Bruh the comment section is filled with racist people not minding india's population and seeing the not so big size of the country and still criticizing it for its poor infrastructure or people. The people also forgot how rich India was before united kingdoms invasion and how the British empire stole all the valuable resources from India like gold and used it for the development of London. So pls I am respectful don't be racist towards other countries. All are equal made by god just separated by borders of countries but live in the same soil which is our earth. It's also a fact that the people who have enough money or are rich in India live a good life where the infrastructure is good the people are good like the system in upper castes. Whereas the poor people are the ones which have to suffer as generally they are low castes and don't get jobs offered in India as they face caste discrimination and so they get involved in illegal activities like scam call centres and robbery to get some money. The foreigners only see the bad side of India and the bad people who are poor and have to earn something for their family to survive. So pls I know that the things these are doing are illegal or bad but still don't blame whole India for it as those people are very poor have nothing to eat and so they get lured by strangers into doing these things. I can easily say tyler is racist because it's just bad things about India that he shows like the photo of punjab he shows like a random street in punjab a person is driving in motorcycle and there is garbage all around and not showing the golden temple or beautiful places there. I know the people should point out the mistakes of a country like dirty places there but like all the images shown of the country are dirty and not a single picture is good about it even though there are many. That clearly racist and the motive is clearly here to disrespect the countrys image

It's funny how foreigners mostly w8tes will travel to India and purposely go to the worst places to travel (old delhi, varanasi, Calcutta) which is common knowledge not only amongst Indians themselves but amongst travelers globally, just so they can make negative videos for sensation and views and then assume the entire country looks like that. When the fact of the matter is India has beautiful beaches, resorts in the south (kerela goa etc ie tourist areas) beautiful mountains and snowy areas in the north like Shimla, Risikesh in states like himachal pradesh and uttarkhand, theres ther north east which has arunachal pradesh etc. Yet despite common knowledge amongst those who travel to India these vloggers choose to avoid such places for the former just for content and to make videos such as this. Channels like Chris Lewis, Alfonso and Jessica, Daily Max, Van Boys, GallivanterDom, Dunney Travels are much more honest and unbiased with their vlogs on India showing both the good and bad side of the country. Both the beautiful luxurious sides as well as the slums and poverty. Unlike vloggers like this who only show the negative sides of India for the sake of views, content and engagement farming. Positive videos on India never go as viral as the negative ones. The algorithm always pushes negativity over positivity

Personally as an Indian, I really feel bad about it. Unfortunately, we DO go to other countries for a chance at better life and dignity, but a lot us Indians then start to feel privileged and entitled and do not adapt to the culture of the country they are in, and force their own cultures and individual beliefs. This sucks, especially as a young guy who dreams of living in other countries, while respecting their cultures and planning to adapt to them. Even in India too, we don't really pay much taxes since we know its gonna go into corruption anyway, so the Immigrant residents in Brampton may have carried forward that practice as their habit. This gets a lot of us good folks, generalized for no reason too, Although, I do understand the anti-Indian sentiments foreigners have towards us, but again.. not every Indian are like that, since it has also been pointed out by few others. Although, I AM genuinely sorry for the problems Canadians might be facing in Brampton right now

India have a good universities because some countries accept their Indian people with bachelor degree as H1B visa program, but most India apply and accepted in Canada as student visa, how many finished and how many leave the country? because they allow them to work at the same time. who would not take advantage to Canadian foreign programs, and those Indian MP's in parliament will support this programs to help their kinds or country fellows to dominate this country.

I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. These students can't complain about the student fee, Housing , food and living cost .\n\nU can blame trudue for lowering the standards for student visa. \n\nTo my knowledge from friends i know as students durring high-school vs students coming to study at college. \n\nPrior to this issue these a few mandatory requirements \n\n- parents most make over 200 k usd , and assets .\n\n- you must have xxx amount in usd dollars equivalent in your bank account and open a HSBC bank account with xxx amount \n\n - u must show you can afford for your child to stay at a mandatory homestay , all the associated cost staying and studying in canada for min 3 years \n\nJust passing the first 3 requirements, most ppl get rejected. \n\n- most leave the home stay due to culture differences and end up renting a 1 bed room condo. \nThat alone back in harper days was 20 k a year.\n\nMind you these students i met are from Vietnam, a 3rd world country where a university graduate with 2 degree will make only $500 usd which is consider a very good job . Its equivalent to5 k / month . \n\nSo thier dollar isn't worth much , for their parents to have that much money to send a 15 year old to study hs in a foreign country is a luxury only a selected few can dream of\n\nAlso none of them worked and work permit wasn't allowed. Even they were allow why would u when ur parents give u their debit card ~ visa card with allowance of 2- 3k to spend .\n\nInwould say 25% of these rich students go home within a year as they get home sick.\n\nToday standards\n\n- not many come as high school students as it's alot harder and still up hold strict standards as their still a minor. \n\n- college is easier route\nOnly have to prove u can afford the 1st. Year of study \n- a place to live\n- your parents can support you while ur here \n\nSo some one in India is faking the documents so they can come over strictly to work and pay for school and living cost. \n\nThis is why we have this problem. Indiana are very difficult nation to respect the rules and laws in the housing sector to during to jobs - and education. They don't want to learn the foreign rule except just want to make money by ignoring all rules. \nI rule said to allow the apartment to be sized and rules to all nations 2 people the indians will bring the same apartment 10-15 person minimum, damages within a days weeks, non-respect the rules they agreed to respect. \nWhen landlords are the same rules as all others indians think it's only for them, and cleanliness maintenance is the main issue. The apartment and building itself are not livable and others are complaining threatening the landlord to quiet the building. For Indians tennats many landlords lost. their good respectable tenant, None want to stay with them, It's not about color or language its about cleanness and noise sharing s with many and inviting all friends which is allowed only in India, not other developed countries or Canada. U.S. If they can't respect the rules of law in Canada they should not come. Canad landlords will not allow 11/2 or 21/2 apartments with 10-15 peoples, who breaks all inside out crowd noise, deny damages, and blame Landlords.

Well, there are good Indians and scammers Indian. Scammers in India are causing headaches for good Indians. That is the facts. For instance, recently some Indians took a huge loan in UAE and left for Canada with that money. That has put the UAE government in a position to make the visa process more difficult to find out if bad people are getting the visa or not. I would say, the Indian government should introduce a process to thoroughly investigate a person before they apply for a foreign visa, and it should be honest to see some improvement in Indian behavior in the foreign countries. If not, that number is just going to go down. It doesn’t matter how much you scream. Do that for the sake of good Indian people.

I just love it,,, i mean i just love it when we get a reality check,, i have been to 20 countries for studies, for work and as a toursit , i didnt face any visa rejection (maybe bcos my documents and funds were good) but boy o boy i just saw the behaviour of mostly hindi belt guys who go to Visa free countries like malaysia, bali, thailand and what horrible behaviour, they will spit around, drink pass lewid comments on foreigners and local ladies, try to bargain it was such an embarrassment, there were people chanting religious slogans near burj khalifa making reels, recently i visited georgia and some gujrati family was asking for seperate vegetarian cooked meals in an authentic georgian restaurant,, they were talking like they owned that place.\n\nI left india for studies in 2000 and came back in 2013, but during this time the indians were well behaved abroad and followed the rules,, maybe post smartphone era and the so called Godi media all have got a false feeling that we have become some vishwaguru just look at our comments on any videos on youtube instagram which are critical of us.\nThere was a news on one Lapdog Godi channel that Trump is crying infront of our PM that we help him in LA fires,, such shameless and bigoted lies will make any dimwit person think we are the greatest,\nIts high time we should start retrospecting our online as well as social behaviour.

Once I just searched on google masters degree from foreign country, i literally got 100s of adds for months about Canadian, australian, german and US universities, So if i will take admission in those unis after paying whole saving of my family i atleast want to have rights to work in that country otherwise why would i leave my country as i still have middle class life here. And also it's the responsiblity of any unis in the world that if anyone comes to your country for than they should atleast have right to work for the same number of yr as he spent in his course so that he can earn back same amout which he paid for the tuition fees, suppose if i does my Master's from US for which i have to pay atlest 80-100k including living cost and to earn back that same amount of money in the india from best paying companies will take atleast 7-8yrs it's just about getting same amount of money back in account and to make saving of that much money will atleast take 20yrs then tell me why should some go for education in foreign countires if he doesn't get chance to earn that back, College fees are usually decided on PPP terms of the freshers job in that country that why atleast giving chance for work for the same amount of time of the total course time is a good thing otherwise just stop sending adds, just stop scamming indians, and just close your billion dollor economy which works on fees of indian student. Even many african specially nigerian they qualifies to work in india if they did any of his degree from india.

I am an Indian, but I don’t agree with these protests. You are a student. Get your education and then make your career. You can’t expect a foreign country to be obliged to give you a job as well. There are a lot of opportunities in India. So, why not come back and work in India? If you are good, an Indian MNC will send you Canada or any other foreign country at its own expense. The education loans are for education. I appreciate that there will be implicit expectation that getting a job in Canada will help pay that loan back quicker, but as a student you can’t demand that. You got to respect the law of the country.

Would you say the same for US too ? Yes, Canada isn't able to take load of more people and policies aren't evolving but showing the videos of particular places and calling the whole country horrible, is same as showing population and poverty problems in india calling it poor country. Healthcare is problematic because there are not many people qualified to do jobs. In the end. if you hate struggle, tough life, foreign countries are no place cos you are starting from zero. Leaving comfort zone and moving out is always challenging. Those who moved out earned good money and came back to India are happier now cos they have the money to function in india and international exposure. It depends where you are in life now and what you are leaving behind. Indian universities are great, and studies are top-notch. However unemployment is still big issue. Do your research, evaluate your options and take a call. And if it didn't work out you can always go back.

South Asian Indians are fourth generation Canadians and are educated, successful and have assimilated with the European culture. The french lady should see Montreal, it is cool to see Indians, Chinese speaking French. Do you ask why there are too many Chinese in Chinatown? Sadly the new immigration are bad Trudeau policies that India wanted deported back. Others are temporary honest Indian students that are being ripped off by Canadian wrong policies of shameless cash grab. Assimilation for new immigrants could be something in common e.g. free classical piano lessons for everyone in school. Music and language is a great first step in communication. The drug problem has nothing to do with immigration, it is the result of their own culture of drug abuse and bad Canadian policies. I think it is sad that the woman seems to be so negative without realizing the she has to care and use her power for good by demanding that no Canadian should be on the streets, this is why ALL Canadians (especially include South Asian Indians) pay taxes. where is our money going? is not the Canadian Government responsible for the welfare of ALL Canadians? we were the peacekeepers. Being an Indian living in India I can tell you one thing that mostly people who are not 'good enough' in anything pay lumsum amount of money to move to Canada. For instance, most of the students going to Canada for study, lack foundational knowledge that should've been taught to them at school. Take a GRE-like exam by randomly selecting Indians residing in this area and u will understand what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, the current Canadian govt knows this and capitalise on this problem as they have turned the education system of Canada into a money-vending machine. Furthermore, no skill development opportunities and lack of jobs intensify these problems as these individuals are never exposed in a multicultural urban setting. That is why likeminded individuals aggregate and live in silos. Lastly, for my Indian brothers and sisters, I would like to say that yall should try to assimilate with the culture rather than live in silos. That doesn't necessarily mean yall should abandon ur religion and culture, but try to participate more in various activities associated with Canadian culture. Like Im a Hindu, but I participate in Eid & Christmas as well in India.. We should be open to new experiences, especially when moving to a foreign country, one should be able to adapt.. just like one adapts to the weather, one should also embrace the culture.. Try talking to people who are 'non-Indians', have a genuine conversation, find out the history of the place and various other key milestones in the region.. mostly engage in amicable social behaviour. Holding grudge & closing doors to new interactions would not solve anything, neither for Canadians nor for immigrants.. Live and let live.. Cheers!

Solo's hundreds of billions of dollars that the government's going to take back and taxes from us all draw the cost of housing through the roof. Instead of at the time redirecting half of those two it was 500 billion take a half of that investment in putting it into infrastructure technology innovation for industries. Our education systems from kindergarten through to postsecondary education and spending it on the Canadians that were here. We've turned our post-secondary institutions in Canada into diploma Mills where you know your VA and your you know postgraduate degrees or you know they're worthless. However the government and the education system grew into a very profitable industry grinding out worthless degree after worthless degree for foreign students who thought when they got these degrees with 50% of Canadians have. People have to realize that post-secondary education is a big business so they're going to sell you a dream that's going to cost you a lot of money what I suggest is when YouTubers want to do something on Canada do some proper research let people know that we really do have quality post-secondary education system but you have to look at when you graduate those jobs going to be there to pay that large salary does White collar jobs are disappearing almost gone I purchase an app for my company with small company about 10 employees this inexpensive app alone has taken my office staff from 7: to 2: I have a 10 Red seal tradesman tradeswomen these 10 highly skilled trades people earn between 125 and 145,000 a year in gross salary and I need five more of these highly skilled people and I can't find them cuz everybody's running in to get a useless postgraduate degree. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Hundreds of years ago all your native homes were part of the indigenous people here and they didn't even have time to complain or lament online when the Europeans butchered them and massacred their homelands, claiming the land and setting up as their own. Now you are in a position to call something your home and we all know what all your ancestors did regardless of how good you are right now. The least you can do is not comment such provocatively online against other ethnicities or is this atrocity still there in your blood. It's very simple. I came in the 80s to canada as a landed immigrant which is equivalent to a PR now. Life was much easier for newcomers then to start. Jobs were readily available and with a good command of the English language and a broader mind to accept other cultures and people i felt the adaptation was good. As for the struggles i had lots of patience and didn't mind doing my own chores. Cook clean at home and work in a 9 to 5 office job. I even volunteered as a Sunday school teacher to young children. I also kept my hobby as an artist. It depends on ones courage and patience and ability to adapt in a foreign country. Canada was the best decision i took for me and my family especially my children who graduated here.yes now i am retired over 60 and yes i do spend time abroad including india while it snows here? after covid and the ongoing wars and the recession around the world life is not the same in any part of the world. You have to make the best decision for your particular situation you are in. I never regretted coming to Canada ??.

So brutal. I have a 15 year old looking for her first job and all her friends ate too. Guess what.....all those jobs we used to get as we entered the workforce are gone. Every single DQ A&W grocery store McDs etc jobs go to foreigners. So where will all the high school kids work? They are becoming despondent and depressed. It's really sad. It also appears that you are at the back of the list if you are born here and God forbid too white. So what is the deal with all these Walmart's etc hiring only foreign people ? It's not to give the kids of Canada a start and a chance. It must have some reason that is going to destroy the country because when a local high school student has to compete with ,300 foreigners for a low paid job this is not going anywhere good. If people have good jobs, stable family life then DON’T move…culture shock is huge that people moving from India don’t consider, just by wearing and eating western food doesn’t make you western! \nThere are sacrifices to be expected which you don’t realized as your great grandparents or grandparents might have made when they started out! \nMoving to another country is never easy, unless you’re loaded with $$$. People in India are lazy as they have people working for them and don’t realize how difficult it is living outside of that lifestyle (not everyone in India can afford housekeepers, cleaners). Being independent and doing things on your own has its own positive (just need to figure it out). \n\nI have worked in healthcare for 16 years and let me tell you…social system works better as everyone gets the health service without being judged about $$. Healthcare is based on priority around the world but people don’t understand this as they feel like their problem should be attended first no matter what! \nNot all drugs are legal in Canada, marijuana is legal though with acceptable limits…you probably were misinformed about drugs! Teach your kids about right /wrong when it comes to drugs, smoking, alcohol and that’s the best you can do! I know people who live in India and do all that which you mentioned you were worried about for your kids. \n\nWhat you experienced was a classic case of culture shock and your expectations didn’t match the reality! Moving away from family, changing lifestyle and being responsible adult (doing things on your own rather than relying on workers) is difficult but doesn’t make the country bad that have you an opportunity to settle! Don’t take things for granted even while you live in India…appreciate the effort that goes into everything- keeping roads clean, people working hard, etc. \n\nBest advice I can give to those considering moving to any foreign country is: Keep an open mind, be ready to work hard and visit the country you want to move to before you make the grave decision of uprooting everything! Things usually turn around and get better after 5 years mark- focus on upgrading your education if you have a basic degree from India (even you know how competitive things are in India, so how can western world not be!)\n\nBeing vegetarian- things are tough when it comes to food but living in Toronto has never been an issue. Even people living in India avoid outside food due to hygiene reason which is not a problem in Canada as food inspection is pretty strict (having worked with ministry of health). \nCities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc has variety of food options (including veg)…just have to be really open to trying other cultural food (Asian, Mediterranean, Italian,Mexican, etc). My parents are strict vegetarians and have never truly struggled when they are out. \n\nCost of living is definitely higher as the standard living is higher compared to India. Education (until grade 12) and healthcare are free (in reality, you pay tax for it), you get pension when you retire (based on your contributions and type of jobs you had)…you failed to navigate the system and I will say having family around is why you didn’t take opportunity to explore and learn on your own. \n\nPlease don’t come to Canada and make life difficult for other Indians who choose to willingly accept the culture and lifestyle here after going through this hardship- cost of living and housing has gone up dramatically in major cities because of immigration influx! If you’re serious about moving and putting up, only then move! Otherwise all the best for your future endeavours!
