Im an immigrant from Colombia living in Canada. I moved here because I legit wanted to study this program I was interested in and improve my English. After finishing my studies a tech company hired me and I've been working here for over 4 years. You don't need to chase the illegals on our dime instead a few bureaucratic steps will help line up the immigrants across Canada towards airports to flee and here we go: 1- Introduce a 3 months grace period for illegals to depart with their lute, no questions asked 2- Establish a Black-List-Database for all illegals and anyone who makes that list will never get permanent residence no matter how long they stay or even if they apply from abroad down the road 3- Introduce daily fines for overstaying or being here illegal with no ceiling including assets seizure to cover fines 4- Abolish automatic birth citizenship unless both parents are fully legal, else contact your embassy for birth certificate and fetch healthcare, school etc ..on your own dime 5- Revoke driver licenses, bank accounts, temporary SIN numbers of all illegals 6- Mandate the RCMP, Local Police, Sheriffs to check immigration status of anyone who comes in contact with law enforcement including traffic stops 7- Establish new Driver License and other documents for citizens and legal people with specific design and color etc.. 8- Introduce a toll-free number so citizens can report illegals and illegal activities 9- Impose hefty fines and jail time on employers who hire illegals including business closures 10- Limit running to office on all levels to Canadian born citizens 11- No illegal owns, buys or sells any real estate or property Do these and the longest line will be the line leading to airports so our friends CBSA can sit in the ri comfy offices processing illegals at their own pace.

My grandparents immigrated here from Jamaica and certain groups have made the word immigration annoying and obnoxious now. In Punjab and other parts of India, wealthy families are arranging marriages where a girl with IELTS comes to Canada, then calls her husband here. Students on study or work visas must not be allowed to bring their spouses. If someone wants to come, let them take an English test themselves and prove they’re qualified. Study permits should only be issued for genuine university students, not random private colleges being used as back doors into the country. On top of that, no work permits should be given while on a study visa. Employers who hire students illegally on cash as cheap labour should face strict penalties, heavy fines, and blacklisting. Until these loopholes are closed, Canada’s immigration system will continue to be exploited and lose credibility. IRCC, this is not immigration — this is fraud facilitated by weak laws.

The most dangerous part is that many of them are working as nurses now. I am a nurse and have been training these people from India. To be honest, it is very a hard and frustrating process cos I have to teach them even the most basic skills like taking a blood pressure or covid swab cos they know nothing. Hospitals are hiring them because they believe their “ lmany” years of nursing experience in India. Then I found out that in their country, nursing is only 3 years compared to 4 years in Canada and they do not require a nursing license to work as nurses in India. They come here, go to review centres to pass the licensure exam. And the College of nurses of Ontario allow this! Nursing is stressful enough and we do not have time to teach English and basis nursing. There are still many Canadian nurses I know looking for a job but they don’t even get an invite for an interview because even the HR department are Indians. So now Canadian universities rely too much on international students to operate and it becomes an exploitative relationship even before students step foot on the campus. The new PGWP eligibility is awful because students can make contributions in every field. It might (and that's a big if) address the pressing problems, but it won't help Canada grow.\n\nI thought the new language requirement was interesting. Some Canadians who immigrated decades ago when the bar was really low still speak English poorly and now they are saying people can’t come to Canada because their language skills are not sufficient. Another point about language is if you apply through Express Entry now, even if you scored the highest language score, given how competitive the pool is, you still won’t get selected. So it’s a given that you need to be fluent in one of the languages at least to get an invitation. Express Entry also selects only the top people, I saw the head of The Institute for Canadian Citizenship in interviews talking about those top-tier people only expect the best treatment/lifestyle when they come to Canada. That's why many of them leave after seeing these Canadian problems play out. But I believe a good Canadian life is not about living in a high rise in Vancouver and Toronto, driving an expensive car, or buying luxury items...it's about the communities, nature and middle-class comfort. So the system is giving PRs to the wrong kind of people (just like mismatched people when hiring that don't align with company values).\n\nThis brings me to the last frustrating issue. There were so many people who attended “fake” universities and bought “fake” jobs to earn points to get an Express Entry invitation. And it's clear that the government wasn't proactively catching these abuses. They are taking up spots from those who try to earn the points fair and square. If I understand correctly, Canada doesn’t send these people away if they are found out (since some of them were scammed). So they still take up immigration quotas.\n\nI have wanted to move to Canada for a long time. I have visited Canada many times, hiking trails through the coastline and fjords, climbing mountains and glaciers. I lived in Montreal for two months to improve my French and I was told by my homestay family that I was the first student they had who didn’t complain about the cold (I wish the winter never ends so I can skate or xc ski in the parks year-round). I have probably seen more Canada than many Canadians and I love every bit of it. But the opportunity for me to even get a shot to move there is pretty much nonexistent now. If only there was a way for the system to allow people who really care about Canada to get a shot at being part of this beautiful country.\n\nThank you for making these videos.

I will NEVER forgive the LPC for this worthless POS. He has destroyed Canada! Immigration doesn't need to be reduced 20%, it needs to STOP until we clean up the mess Trudeau has made! He's let millions enter Canada, half of the them illegally, and hasn't built a single hospital, a single prison, hired a single doctor, border agent or police officer. We are all drowning in debt while being victimized by Trudeau's migrants who he's let just walk across our border, for years! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Canada immigration is a big scam. There are no decent jobs for the immigrant professionals. Feel trapped after moving to canada. You cant get jobs in the govt or semi govt companies. Only those who have connections. Private companies have no obligation of hiring immigrants. They hire or outsource as they like. They need cheap labor. This immigration is a total failure.

Along with these measures make sure those who are here (some fraudulently) follow the Canadian rules. Make it official to hire Canadians born & raised. Other countries are doing it. There is a cost for everyone that is here. Are they paying enough taxes? Sweden is paying $45000 to every immigrant to leave. Canada needs to look at the cost-benefit ratio. Immigration is not a right, it is a permission given by host country.

In Canada, there is not enough housing and jobs are scarce, especially for anyone at the entry level or basic wage. We've been absolutely swamped. This is not the fault of the immigrants or the students, it's the fault of our extremely stupid and short sighted government. Most of those immigrants I encounter are good people, polite and considerate. But some, well I understand where the complaints about rude and inconsiderate behaviour come from, because it only takes a few bad experiences to get people angry. I've experienced it myself, but most of it (from my experience) seems to be from students who are very loud and impolite on public transit. The housing situation here is INSANE, prices are sky high and very little to choose from. A lot of seniors now can only afford to rent a room (after having worked all their lives and very little to show for it), and prices are up about 50% from only 5 years ago. The government says inflation is a fraction of what it is in real life, and living expenses have exploded. As I understand it, some people made a lot of money offering services to bring students and low wage workers in, with no consideration to the damage they were doing to all of us who were born and raised here - they wanted to make their million dollars. Another problem is that once someone arrives here, what they find is NOT what they were led to believe. What students and immigrants are told they need to live here is an absolute lie, living here in Canada has become very expensive. Many workers are severely under paid, and never even see the legal minimum wage, and the problem with that is, almost no Canadian will be hired on to those jobs - the reasons are that imported foreign workers will work below minimum wage because they are trapped here, and the Canadians already know that they will only struggle if they take jobs that pay so poorly. So yes, a lot of Canadians are VERY angry, and you really can't blame them. Once again, the Canadian government is responsible for much of this, and crooked employers who are willing to take advantage of low wage labour. It's an absolute mess.

The Liberal government is out of control. Have any of their plans ever worked out well? It's been covered up scandal after covered up scandal? When you have DEI hirings and them implement policies your not getting the best work done. Trudeau himself has no leadership experience nor has he learned anything since being in office. Trudeau has destroyed our country and he needs to go now. Unfortunately he is holding on to his power by pressuring the Block and the NDP to join forces with him effectively blocking any possibility of a change. We need change asap. Canadians,, even immiigrants are leaving the country, businesses are leaving. We need a leader who will actually tackle the obvious problems we see everyday on the streets in Canada. Our priority is not dental care for seniors, $10 day care and a food program for schools. We are not a socialist country.
