Most Americans living in the U.S. today aren’t originally from there — their ancestors migrated from Europe just a few centuries ago. Yet documentaries like this make it seem as if others are ‘taking over’ their land. The same story exists in places like Australia, where the original Indigenous population is now a small minority. Over time, migration changes every country’s demographics — it’s a global reality, not an invasion. Even cities like London, Toronto, or New York are built by immigrants from across the world. So before calling it a ‘takeover,’ remember that every nation today stands on layers of migration, adaptation, and cultural exchange.

I fear so much for my wonderful Canadian and American friends. Having visited both countries specifically New York in the US, Nova Scotia and Ontario in Canada, my heart is breaking for them. I stand with Canada, Ukraine, and pray for my American friends' safety as well. From Penzance, Cornwall, UK.

He had these young girls at Mar O Lago. \nI STAND WITH UKRAINE, PALESTINE, CANADA, MEXICO AND ALL EUROPEAN LEADERS TO STAND UP TO TRUMP AND HIS IDIOTIC VICE PRESIDENT WHO WAS NOTHING BUT A WAR PHOTOGRAPHER AND DID NO COMBAT FIGHTING HE OVER FLATED HIS MILITARY RECORD. AS A FORMER NAVY CORPSMAN DEPLOYED TO OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM AND OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOMS I SAW WHAT ROLE EVERYONE PLAYED. I have always been a proud American citizen. My paternal side of my family has been traced back to the Mayflower and I have ancestors and family that have served in the Revolutionary War, the American Civil War, WWl, WWll, Vietnam, the Gulf, and Afghanistan. This country has made many mistakes and has had much shame throughout its existence for various things but this is the first time and U.S. president has turned his back on our friends and allies in favor of an evil authoritarian leader named Vladimir Putin who strokes his massive ego and gives him elusions of power and respect from Putin when in reality Putin is playing Trump like a fiddle. The New York Times was not right. Donald Trump is not a bright guy. I stand strongly with my friends in Canada ??.

so to put this in perspective Canada arrests whoever has crossed or plans on crossing while America only arrests people who cross from Canada but not from the USA? am i missing something here? we didn't need Trump to baby anybody about doing our job he can do his. you need more border security in the north, and to say we don't would be a lie, but to say we need it from Americans is an absolute lie since clearly you can't do your job either at your southern border... the argument remains a stalemate. 2:05 to 2:51 , that's what we stand on. we aren't the problem here if you have voyager busses going back and forth. nobody forced anybody we have been waiting for a bold move like this to point out the obvious. we had trucker drama in 2020 and are on a mass recruit since, imagine that in your beloved new york it would be chaotic i'm sure, inflation has been going on since...possibly because of Tariffs beforehand but no one talks about that right? get the IRS involved.

I have been watching you for a long time. And there is always a point you are not addressing in most of what I have heard. You will probably laugh at what I am about to say but please hear me out. The progressives running the policy’s do not only hate America for whatever reason, they hate God. They might not say that and even rebuke anyone who thinks that. I’m not going to get into that, it’s a whole Nother subject, but Jesus said those that hate good or worship being a false Jesus, even though they think they’re worshiping the true God. They are not, and so therefore they are what the Bible says, our worshiping a false God, who is the god of this world who was Satan. Now after saying that I would say that you can see that in their action. Anyone who wants to debate what’s going on in New York City on the side of correcting the problem has a point of view. But the ones that wanna keep these loss in place cannot justify any of their actions in debate that makes sense. They are liars and are following the father of lies and that’s all there is to it. The problem will not be fixed in your city until you having a big turnaround of leadership. People who are accountable to this constituents. People who love this country, not hated. Only a satanic group could hate this country that gives them every opportunity they could ask for. If you asked them, would they want to live in any of the other countries in the world they won’t answer you they will get part from the question and they will call you a miss information White supremacist or if you’re black a uncle Tom. They have an answer for anything good because their father is no other than evil. They get their playbook from evil. They can’t stand to be around any success. And one last thought. Joe Biden was ruled by evil. He opened the border on purpose to destroy this country at the same time. He was making millions from our adversaries. His actions have proven it over and over, but yet he’s not persecuted for the crime he committed. After you have a president that has destroyed America in so many ways. And the people that hate America love him. But he is gone now so they have to fight harder against Trump.\n Don’t have to mention any of the religious stuff in any of your segments, but at least keep that in mind so you have a clear picture and keep up the good work.

I’m Canadian and I know for a fact that 16,000 people did not cross in to New York State in fact people from New York State and the US are coming to Canada because they can’t stand the new government there which is actually authoritarian racist and hateful stop lying.

It’s all about getting illegals in to keep em in power. They know Americans r turning against their progressive failed and fraudulent policies. Been trying to get em the ability to vote and b counted as residents since it started. Seeing there slush funds r drying up recently it’s making them desperate to retain power. It’s sad that they hate one man so much and r so desperate for power and money that they’d rather crush their citizens than take care of them. They love spending ur money but not their own. Funny how progressives hate capitalism until they break out their own money. Voting has consequences. Just hate it for the people who stood up and fought back just for dirty politicians to do the voodoo that they do so well. I’d say show up to protest peacefully and make ur voices heard. They only have power because we gave it. Could u imagine if the majority of New York showed up to their doorsteps daily to demand change how beautiful that’d b. I lived in Canada from 1983 to 2016 after I left the US Air Force in '83. I was born in the SF Bay area, and grew up there in the Hippie peace love/Viet Nam era in the 60's and 70's. I now live in Seattle. As we have travelled to San Fran, New Orleans, Nashville, Miami, Vancouver (Canada) and New York in the last 6 months, I kinda have a pretty good idea how it was on both sides of the border way back then, as well as right now. We have 2 rental homes, and I STILL have to work until I'm 70 to retire without worrying about losing it all because of the the high cost of health care. Your observation of race/political/religion relations are naive at best, you need to travel the country first hand to see it. Canada has it's far share of right wing crazies as well. They're mostly not armed, and most fights are 5 minute shouting matches. I know this because I work on construction sites. Canada doesn't have commercials for pharma or ambulance chasers. Because big pharma is kept in check, and with a population slightly smaller than California, frivolous lawsuits would clog the courts. If the PM killed some one on the corner of Yonge and Bloor in Toronto, he'd go to jail. You can get an abortion in Canada. There's a fraction of the Fentanyl crisis happening in Canada, and they have waaayy less homeless in the street. Canada has 2 weeks paid vacation AND paid holidays. The tax rate is higher in Canada, but many of the benefits make up the difference. It's cheaper to buy a house in Seattle than Vancouver. You can get a 30 year mortgage in Washington as well, instead of 5 or 10 years. Good and services tend to be cheaper and more plentiful Stateside. Mail service runs on weekends, it hasn't done that in Canada since the 80's. As it stands, I'm in Seattle right now because it isn't the typical US city by far. But I'm thinking when it comes to retiring, I'm putting Canada on the list. Being a dual citizen also makes me eligible for the other Commonwealth (universal health care) countries like Australia.

I don't think I would move to the U.S. for many reasons. Healthcare is great in Canada. I don't think I'd be able to afford insurance in the U.S. , I also would be afraid of guns, the coastlines will rise by the 2030s, so my dreams of California and New York are out as well, never mind the outrageous cost of living there and being an arts person, I wouldn't want to be there now with the strike. I don't think I'd be affected as a stand-up comedian, but the opportunities would be way less with the industry shut down.

I’m a Filipina living in New York for decades and had been all over Canada in the past for vacation… my bf’s mother is Canadian Scottish and now living in New York as well. My bf has still have aunts and cousins in Vancouver and believe you me they are the most racist stuck up people… ugggh can’t stand them! You take care ladies!
