We need ICE here, CBSA is clearly not doing their job what a shame

Only 18,000 deported out of 5 million illegals? That is a joke. Deportations cost money because the government is way too dumb. You don't need to chase the illegals on our dime instead a few bureaucratic steps will help line up the immigrants across Canada towards airports to flee and here we go: 1- Introduce a 3 months grace period for illegals to depart with their lute, no questions asked 2- Establish a Black-List-Database for all illegals and anyone who makes that list will never get permanent residence no matter how long they stay or even if they apply from abroad down the road 3- Introduce daily fines for overstaying or being here illegal with no ceiling including assets seizure to cover fines 4- Abolish automatic birth citizenship unless both parents are fully legal, else contact your embassy for birth certificate and fetch healthcare, school etc ..on your own dime 5- Revoke driver licenses, bank accounts, temporary SIN numbers of all illegals 6- Mandate the RCMP, Local Police, Sheriffs to check immigration status of anyone who comes in contact with law enforcement including traffic stops 7- Establish new Driver License and other documents for citizens and legal people with specific design and color etc.. 8- Introduce a toll-free number so citizens can report illegals and illegal activities 9- Impose hefty fines and jail time on employers who hire illegals including business closures 10- Limit running to office on all levels to Canadian born citizens 11- No illegal owns, buys or sells any real estate or property Do these and the longest line will be the line leading to airports so our friends CBSA can sit in the ri comfy offices processing illegals at their own pace.

CBSA needs to do more enforcement raids and deport temporary residents in breach of their permit. For landlords who rent out a place to 20 people, CRA should audit their rental income, any tax evasion there should result in an immediate lien or confiscation of the property. More than 800 lbs of fentanyl was seized by the CBSA crossing from the US into Canada last year and how about the illegal guns you keep smuggling into Canada?\n\nIf Canada has to do the job of your border agents, shouldn't the US need to do the job of ours? When smugglers are entering the US, it's US border agents, not Canadian or American that those smugglers meet. When crossing from the US to Canada, it's CBSA agents they meet, not US. These are people ordered by Imgration Canada to leave Canada after failing the processes to stay in the country. That is 30000 people who should have been put on a plane and sent back to their country of origin. Law enforcement needs to be hired to find these people and put them on the plane. Another way to help this from happening in the future is through the laws. If you are here on a visa or temporary work permit, you must leave by the date on the permit or visa. Failure to do so will result in immediate deportation from Canada to your country of origin. It will also result in a permanent ban from for life from entry to Canada for any reason. If you have been found to enter Canada illegally for any reason. This will also be a permanent ban from entry to Canada in the future for any reason. The only way to extend a permit or visa is from outside of Canada, just like other countries require Canadians to do under their systems. There has to be a reason for people to follow the rules, and that is the permanent ban and immediate deportation upon failure to follow the rules. Another thing is an person needs to have paperwork to get on an international aircraft going to another country. So why do these people arrive in Canada and now have no paperwork. They must show that paperwork to CBSA or face immediate deportation and a lifetime ban from entering Canada for any reason. People who have followed the rules are fully welcomed to Canada. They should show they are entitled to be here and not break major laws of Canada. If you fail and are convinced of breaking major Canadian laws. You will be immediately deported from Canada with a lifetime ban from entry to Canada in the future. These are rules and laws used internationally by other countries, so nothing is new...

If the government really wanted to send them back, the easiest way for this to happen would be to freeze any bank account/work permit, asset after visa expires. This will automatically make a lot of the illegal immigrants leave. Also need to get rid of the rule like usa where a baby is concieved and becomes canadian by default. We don't have ICE, CBSA can't even keep track of anything, this would be the best way to reduce this stupidity the government has gotten Canadians into.

Ever since Trudeau opened up the borders making it very laxed for these 3rd world countries to enter Canada has become a dark hole.. 70s,80s,90s when it was difficult to enter the country strick border protection to protect us has gone down the drain. I wish it went back to the Era where CBSA use to enter factories or any work place and asked for citizenship if they deported. It's not immigration that's causing the housing crisis. Check and see how many refugees are coming across to Canada. The news agency need to ask the CBSA how many refugees are getting processed alone at Pearson International Airport.

I think CBSA and CIC should look into fraud regarding work permits, Chinese students using ghost companies to gain work experience without even working in the company. They pay this fake company to do the paperwork as if they work in their office just to gain work experience and then get PR. These companies promote their service all over Chinatown in Toronto. They will take care of everything, you don't need to be in the country at all or even show up for work. Yes I am snitch whatever..
