Canada needs more strict visa requirements. The. Fact you can just come on visitor visa or study visa and stay most international students don’t even show up for school. The New Zealand Government has looked at problems with certain countries that have an issue with fake documentation, multi identity documentation, failure to attend educational Institutions as a foreign student, false partnership and marriage application. Also the vulnerable class 4 and 5 Accredited Employers Work Visa holders that have been scammed by employers or agents that do not pay wages, provide set hours, lie about providing accommodation etc.. A large percentage of these problems arise from inside these communities. That is for example a Chinese or Indian businesses owner that is a New Zealand Permanent Resident or Citizen sponsoring a Worker from either country and exploiting them.

On investigation, it was found that they all came with fake IELTS certificate.\n\nThere are many incidents we get to witness the day after the day. So, we can't blame other countries. I tell you in New Delhi there is special section of the city that dedicated to students going overseas. They make fake documents and fake college degrees and fake passports and fake visas. You just go and pay the guy ₹5000 and your process to come to Canada.

Canada is a law abiding country and no one can fool the system. It offers study visas with a condition of returning back to home after completing the study. But many indian students are cheated by local agents with fake promises of Canadian PR, and now face deportation. It is not the fault of Canada. Already Canadian citizens including its own students suffer a lot from getting a job. Lack of jobs, house, health services increased and at the same time criminal, anti social activities like car theft, sexual abuse of female students, traffic violations, and links with anti social elements linked with international students. Brampton becomes the number one crime area in Toronto. Canadians are very well known people for their multicultural identity but they become irritated by the hostile behaviour of the international students. \nSo Canada must give priority to its own citizens and its law and order. No one can be allowed to take advantage of its liberal system.
