It's not race that makes countries great or bad. Since there is just one human race. Its the culture that makes places great. Culture or shared ideas among the populace. Specially ideas of being open minded, living and letting live, freedom, being tolerant etc. These are the best ideas or culture that if held long enough by the majority of the people will turn that place into a great civilization indeed. Every great civilization of history was built through this culture in history. persian empire, macedonian empire, roman empire, british empire and now the united states etc... were/are all very diverse and very tolerant of indians and their ideas... cultural exchange of ideas through indians and receiving diverse viewpoints which helped them become great. However great empires, great places and civilizations never last. They fall down. They fall down once the culture changes. which is natural since culture is not static but dynamic, since it exists only in the minds of people, it can change in the same generation, or in the next - all it takes is replacing existing ideas with other ideas in the minds of people large enough. This is what we are seeing happening in canada and India... a shift of culture. The same culture of responsible for turning India into a terrible country is being adopted by canadians. Meanwhile for the past few decades.. india on the other hand has been adopting the better culture and growing slowly and steadily with many mistakes and hurdles along the way towards a brighter future... slowly because its huge... steadily because it knows where to go.... mistakes and hurdles because its an open democracy... If this cultural shift keeps continuing this way... There will come a time where canada would look more like afghanistan and India will look like the us or scandinavia... However i hope thats not the case. and its just a phase that does not lead to some significant revolution in terms of peoples thinking.

You should come to Portland OR and Vancouver WA, Seattle area too - compare and contrast these communities to the Russians that moved here in the 90s. When I was a small child, I had planned to go to European and American countries based on my knowledge and good values and not for money because I thought that people with good education and rules followed lived there. Now I am 18 and it is very sad to see that people who lack basic manners are going there in exchange of money, yes it is true that you cannot bring knowledge and good values in yourself with money, European people and American people should also think about this and should ask questions to their government that why are they bringing these people to get profit in the vote bank or are they very educated people, but looking at the condition it is not true that Their parents may have also taught them basic manners, many Indians do not have the flexibility to change their habits after seeing the country, but they would have had problems with people coming to their country from outside who did not live in the Indian culture, but if they did not live with outsiders and were forbidden to do that, then that would be racism! One should follow whatever religion one wants but see again it should change with the new environment, even in nature when a species migrates to a new place it follows the rules and practices it uses, it does not mean that its genetics change completely.

Not true. Most Canadians want smaller numbers and tighter requirements. As a Canada who speaks both French and English and who follows politics quite closely, I have to say that the headline and some of the reporting here is quite misleading. A reduction in immigration has broad support across Canada. I wouldn't say that notion is dividing the country in any significant way. You do have certain industry groups that disagree, but among the population these reductions have broad support. This is a historic change in public opinion in Canada, but it has been driven by the unprecedented increase in immigration under the last term of the Trudeau government. To put this in context, non-permanent residents in Canada numbered around 1.5 million on Q3 2023, but by Q3 2025, that number sat a just over 3 million. The previous government increased immigration targets by 3 or 4 times over what they had been for years, which caused a number of economic issues. Essentially, the volume was simply too high for the economy and society to support. This was unfair to both Canadians and new comers, many of which could not find employment or afford a decent place to live. The changes being suggested are largely bringing Canada back to what the targets were for over a decade before, though a bit lower to account for the sudden surge. Canada remains one of the most pro-immigration countries in the world. However, and this is where I think DW's reporting is misleading, there is a distinction to be made between policies at the federal level and policies at the provincial level. Immigration, per our constitution, is a federal matter, however, Quebec in particular is distinct from other provinces. I don't mean only culturally and linguistically, but also in the powers that have been devolved to it by the federal government. On the question of immigration, Quebec has more powers and more ability to set its immigration targets and programs than any of the other 9 provinces. The particular program discussed here, the Quebec Experience Program (PEQ), is a particular immigration stream that only existed in Quebec. So what is happening with that program cannot be labeled as a whole-of-Canada thing. Where the changes to the PEQ are controversial, unlike the general changes at the federal level, is that people who immigrated under that specific program were promised certain things. There was a multi-year time line to Permanent Residency and then Citizenship. Many of those people have been in Quebec for 5-8 years already. However, the changes made to the program were done in such a way where people who many years into the program, had gotten an education, started a career, had children, ect. are now being told they can't continue and must leave Canada. There are even stories of people who married Canadians, now have children, and the one parent who was under this program now faces the possibility of having to leave Canada and be separated from their family. All through no fault of their own. That is what many people see as unfair, and I agree, however limiting future applications under the program, to bring in less people, that is not controversial. Canada has no responsibility to bring in people who are not already in Canada, but Canada does have some responsibility towards people who uprooted their lives to move to Canada and built new lives here based on promises and representations made to them by the Canadian and Quebecois governments. We should no simply kick those people out of the country.

I’ve had conversations with Indians who say there’s too many Indians. Prior to the past 10-11 years of liberal “leadership,” we only let in 40k people per year. Now on average over trudeaus time we on average let in 1 million people per year. It’s disgusting. This is going to sound super cruel but in American its just as bad, over the last 8 years over 30 family owned businesses or small restaurants have been taken over and bought out by Indian people in my area alone, the food quality dips, quality in general dips, they're rude, they get mad if THEY mess up at you which is super disrespectful. I'm glad Tyler is more or less neutral in his findings. It's true, many Indian's have come to Canada and I'm sure many do wish for a better life. Canadians understand this, but the methods the government of Canada is doing to push the numbers too high and too quickly is what's surprising to many. It's the accountability of the government that should be under scrutiny. If immigration was moderate and consistent, the social issues would not be as rampant, but social media loves stir the pot. This is also happening while Canada's housing infrastructure is crumbling, healthcare is deteriorating and general cost of living in Canada has skyrocketed and priced many Canadians out of simple living and enjoyment. I just finished my test January 28 2026 19/20. , I got multiple True/False questions as many people. One was about Olympic gold medal winner in 2010 Vancouver was Men's team. True. I remember a question about start of the modern energy industry, it had given timefram and what was the energy . I chose the Oil Alberta 1947 , which was correct. It has I think hydroelectricity Quebec 1980 as another answer closest for choice. Another question I remember True false , it has 3 names Question was are these one of the great inventors of Canada. So I would suggest you take note of Greatest inventors of Canada. There are multiple. Many answers of questions are too easy to eliminate because they don't make sense at all. You are mostly between 2 answers easily. If you just study this video I think you'll surely pass 😅. Another question was ; Who are appointed by on the advice of Prime minister? Answers; Memebers of parliement Mayors Senators Citizens Obviously Senators was the answer but answers might differ, so just study the other applicable answers for the questions.

One thing that always surprises me is that a lot of immigrants actually don't like mass immigration. I worked with a polish lady who complained more than anyone about the amount of polish people. I've met a lot of Turkish people and a few of them weren't best pleased with the amount of turkish people, and in this video an Indian man says there's too much of it too. Its not an uncommon sentiment among immigrants that they specifically came here for a change in culture, only for it to follow them here. Specifically surrounding politics, a lot of them leave because of the politics where they were, only to find its just as much of a problem here because so many bring those problems over with them rather than leaving them behind. Just to clarify though while I think immigration is obviously a big problem in its current state, I'm not at all against the idea of immigration in general. I care more about where people are going than where they're from. Its just very odd when you hear a strong accented polish lady walk passed complaining and swearing about all the polish people. I guess it does make sense though, if i imagine desperately wanting to leave home for Australia, it would obviously be disappointing to arrive after packing up my life savings to find out all of the people and all of the things were exactly the same as back home. So. As a renovations contractor, I do bathrooms, kitchens, basements and additions...I have been called many many times by people from India to quote their work. And when I do, they think im bartering with them. Can you do cash? Can you do it for 10,000 less? Can you just get materials for me? Can you recommend someone else? OMG. What do we think about it? I've heard words that are not in any dictionary. Yet, they are understood in their intent. There are too many that are far too ignorant. Those, give them all a bad rep. They have whole continents and ethnic nations for themselves. Now, we have little, mere, scant slivers of erable land while the rest of the world's nations still have plenty of land, except for those whom have already overpopulated themselves. While actual canadians have no opportunities and means to make products and services and compete in the marketplace for our people. Nobody seems to give a care about french and british isles canadians who built this country. Most of everyone else just moved in and out of those many just came for the government benefits and perks, and also the fact they could move their whole family and acquaintances. Let's be honest. A lot of people born here are descendants of scammers and grifters of the canadian system in some way. At this point, I think we should criticize all the various groups that have come here en masse. Most of the MPs have no spine. You can still have a liberal policy and still end immigration. It's the elephant in the room. End immigration and subsequent benefits and family unification policies.

We are getting way too many from other countries not only India. So everyone's gotta remember that we are getting massive loads from other very populated countries. It's gotta be engineered to help offload their countries of their populations, which in many countries they are packed like sardines. I already left the GTA thinking I would be relieved of this, but no, only slightly. They are in every town. I feel like the government harmed me indirectly because I opposed what the government did, so I took it upon myself to move, and yet, my problem was not solved. Africans, Indians and various Arabs are most in my neighbourhood, now. We are 3 hours away from Toronto. If you here in the comments section plan to move, then find a pocket at least 8 hours away from all the major canadian cities, but closer to some smaller towns.

It's worse than this video shows. I don't live in Brampton and my town is entirely * after 10 years. Everywhere I go is * people. It doesn't matter what store or business or service I contact it's just * people now. When I went to college everyone was from there. This was a regular local college that Canadian kids aspire to go to. They made up 90% of the classmates, they never showed up to class, they refused to participate in team projects, nobody failed. They did so poorly but the school charges 3x. My final year they cancelled final exams because they decided too many international students would fail. They are from the same country but they have different religions and from different cities that hate each other so they would refuse to communicate with each other. Imagine you meet someone from another province and you hate them and aren't afraid to crashout in public over it. My next door neighbors there is so many people living in the house that they live there on a schedule one group in and one group out. You would think they would be going to work NO they literally hang out all day long like a bad 90s comedy movie. In the last 10 years all of the house in my town skyrocketed in price. The people around me all bought around 2010 - 2015 for $150k - $260k and sold for around $1m 2023 - 2026. Average house price in my town has stayed at 3x what it was 10 - 15 years ago. They don't rake their leaves, they don't clean up their trash, they don't clear their snow from their driveways. Both my parents are immigrants, they came here poor had to work, had to respect the country and its laws and culture because that's what allowed Canada to be successful so they could come here. All I hear about or see now is immigrants from the one country? When I was a kid I grew up with every nationality where did everybody go?

This guy didn't do his research, toronto/ontario has many neighbours that might look dominated by one ethnic group.. I think we have more Asian deep pockets here than just Brampton has indians. U get bad apples in every single group in all levels and stages of life. Crime is worse from the up down.. next doc should be on the government ped stuff!!

As a Indian Sikh that was BORN in Australia with parents that have been in Australia for over 17 years, these new Indians coming here are the problem I’m not trying to be rude or racist but I’ve gone to India many times and there everyone is in Canada or something but when they get there they treat it like India, like if ur gonna go to a different country at least respect them . India is a beautiful country with good food it’s just that some (keyword some) people are disrespectful most Indians are like this because of stereotypes so they sometimes feel angry so then they try to get revenge. I’m not saying everyone is like this but I had to get it out because I’m starting to feel annoyed with Indians and other people, Indians also say that the uk stole from them so they are stealing back but that was only uk and only the government not the people. What u see on screens is not actually what India looks like on behalf of the Indian community I would like to say I’m sorry to everyone and every country we have taken over just know not everyone is like this only the Indians who have a ego and think they are better , sorry Canada, America, Australia and any other country

It should not surprise me that racism appears anywhere humans are, but what stood out was how some speakers treated all Indians as a single people, despite hundreds of cultures, and accused them of failing to assimilate to ‘their way.’ Many of those voices were themselves descendants of immigrants who were once pressured to abandon Norwegian or other identities in the name of assimilation. Yet there was little evidence they had actually spent time getting to know their Indian neighbors, their cultures, friendships, or daily realities. Instead, the focus was fear and a narrative of societal collapse, rather than honest engagement that separates real local issues from blanket blame. Of course, any local community can have problems, and some groups can be unwelcoming. But the argument presented implied there is only one way to be Canadian. That echoes xenophobic rhetoric in the US about who counts as ‘American,’ often while ignoring the reality of Indigenous peoples entirely. I do not deny the importance of shared commitments like the rule of law, freedom, and evidence based policy rooted in the Enlightenment and scientific thinking. But culture and learning can coexist with those values. What troubled me most was how poverty and discrimination were replaced with racial generalizations, and how victim language was used to deflect responsibility, something that resembles DARVO. Given the same conditions, these problems could arise in any group, regardless of race.

I was born in brampton, lived in cbridge then to b.c.! I will never go back! Heres a fun fact tho, the government opened the flood gate to immigration, red taped housing, started a catch and release program for repeat offenders, even violent ones! And made drugs decriminalised! From what I heard, there was commercials and panphlets all over differnt countries saying come to canada for a better life, its great here! Many came and because of the housing shortage due to the red tape, people were sleeping on the street in front of the government offices! Its also colder then many people that have never experienced could even imagine! Then there starting from the bottom! A chip on there shoulder thinking the gov owes them and do whatever you can to get payed! Hence why there were so many car, jewlery store, liqure store thiefts and break & enters! The cops were literally telling people to keep there car keys near the door so the thiefs can take them with no altercation! I blame turdo and sean fraser! Fun fact, sean fraser was the immagration minister then got cabnet shuffled to housing minister during turdos terms, idk what he is now but i think hes still in cabnet. I try not to be racist but this failed experiment and just plain bad math/out of touch with reality cabinet ministers are litterally making people racist! Its too many, too fast, when there manipulating the housing market by red taping it so much nobody can get a shovel in the ground! The stupidity of the gov is insane! I dont like the convervatives either as they will just swing the pendulem so far the other way too fast, i.e. cut everything! What invasion? We all came here legally with passports and valid visas. WE work jobs, help our community, isnt that canadian enough? The temples and gurudwaras of Brapmton literally offer free food and drinks to anyone and everyone, regardless of their race, sexuality, gender. It’s good to hear some are thinking of leaving to the US. I truly wish for their success. I worked at a college that became a diploma mill in Vancouver and you couldn’t go to the men’s room without seeing 3 or 4 dudes hanging out. Foreign students also take from the food banks enough to have 1st year students now banned and many people no longer donate. I generally have great experiences Indian people, and have travelled India extensively, but if you let in too many of one type the native population will have a hard time and the immigrants themselves won’t integrate and build their own society. Blame the Liberal government.
