A lot of beautiful places in Canada for visiting.

My heart is sick, Americans have become so stupid because of the Internet because of all the Facebook and all the other stupid crap algorithms that feed them nothing but lies. Hold on there, boy, questionable, immigration policies. Both Canada and the United States were built on immigration, unless you are part of the first nations these types of inflammatory statements, are historically illogical. Countries like the United States of America, Canada, and Australia, New Zealand, and many parts of South America all grew with immigration. People in these countries that have been around a generation or more who decide to pull up the ladder have short memories from where they came. Regarding housing, it is always been and issue in many places and is affected by foreign investors and interest rates. Usually at some point there is a correction, some people win some people lose.

Trudeau should call Trump, it's set so high at 25 to make some sort of deal. I get the impression that Trump would like Canada to set up some shops in the US and get some benefits to help build the shops. When a new tariff is put in place, you have to call Trump to remove the tariff like last time.

From Australia \nSome valid points made whilst also leaving out some important details.\nRe fentanyl - this stronger enforcement and detection strategy should have been In place years ago and should not have taken the threat of tariffs to take this action.

So now the government in Canada wants to defend us & tell us to stand united but in the past decade this country has turned into trash as they gave it away with an open door of Indians taking over and not giving AF about the people born and raised here - the adds on the radio ask us to keep our money in Canada and untie, but we dont even have a Canadian culture left anymore and people living here long enough know its true unfortunately, this was a great place to live but they destroyed it long before this issue - cost of living, housing crisis, immigration, gangs, crime etc. - If they want to keep letting people in here then start a service to help us get out and relocate before asking for help from the people you hurt

Don't worry Tariffs are paid for by Canada I really do not know if he is so stupid he believes that or he knows and does not care either way it is so dumb and hurtful to think otherwise. The last time tariffs like this were in place was the late 1800's and early 1900's. If anyone know this time it was the time of the oligarchs like Rockefellers Carnegies that road the backs of the everyday Americans making them the richest people in the world. Notice a theme here, I do!!

Trudeau you're a PM and when you disrespect the president publically you disrespect America, so you have no right to address the American people. You don't know how to handle politics and thats why your own people have verbalized that they want you gone! Your lack of respect for the President and the United States is what put you and your country in this situation in the first place. Tou're leaving out on a low. Humble yourself and sit down and talk to the President, and address him as such, and he'll cut you a deal, and you can gain back some dignity. Otherwise, stop complaining to the world community. You look weak!

From the Midwest U.S, I support Canada and Mexico! We don’t want tariffs. We want ALL our economy to prosper! Not to crash them down! Otherwise, if we place tariffs, ALL OF US will be hurt. ALL COUNTRIES. ALL citizens regardless of income levels will feel it. \n\nRising egg prices? Just tonight (as of the evening of March 4) he blames it on Biden and the administration when he’s not even the president! I cannot believe we voted for a president who points fingers rather than taking accountability. \n\nAs an American, I only want to apologize to the world for voting for this bully (I never voted for him, but he won anyways.) I wish you all the best.

Why isn't the world placing sanctions on the fascist anyway? Why let Trump hold the cards? Why do business with Adolf Hitler?

Im neither Canadian nor american, but i totally support Canada and understand the bitterness Canadians feel. Trump's policies are clearly anti-american and very very stupid. He is doing great dissevice to americans in the first place.

Canada...please, for the love of yourself, do NOT forget what this man did to Canada. Sure, now, he can look like a hero...but he doesn't give a rats ass about Canada...this is his last ditch effort to save grace (and his liberals) from the destruction they have caused each & everyone of us Canadians for the umten years that have passed.\n\nOn voting day, remember that...and let's get the right guy in place...MCFA ?? (Make Canada Fabulous Again)

The Beznau nuclear power plant in Switzerland, Metsamor Plant in Armenia and Fessenheim Plant in France was chosen as the most dangerous reactors in the world due to its design in the 1960s and 1970s . The nuclear reactor should have been close a long time ago. Because it spreads radiation to Europe and other continents. Radioactive and chemical wastes of the Меtsаmоr Nuclear Power Plant enter the Caspian Sea through rivers and then into the oceans through other rivers. The NPP is located in a seismic country and a strong earthquake can occur at any time. Armenia should be sanctioned and embargoed to close this reactor. This environmental terrorism must be stopped. Тhe number of cancer patients in the world is increasing rapidly due to nuclear power plants. The government of Armenia, which is a military-economic ally of the invading Russia аnd receives financial and military support from it, should think about the health of the peoples of Europe. The Prime Minister of Japan said that the chemical and radioactive waste of nuclear power plants in Japan will be discharged into the ocean. As a result of water circulation and rainfall, plants will absorb toxic water. There will be radiation in drinking water and cancer patients will increase. Russia's political and military leadership is planning armed sabotage at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Mines are buried in the territory of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant from all sides. Explosives are placed inside the reactors. World leaders must stop this ecological disaster

i do not believe the American people want a President who will destroy our ties to the free World. the founding fathers of this democracy and the constitution would have placed Donald Trump and his cronies under immediate house arrest, stripped them of any authority, and taped their mouths shut while the government is reformed and the ties to the free world are re-established. He is a bully using our highest office to prove he is all powerful to do harm against anyone below the office.

This channel is notoriously known to praise the USA in every single sense. It’s kind of ridiculous actually. Talking about debt above GDP as an issue? Hello.. ?? I’ll wait for an upstate on the free falling economy of the USA which is currently taking place; I doubt it’s gonna happen though

So, suddenly Canada is suddenly now arresting these fentanyl gangs in large numbers, spending money on defense and patrolling the borders for illegal immigrants with helicopters and ground troops. Why now ? Because Captain Schmuck here had his sorry arse kicked by President Trump. Canada is effectively bankrupt and have been kept alive by the U.S. umbilical cord, and Trump knows that it has to stop as it is simply pouring good money after bad. Our government knew about these tariffs since the beginning after Trump’s election, and what have they done? Zip, zero, nada because they simply have no clue how to deal with it, but to throw the toys out of the cot. That is hopefully set to change soon and, with a proper government in place, then we can start real negotiations.

I do agree with you for some things but not all and i do think it was your best speach since 9 years but it does not take away what you have done wrong over your 9 years attacking freely canadien on there rights example:hunting right, sportshooting rights and freedom of expressing, running after the wrong person example:taking away legal firearms when they are not the problem since 80% of illegal firearms comes from outside the canada, I think that trump is just not taking canada seriously, over the past years since you are in power, canada has made a very bad name except for the freedom convye, which in that case made canadien stick together while you steaded in your office,i do think that a new leader/party should take place and give a chance for canada to walk out the mase you have done over 9 years
|

How are we getting out of this do you have the resources to ship to other places I haven't heard anything at all that's going to get us out of this hole everyone is going to to suffer all this is tic for tat

I stand with Canada. Do what you have to do. Someone needs to put the bully in his place. We will ride this out together.

I think something just clicked.... we know that trump is egotistical and he wants the credit for things he didn't do, twist stories to his benefit. With that said. I think trump wants to create this WW3 to gain territory, so places like Greenland, Canada, gulf of Mexico and Gaza he has showed his interests there. So him partnering up with outings agenda. And with america in war, he would get to stay third term. While he fattens the pockets of his oligarchs. His billionaires and his Co-president.

Good for Canada the republicans in congress are spineless to stand up to the felon president Trump and are allowing him to be a fascist tyrant. As an American it hurts to see how Trump treats allies and how he embraces enemies like Putin, North Korea and others. As painful as it will be I hope the free world does what the Republicans are scared to do and that is stand up to Trump and put him in his place!
|

Pls don't get me wrong. I love my president right or wrong. But Trudeau makes a very compelling point. This is not the smartest thing to be doing with these tariffs. Someone pls correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the reason President Trump brought the imposition of tariffs on Canada and Mexico in the 1st place was for them to do more about stopping the flow of Phentenol (excuse if spelling is wrong) into our country. I thought both countries have stepped up to do just that already. No? If so then why continue with this stupidness?
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
Don't pull Trump out. This is the only way he can destroy the United States to become North Korea having no friends. I like to see that happening since I don't live there. I put my money at safe place and wait for financial crisis to come. Please do more crazy stuff Trump. I can't wait for other countries to join force against Trump. But I feel sorry for the next president. He will have a hell of mess to solve.

First, the orange criminal is not a “very smart” man. At best he has, perhaps, average intelligence, but worst, he is dangerously ignorant of history and facts (how many other Americans over forty don’t know the significance of Pearl Harbor?). Sadly, for the U.S. and the entire world, Americans have seen fit to place a person with a severe case of Dunning-Kruger into the White House – again – they didn’t learn the first time.\n\nSecond, on this fentanyl thing. Are the vast majority of Americans children? The best way to keep them from becoming addicted or killing themselves with the stuff is to keep it from them? Where is the self-control…the ability of people to tell themselves no? The easiest way to kill any business is to starve it of customers.

You mean Canada's leader doesn't wear orange makeup and vomit forth unending lies? What a strange place Canada must be!

Canada is in trouble. Joining with the US would help both countries. Detroit would benefit from Canadians moving there, as would other US cities along the border. Canadians would get a place to live, and the US cities would be cleaned up and made livable again. Canada is suffering from too many people with few skills. The US foundry area hasn't recovered. If Trudea and Canada could see it, joining with the US would benefit them, and the US.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
We don't want to see Canadians hurt, either. It's all very unnecessary and intended only to appease the bottomless ego of a tyrant. Donald Trump imposed tariffs on your country. The American people did not. We are sorry, and we will do all we can to use the processes in place to remove Trump and his elected supporters from power as soon as we can.
|

Pretty sure Trump will turn it around in 2 weeks time and will say it's Canada that placed the tariffs on US, Mexico, Europe. :) ........ Watch.

Trudeau control your borders, you have no cards, have nothing compared to the USA... You chose the Tariff Match didn't you now... IF you had 'border' control in place, you wouldn't be able to spend 1 Billion dollars, and you wouldn't be acting just days ago... And yes Since Trump was Elected, border crossings lessened because illegals know they better get with it. Has nothing to do with you Trudeau. ANd you do sugar coat, well lie, about everything. Oh, and Dems don't have your backs. They are busy freaking out right now. lol

As an American, it’s so shameful to witness this take place. Canada, please know many of us vehemently oppose what has happened to our country, but our voices are being strategically stifled. It’s a scary place to be. ?

Trudeau isn’t in a place to speak for Canada. He resigned. USA could walk into Canada at anytime and there is nothing Trudeaucan do to stop them.

*Canada's Response to US Tariffs: A Measured Approach*\n\n*Executive Summary*\n\nIn response to the 25% tariffs imposed by the US on Canadian goods, Canada has announced a robust countermeasure. Effective immediately, Canada will impose 25% tariffs on $20.7 billion worth of imported goods from the US. This initial phase is part of a larger plan to impose tariffs on up to $155 billion worth of US goods, should the current tariffs remain in place.\n\n*Key Highlights*\n\n- *Tariffs on $20.7 Billion Worth of US Goods*: Canada's initial response includes tariffs on various products, such as:\n - Food and beverages: orange juice, peanut butter, wine, spirits, beer, coffee\n - Consumer goods: appliances, apparel, footwear, motorcycles, cosmetics\n - Industrial products: pulp and paper products\n- *Additional Tariffs on $155 Billion Worth of US Goods*: If the current tariffs remain in place, Canada plans to impose additional tariffs on products, including:\n - Electric vehicles\n - Fruits and vegetables\n - Beef, pork, dairy\n - Electronics\n - Steel, aluminum\n - Trucks, buses\n- *Non-Tariff Options*: Canada is exploring non-tariff options, including export restrictions and investment measures.\n- *Remission Process*: A remission process has been established to consider requests for exceptional relief from the tariffs.\n\n*Rationale*\n\nCanada's response is a direct result of President Trump's decision to impose tariffs on Canadian and Mexican goods, citing concerns over fentanyl trafficking and trade agreements. However, Canada has argued that the tariffs are unjustified and will have devastating consequences for both American and Canadian economies.\n\n*Conclusion*\n\nCanada's response to the US tariffs is a measured and targeted approach, aimed at protecting Canadian interests and jobs while also encouraging the US to reconsider its decision ¹ ² ³.

Trump has placed himself in a corner. He's completely incompetent. Because he is a bully and thinks people will roll over, he is going to look weak when he has to roll them back. When Canada cuts off the water, car parts, etc. and people start losing jobs such as car manufacturing, there will be a price to pay. It won't be an end to MAGA, but if he lets this go on for too long, he will never come back from it.

Don't be fooled by this wimp my American friends. Trudeau is a weasel and has killed Canada. I'm not a fan of Trump but he still has seen thru this bum and we deserve what we're getting because of his neglect and Woke policies for the last 10 years. he's as corrupt as a politician can get. So please wait til we get a leader in Canada that will get us back to a REAL partner with the US. An election is gonna happen real soon that will put a Prime Minister in place that will address the concerns of both of our countries and get things back to normal.....and it won't be Mark Carney!!!!!

Funny nobody mentions the Canadian tariffs already in place on US goods. Good luck ruining Canadas economy. When is Trudeau leaving? ??

We believe Canadian leaders like Mr. Trudeau. As Americans,we have been abused for years by Trump, who is his own kind of terrorist, using deceit, treachery and cruelty. Millions of us are resisting, protesting and praying to restore a place among our allies in other countries and in the United States.
