Ummmmm.....I think the MAJORITY are from India and Pakistan. The building I live in....3 years ago I think had 1 or 2 East Indian tenants ....now I would say 75% of my building is East Indians. Its completely out if control. OUR BORDER IS CLOSED!!!!!!

It really isn't a difficult matter to solve. 1) Get the actual border under control. 2) Tell Mexico; and demonstrate it to them if necessary, that you'll close the border entirely if they don't get a grip on their own southern border. The result = Poof, goes the Mexican economy. 3) Round up the criminals.\n\nDo those 3 things and you'll bring some sanity back into the system which is all anyone really wants. Canada brought in 1 million immigrants from Jan 2021- Dec 2023, a 2.5% population increase. That, would be the equivalent of 8.75 million immigrants coming across the southern border over 2 years. Canada doesn't have jobs or housing for many, there's no checks and balances to see who are criminals. America needs to close their borders because 13000 asylum seekers is only the beginning. As I watched alot of EU countries Finland, Poland, Lativia closed their borders to immigrants. The US wants to do the same . We gets labeled racists for wanting this same policy. Those EU countries got applauded ??for closing their borders for safety concerned for their citizens. If Canadian or American were to move to either country, we respect them. Americans respect Canadian laws, culture ect . Americans also wouldn't move to Canada or the UK to commit crimes or overthrow the government. I live in a province next to ontario, at 1000 km from any border and we cant find appartments, we never see FOR RENT, nowhere , never, since covid. The food and everything , yeah its a problem but they HAVE to close the border a bit.

I was surprised but at the same time not surprised that my province is #1. Québec is definitely the best place to raise a family and it's not uncommon to have multiple kids. I live close to the Ontario border and because having kids in Ontario is more expensive they tend to have just one.
