, past Thunder Bay. Trucks in ditches every 30-50 km's. Wheels coming off of trucks, turning around on the 2 lane highway in the middle of no where and gets the truck stuck cause they wanted to do a U-turn at 3am on blind corners. We driving our 3/4 ton work trucks have to pass our exits all the time cause they have their feet on the dash tailgating you. 90% of the ones that have come over, have made Canada a worse place to work/live.

I am from India came to Canada legally (gone through 7 months of processing and waiting , submitted countless documents , photos , chat history to prove relation status and professional experience, literally submitted all my life story) to obtain PR and come to Canada just to realize that people without any of these come from different parts of the world especially India bypassing the system and living better life working cash jobs and doing random stuff. When i went to take driving license first time, An Indian origin guy rejected my application saying that my Indian License wasn't looking original enough , where I have seen people who couldn't even speak basic English were applying to get license to drive trucks. It is sad to see how many of our people are bringing a lot of 'Indianness' to this country and live like it is their own turf. I have met many young and middle aged individuals who call themselves students who doesn't even have a clue of what they are studying. It is unbelievable how people of certain status live their life partying and enjoying breaking all sort of rules , dropping out of college etc. when people who are here legally and many Canadians struggling to pay rent / mortgages / insurances etc. Don't even want to talk about job security , its a joke. Finally happy to see someone raising voice.

IMO the big thing is that more housing and infrastructure need to be built to keep pace with people in an area - as housing standards are being violated - like 8 people living in an apartment is just extreme even for student housing. The crime rate dropped off massively we need to be careful about it increasing however more people equals more crime but equal or lower per capita crime rate. Poverty is always going to be poverty. The poverty issue is made worse because chornically unemployed pepole have seen their supports not keep up with inflation to the point its basically impossible to get housing on social safety net payments. This means that unemployed people basically end up homeless now. 7 m² per person for rooms with four or more occupants aged 18 or older. People should not just be packed into buildings that violate legal space and housing standards. The whole community IS government not a religious organization. This really frustrates me because the government should be insuring those standards are met not privatization of humanitarianism. Government should be humanitarian.

I'm surprised no liberal voters are calling this dude a "racist" because it involves Indians. He is literally interviewing both sides of this issue. In my opinion, if the liberal government stays in power, and more and more liberal voters use the racism card on people who point out these issues just to make themselves feel like a good person, more and more major cities in Canada will be filled of them who either entered as an international student, or as an asylum seeker. It is not "multiculturalism" or "diversity" if there is only people from one culture coming to Canada? Where are the people from countries like Italy? Germany? Ukraine? Mexico? It is not racist to point out how in very few homes, most notably in Brampton, around 7 or more people live in one house. It is not racist to point out how these Indians need to learn to write and speak proper English. It is not racist to point out how they need to adapt to our civilized way of life here in Canada. It is not racist to point out the rise in crime done by people of Indian descent. It is not racist to point out how, coincidentally, the quality in Tim Hortons has dropped lately, when in a majority of them have workers of Indian descent, which are usually in major cities. How so? The liberal-imposed foreign worker plan, plus a little bit of corporate greed. It is not racist to point out that Indian "international students" are getting their food from food banks, which are supposed to be for the poor, and how some places of work only hire Indians, because they are run by Indians. Why is this discussion even about Indians? Because they make up HUGE majority of people coming to live in Canada. Matter of fact, this does not apply to Indians coming to Canada, but to whoever goes to live in another country. It does not take much out of you to at least adapt to the way of life in which ever country you go to. The conservative party sees this in a way that the liberals do not. Come back to this comment in another 10-20 years when the liberals are still in power. You'll see the difference.

It’s sad being a born Canadian and watching the land I love turn into an income battleground. Nobody wants to hire someone with the thought of training. They want people with experience but won’t give the experience to those who lived here and need it. They’d rather hire someone from somewhere else that has experience and then fails to follow through as the born and raised person given the opportunity would. The amount I’ve seen white people fight to work and work fighting to keep their job burning themselves out when they’re easily replaceable by someone for a fraction of the cost and needing 3 people in their place since most immigrants are extremely lazy, especially after getting the pr. I’ve watched so many eastern Indians start to work full time. Hardly do anything until they get their card then drop off the map of actual work being done only to move to Ontario. Meanwhile I apply to countless jobs and don’t get one call back in 2 years with experience. Don’t even get me started on housing..

CANADA does NOT HAVE a 'Housing Crisis". The housing crisis is in Vancouver & Toronto, because we let ALL the immigrants move there. But there are a thousand small towns across the country that need immigrants to stop from becoming ghost towns. It's about money. Specifically Donald Trump getting as much money as possible from this term. Putin likely told him to make sure to distance America from its allies, so that he can use the USAs military gizmos to expand his mission to take over Ukraine amd any other country he wants. Elon, created Doge to weaken the economy even further so that the USAs assest are devalued and he can officially the US oligarchy. He's been in talks with Putin, we've seen them together. So now this Trump Gold card, is a way in for more oligarchs from Russia specifically to sweep up the remaining industries at a fraction of what they used to be valued. Then the USA will be the western arm of Putins empire. Since he made sure to obliterate all friendly relationships the US had with the western world, the other countries won't do anything to help the US so as to avoid all out war. Trump will then walk off into the sunset as one of the richest, if not the richest, man on earth.

So to replace Income Tax with Tariffs, America needs to apply 100% tariffs on ALL Imports from All countries around the world!\nSo prices on imported goods will be at least double in America! That will make people buy less. Imports will drop! So even with 100% blanket tariffs it will not raise 3 Trillion dollars for Trump!\nWhat's more? As America tries to make more things in America to avoid tariffs, tariffs will dry up and where does Trump get 3 Trillion dollars? ?

If Trudeau thought he had the upper hand in this, he would have dropped the hammer. He doesn’t. All joking aside, Canada has been able to form a symbiotic relationship of mutual benefit with the United States since even before NAFTA 1. But.......... right now it is almost like a 51st state and I do not mean that in a joking way. US states are always competing with each other, but what prevents things like, oh say the American Civil war from happening is the Federal apparatus keeps them in line for the good of the empire as a whole. \n\n If Canada is like a 51st state, then it is competing with the other 50 states in a way that all 50 of them are going to get upset about. So either the states complain, or you treat Canada as an economic competitor. Mexico being behind the United States and Canada is what makes it a good candidate for a symbiotic relationship. For all its problems, Mexico has a Christian population (with some indigenous traits) that goes well with America. Their nations different economic status means we can support them and they can support us doing different things for countries of different development stages.\n\nCanada being so similar to the United States will want that as well and will never outbid the United States. Most of it is due to bad so called visa expert agents in India. They haven’t even been to Nepal and they help educated people fill their visa applications for western countries. The day people start doing their own applications with honesty the rejection rate will start to drop. I have seen my own friends granted US visas when they only had 2000 rupees in their bank account only because they were honest. Last year I did my dad UK visa and when the asked his monthly income I wrote 0 and he still got approved. Don’t fall for the trap guys.

Tariffs would collapse Mexico's economy. Watch Trump slap 100% across the board on Mexico. The peso would drop like a rock. No one would buy ANYTHING from Mexico. American companies IN Mexico would leave Mexico due to the fact Trump is dropping regulations which killed their businesses under the democrats so they would return. Also ending the reliance on foreign oil will drop the prices for consumers even more so American made products would be cheaper and better made again. Back in the day if you had even 1 drop of Native America blood, you were consider full NA and suffered whatever repercussions were sought. First teach your kids to atleast complete high school. The statistics of white kids dropping out of high school is so high and yet they complain of stealing jobs. Tap water in British Columbia is in fact the best in the planet, even with all its homeless problems. Another thing is that Amazon drops your packages at your door and I personally Neven have stolen. LOL\nIn Northern Ontario we have a LOT of Indian immigrants. All the ones I have met are very well educated even though they are working in the service industries! I know several Indian Canadians who are Doctors, Teachers and Engineers! Almost all of my experiences have been positive! Of course it is human nature to always highlight issues, for example: I caught one group of people throwing garbage in a parking lot, and immediately notified them that they had dropped something, and even followed them with the garbage. One of the group stated, it was just trash. I told him there was a garbage can right over there, and I just KNEW that they did not want to throw it just lose on the ground, and wanted to help keep our town clean. They said sorry and politely picked it up and placed it in the garbage can. Hopefully lesson learned! Canada recently is going through hard times economically. Also, it’s the 10th largest economy now, not the 9th, it dropped. The GDP per capita is at all time low. Quality of life for even Canadian borns is at all time low. Canada has the resources, high quality education and all the ingredients but the worst part is the politics that is focusing on freebies and vote banks. Hopefully, things will change in future.

I am living in Canada right now and I agree with all the points mentioned however,\n1. As a lady I feel safe, no one judge me for my clothes, no one stare me disgustingly and no one consider I am his private property to assault.\n2. I feel safe when my kid goes outside to play. People here follows laws strictly. Vehicle stops even at signal allows them to proceed, always I repeat always driver signals me to proceed.\n3. I feel happy that my husband is valued in his office and much appreciated. His seniors credit him for his hard work and everyone here encourage us to have proper work life balance.\n4 I agree we pay high tax but atleast we are getting benefits in return. Public libraries, transport system are top notches. \n5. Banking, health care, all government facilities are very systematic. We were not even aware we have completed 18 months in Canada and we received letter from government stating very soon my son's child benefit will start. We didn't even enquired about it. They processed it automatically as per our arrival date.\n6. And lastly, we celebrated Independence Day here in Calgary, it was great event and all officers were protecting us.
