Per yr) I worked for 30 yrs and never made that amount. So bankrupting our pension funds because pretty sure that was done decades ago purposefully. Immigrants get way more than a persons pension which is no longer enough to live on and if you get sick you can opt out of life. Globalists are a death cult. You can see it in the decline destruction of so many countries, how they go after children, the men and women born to their countries, how they cause division, how they laugh in our faces. Record profits during covid says it all. Recessions give a partial temporary reboot and depressions are devastating and take a long time to recoup from. I live in a rural small town, retired, own my house and debt free . Low property tax and affordable housing and rents but in the Maritimes. Cities are the worst to survive in. I feel for all that are struggling but Canada is a great country and better than most but one must be willing to relocate to areas that they can afford to live in and still have steady work.

We were military so lived right across Canada, and I can tell you the worst province in Canada is Saskatchewan. I don't have enough thumbs to turn down. The people are Very unfriendly. Think there better than everyone else, and if you need compassion from the police you won't find it there. I was with a group of military wives once and we all had to say the best and worst posting we ever had. Everyone said Saskatchewan was the worst. Nova Scotia and B. C the best. . The rest of the country is great. The Maritime provinces are the friendliest. Retired widow now and live in a small town Ontario. It's very nice here.

As someone who lived in multiple provinces (now Quebec), Quebec is truly awesome, yes, but it is extremely subjective to think that it is better than BC, Alberta or the maritimes. Also, if you don't speak at least a little french, it's true that you won't have such a great experience (at least outside of Montreal)

There are 13 different cultures and societies associated through a federation with a central government in Ottawa. Every province is unique in its politics, social programs, even cultural events. Not every province and territory celebrates the same holidays, memorials or statutory holidays.\nPeople in Newfoundland are as different from the rest of Canada as the Scots and Irish are in their homelands. Alberta has cowboys, BC has sailors, Saskatchewan has wheat and Manitoba has the Guess Who and mosquitos. Ontario is just arrogant, Quebec is just Quebec. There is NOTHING Canadian about Quebec. If they had it their way they would have been independent since the 1750s. They don't even like to speak English. They do it out of obligation to the federation. \nThe Maritimes are again, unique unto themselves. They could easily be an independent nation and then their true culture would shine. Why they practically speak a different language. They have been here longer than any of us and are in fact the most unique culture in all of Canada with the exception of one very important factor:\nThe First Nations of Canada. Their culture is as different from 'European' as Indian is from Chinese or Russian and Korean. \nAnd they have been here for thousands of years. Hey Tyler i love your work. I am a savagely loyal Albertan. \nAlberta is the best province. Change my mind. \nBut if Alberta starts slipping to the Left with another NDP/Socialist government, i would move to the US no question. Not just anywhere though. The 2 coasts are dumpster fires. (No offense if you live there) Canada is messed up like the 2 coasts. Trudeaus MO has been to systematically dismantle this once great, thriving, proud country for 8 long years. With election fraud and more seats in the Maritime provinces than all the Western provinces, and the Federal government bribing those poorer provinces for votes, it may be a long time before the Liberals are removed. And we will eat Crickets in trudeaus dystopian plans for Canadians. This is not a joke. The individual States have much more power than the provinces. Look up Danielle Smith, Premier of Alberta, she has done great things in a short time. Mostly fighting Trudeau against his attempts to shut down our provinces oil and gas and farming to save the planet from climate change. ?

Hi Alina, If you can stand the quietness, relaxed lifestyle, cold weather , cheaper rent, and friendly people, live in the maritimes, Manitoba or Saskatchewan. There is a share of rude people (more like drivers)in Calgary and Toronto. Both are still considered fast-paced!\nPeople in Calgary used to be very friendly in the 90s, not as friendly anymore! No where in Canada is perfect though.\nI will really choose Lethbridge and Medicine Hat over Calgary or Edmonton. Calgary is getting more busy and people more in a rush!

It’s super crazy to even have Canadians experience and find a job. More like you need to have local experience or communal experience (I live in the maritimes so that’s an example). Forget applying online anymore especially in Canada

Nice video, yet I find that you talk a lot about number differences with the USA and other countries and fail to explain how these differences are lived inside Canada. \n\nAfter lockdowns, I left the urban centres of the Quebec-Windsor corridor to settle in maritime Canada, and life here is very unique. \n\nFog, snow, rain, winds, ice, fires, every thing is very local. The closest chain restaurant like Tim Hortons is more than 1hour away by car. Anyday the roads can be closed, the ferries cancelled, isolating tens of thousands of people. Although most Canadians live in large urban centres, and don't have to deal with these issues, there is still a large population living in radically isolated areas.

i live in Montreal and i was informed last week that my doctor of the past 15 years ,at my clinic in Montreal , will only take care of these asylum migrants. ... I am a candian citizen , born and raised in Quebec , i have been paying my taxes for the past 10 years in Canada and my ancestors have been living here for the past 450 years.. All these people have access to a doctor for free , not me anymore. About 45,000 arrived inMontreal in 2022 and only 5, 000 transferred to Ontario and maritimes . So still more 40, 000 in Monttreal and those who crossed since the beginning of this year.

Things have been getting very difficult in on the east coast lately. The great Ontario exodus has been really putting all our health/real estate/employment sectors to the grindstone, but I mean I guess that's always been our motto though (hard times in the Maritimes™). You can't pronounce newfoundland, there's mountains to climb ,trails to walk, ocean and ponds to fish and swim or camp deep in the woods ...not expensive either (sea food and homes are cheap) and no big crime and less drugs ...\nOntario ... I have friends that live in Ontario. A great place if you are Type A and super outgoing. A great self promoter brimming with confidence. Otherwise you may be happier in the Maritimes or Western Provinces. Ontario is not terribly happy with those people who do not measure up to the Ontario brand of success. It can be a miserable place for new Canadians who may eventually realize that they can happily live in other parts of Canada.

No way Quebec is number 1 even Canadians don’t wanna live there haha and even though they are one of the 3 richest provinces with Alberta and Ontario they take massive equalization payments from Alberta that should be going to help the Maritime provinces and not to help the rich

Interesting and objectively reasonable list. Surprised to see the Maritime provinces listed so low and Alberta rated so high. I grew up in Alberta and my heart is there, but the conservative politics is killing the province - as is Covid. The education and healthcare systems are suffering the most. I live in Vancouver - other than the astronomical cost of living here, we have a horrible amount of urban poverty and gang violence. Downtown has been overrun by the homeless the mentally I’ll and junkies. Like anywhere - it’s great if you have the money.

I know Canada is not perfect and I find you’re a bit hard on the red maple leaf... just because you don’t find the same things as your native country. It’s like\nfrench people coming from France, going to Quebec province an complaining about the food, the weather etc... well we’re not France, sorry to say! But I can\ntry to understand your situation; it’s probably inevitable that the comparison between your country and Canada would show up eventually. I see regularly \nimmigrants moving here and it’s true that it’s not easy. (Some people will have to be cab drivers because they can’t find work in their field). But you have\nopportunities if you work hard. I have the example of a Russian truck driver who move here with his family (wife, two kids). The man started by working for\na general transport company, then was able to buy his own truck. Now he’s able to work with whoever he wants. So I think every experience is different.\nOne other thing I noticed is that for families coming here it will always be easier for kids (even teens) to adapt quicker then their parents. I live in the east\n(the maritimes) and there is not very large cities. Some immigrants that come here will stay for a while but then they would move to a larger city (like\nToronto) because that city must have the most ethnic diversity in Canada. For cultural differences true that Canadians are like Americans in the «none»\nfashion trending. It’s a different mentality then Europe because over there fashion is a statement; you are judge on your appearance. Here, not as much.\nIt shows you don’t like winter and if you don’t your not a real Canadian! :-) Don’t generalize, a lot of people here like winter. And for taxes I don’t have a clear\nexplanation other then we have a huge empty country that needs roads, infrastructures, etc. and someone has to pay for it! (fun fact, all the population\nof Canada could fit in a country like Poland... it shows how empty it is here). Finally, and I heard this many times, maybe the people or the part of the\ngovernment to blame is Immigration Canada. Maybe they give to much of an idealistic image of Canada!
