I went to college with a roommate from Delhi. I visited in his home country and family and actually really enjoyed it. Yes, there is less cleanliness culture. Yes, there is less personal space. He actually ended up moving to Toronto last year. However with all the negatives you see on YouTube, it's always good to note that Indians are always friendly and helpful people. All these comments are correct. We are all sick and bloody tired of what is going on in once a beautiful country here in cal Gary Alberta Canada, especially the Northeast quadrant of the city. It is nothing but people from India. They're Punjab, people from Nigeria, Africa, and the Philippines, and in my experience. I am a blind, white single woman who owns my condo and a perfect parking spot for 8 years. I have bean horrifically harassed, buy these people. Because I would not bow down to their demands to give them my parking stall. They used the Calgary city police as weapons against me. Calling them and telling them I am a child molester, because I was Videoing in public videoing, taking evidence Of what is going on around here? Witches, my constitutional right? They called the cops telling them, I am a racist, a drug dealer, and a killer. They almost we're successful in having my nephew arrested telling the police that he hit their little cockroaches. With his car, the black cop that I invited into my home stupidly. Was Very hot and waning arrest both of us, but there was no damage on the car. No damage on their little cockroaches, no charges, but the black cop 2 hours later cold because he wanted my nephew's license plate number. He was probably trying to catch him driving dirty, but never called back. So he didn't find anything. These people have threatened to shoot me. They have threatened big consequences. They have threatened to slap the f out of me. They have threatened to pop the pimples out of my eyes. And when they found out that I was blind, that's when they ramped up the harassment, the cops did nothing about the threats towards me when they told the cops that we I threatened to kill them. They are the ones that threaten to chop my nephew and his dog up. The cops never did anything about their threats. They told me to stay in my unit for safety or move for my safety. The condo corporation refuses to do anything as well. So if anyone nose a good civil rights lawyer, please reply to me. Because I fear for my life, this is no joke and because I have to move. I will have a good case to sue the condo corporation as I feel unsafe. These people from these countries do not like people. With disabilities, they believe that we are a curse and that we are a waste of society.

Major reason for so much immigration of Indians is because here in india to get a well paying job and a well settled life you need to be educated and skilled. Whereas in countrys such as canada it is more easy to have a good living with less efforts and less education. Therefore they prefer moving out of country than working hard in there own country. And in the case of Brampton they saw an opportunity and demand for businesses and workforce so they grabbed there opportunity. Because at that time there was not much going on in Brampton when indians started immigrating . So you can say indians are the reason Brampton has grown gradually. But i do think now it is too crowded and people haven't stopped coming. Now there are no requirements as such. So that is why more useless indians are moving in canada nowadays.

I live in Brampton. And all I can say is thanks for visiting and spreading the word on this problem. I was born in Brampton, and my mother tells me about how much it's changed. Many of my friends and family friends have moved to other neighborhoods POST mosques being put up near their homes. And let's not talk about employment and foreign "students". I was lucky to get a job last summer at a family owned small business Ice Cream store right after high school. We even got a review saying we weren't diverse enough despite us being a group of White, East Asian and Black employees lol. And many people say if your not Indian and your getting your drivers test, you go out of Brampton to do the test because you'll likely get discriminated by who is running the test. It's absolutely absurd. It sounds like tin foil hat sh*t, but if you live here like me everything comes full circle. But ofc there are good ones, but they are typically the westernized ones, who have assimilated, they play or watch hockey and have developed a Canadian accent. But the majority haven't assimilated, they are likely first generation, and they do things like stuff 15+ people in one suburban home. And just small things like staring at you in public (idk why their community stares you down), they spit on sidewalks, and they use some crazy a$$ spices when they cook. The smell carries over for blocks and you know your in deep Brampton territory when your driving and that smell of spicy curry hits you and you gotta roll up them windows lol. It's a nasty smell. This mass migration is a huge issue and needs awareness.

Am a christian from India, who had a PR back in 2013 and had traveled there for the paperwork. I traveled around Toronto for around 15 days and it was a lovely experience back then. All but the Indians I encountered treated me well, to the indians I was another competition for their piece of land (so as to say). I unfortunately didn't settle in Canada due to some family emergency and had to come back to India for good, but on hind sight I think it was for the best, considering how bad the situation is in Canada. If one migrates to another country they should assimilate in the existing culture so that they can keep alive the very soul of the land they moved to, not try to make it another India...

FYI..took 19 months to get my son's citizenship! 18 months!! I had to go through the EXACT same process as everyone who has ZERO connection to this country other than the thought of free money!! I lived in Canada for 11 years, 2008 - 2019, went to university and worked in Toronto. I come from an upper-middle class family in China, went to a top university in Canada, landed good jobs and I speak English like a native. I got my PR in 2015 and I remember the painful uphill battle I had to go through just get that. All the bureaucracy, redtape, unnecessarily rigid rules, high cost and long wait I received from CIC/IRCC felt like a humiliation to me. Every document was scrutinized and every step had obstacle that fealt unreasonable (my TOEFL examiner ask me why I had to do the language test required by CIC, and I had to visit a notary to validate my Chinese national ID card). It felt uneasy but I understood that these were the rules that everyone had to go through, and moving and integrating into a new society was never meant to be easy. I went back to Canada in 2021 and 2024, and it was evident that the country I once called home had gone down the hill. The streets were screaming crime, unemployment, inflation, drug and filth, it's total social rot. As someone who went through the whole immigration process (and many of my friends who went through the same have left Canada for good, like myself), I attribute much of this to failed immigration policy. I cannot help but feel confused, angry, betrayed and humiliated when I look at the recent immigration policies of Canada and their results, and compare with what I had to go through. The feeling sums up to: Canada penalizes the hard-working and law-abiding people, and rewards the undeserved and the cheaters. Example: when the US creates wars in the Middle East, why does CANADA bear the cost of bringing in refugees? I never regretted moving back to China and East Asia, and I feel bad for those who still truly think of Canada as home, as I am one myself. When the leadership of a country deviates from pragmatism, reason and common sense, and instead embraces idealogies, hypocrisy and political optics, this is what happens. The prices are paid by everyone, immigrant or not. For this, Trudeau deserves a court trial for his incompetence and dereliction of duty; and the people of Canada need some honest and serious retrospection. My grandparents immigrated here from Jamaica and certain groups have made the word immigration annoying and obnoxious now. I immigrated to Canada in 2020 during peak COVID. I lost my job working in the Middle East and I had my PR so it made sense moving to Canada for good. I’m a chemical engineer who worked in oil and gas for about 10 years in the Middle East. Once I landed in Canada, I went to work in Amazon Fullfillment Centre the week after I completed my quarantine. It was hard labor working for $16 per hour in Toronto. I worked for 10 months while working on my qualifications and engineering license. After that I was hired by an oil and gas contracting company and worked as a Trainee engineer after which I was promoted to Senior engineer in a year after I received my engineering license. I moved 4 cities in 4 years for my job. Now I am settled, own a home, got married to my long time girl friend and work at an Oil and Gas company which pays well. What I learnt through my experience is that Canada is a land of opportunities and people respect you for the work you do whatever it may be and do not judge you, all that we will have to do is work hard and improve on your skills. Integrate with the society, donate and volunteer. That’s how new immigrants can integrate. If you aren’t open minded and want to stay as you stayed in your country then you will not develop and it will hinder yours and the country’s progress.

I'm done being quiet too. Im not racist, I dont hate people because their skin color isnt white like mine, Im happy to have immigrants here if they are willing to integrate like the previous generations have. We arent having kids because unlike other countries, we want to put kids first, and its irresponsible to have children when our economy is unaffordable to have them. I'm Canadian. I've spend my entire adult life involved with everything immigration. I have no problem with immigration which to me is people moving. It offers great people and great things. I have a problem with women and children abused, in violence and almost killed and our resources which are suppose to help protect the men coming here doing this because as immigrants they have value and so support anything they do to innocent people here because they have more worth as human beings than people born, raised and who lived here all their lives. It is a belief everything is owed to make lives bigger and better for them above everyone else bc they suffered somewhere else but the assumption is every person in Canada had the opportunity born here that all people should be rich and if anyone is under that standard they deserve nothing and it should be given to everyone coming in. The expectation of women is back to the stone age to obey, speak when given permission and respect abuse. Our authorities now back that up. Don't believe me you can see evidence. We are being forced by law to change. How many persons with criminal records are here in past decade was that recent news report? There's good and bad but if you don't respect the bad then see what happens to you because suddenly you will the bad one as a Canadian so be prepared to respect and appreciate everything you spent a lifetime believing you didn't have to. Some people could write an encyclopedia of wild and bizarre things and opinions and expectations of the views others have of life here and it would make most here all their lives want to flee and leave. There are two opposite meanings of what respect is. It amounts to respect them and everything bad and disrespectful to us or we have no respect any other names. This includes not one specific culture but numerous ones and I am referring to a different one than referenced in this video. Respect divided into two opposite meanings, ignorance, lack of care, abuse, hate and so many things which our government is permitting to happen and people are losing their physical lives and becoming physically and mentally ill and it is directly related to destroying Canadians living here, killing them to force a message of change of respects and persons need to die to force it.

I don't hate the immigrants themselves, but the way our country handles immigration. I'll be the first to admit it's getting harder to keep those two things separate. What compounds that hate is since I've been looking at moving out of this country... it's disheartening that most countries (rightfully so) make you have to be able to both assimilate and afford to fend for yourself to get a immigrants visa. And I guess Canada isn't enough of a shithole to get refugee status... yet. Like many Canadians now, I'm living cheque to cheque to make ends meet. So not only do I hate it here, but am essentially trapped. Next time you want to get pissed off at an immigrant, save it for a Liberal. It's a good chance he/she will be one in the same anyways.

I was born here. Race here and I have moved out and moved on. Good luck paid double the amount that you pay in the states. You can't even pay for a doctor but you have to wait for them to take care of you as you die. Yeah, that's not for me. Good luck!

I am so happy people are starting to speak up. Sadly, I am changing. I am becoming angry. Angry at immigrants and the system. Am I becoming racist? Or just so lost at how things seem so wrong. My main upset is for my teen son. Turned 16 after Christmas. So excited about looking for a part-time job, earning some money, getting experiences and (unbeknownst to him ) expanding his social circle. This excitement came from me. LIke all us Canadians who remember our first part-time jobs (mine was at a McDonalds), I regaled my son in stories of that first part-time job. How much I learned from it, and the so many benefits it would have for me as I got older. He listened, and couldn't wait to turn 16. Also, like most parents, I raised him on the benefits of working hard in school, getting good grades, learning, getting involved, etc. Do these things son, and you will have a good future. He listened. Honours student all his life. Played on school teams. Performed in talent shows, Volunteered his time, etc., etc. Not a bad resume for a first time teen seeking a job. It is now heading into September. He has applied at all the traditional teen job hotspots, (all the fast food joints, grocery stores, drug stores, etc). Dozens of resumes, online and in-person applications. Not a single response. Then I walk into the local Burger King. Not a single Caucasian, Black, Hispanic, Indigenous, or Far Eastern employee. All East Indian (or Pakistani). Suddenly I am really noticing this trend everywhere, especially in the franchise fast food industry; especially upsetting when I even see it in a Harvey's (even more Canadian than Timmies). It's either East Indians or Arabs. I don't know for how long I have been hearing about diversity and fair hiring practices (which I have always supported); but to see this trend makes me furious. Are the owners of these franchise exempt from fair hiring practices? Are they not taught we are a diverse country? This is wrong. I want to finish with two sad situations which we should all be concerned about. When my eldest was looking for part-time work after the pandemic, he walked into a Mr. Submarine. He asked if he could leave his resume or fill out an application. The Arab cashier told him in broken English they were not hiring. As he was walking out, a young Arab man walked in. He approached the same cashier and asked for an application. She gave him one. WTF. My last comment, is the most concerning of all. My 16 year old, who works so hard at school, and at everything he does, recently commented, after yet another non-reply after handing out a slew of resumes, "Dad... what's the use of working so hard if I can't even get a job at McDonalds." I wonder how many other Canadian teens are feeling the same way. Not just white teens. Black, Hispanic, Indigenous and East Asian teens. Seems the broken English East Indian and Arab teens and young adults aren't asking themselves that. How long until my son thinks I am just spewing BS about this hard work thing? This is not about racism. This is about fair hiring practices, especially in more and more franchises; however, I do find myself listening to more and more of these videos, and find myself developing sucb negative feelings towards these two cultures. This is not Canadian. To be thinking this way, especially, is not Canadian. What do we do? Speak up, and we are racist. Stay quiet, and our teen kids move into adulthood without job experience, money put away, or just having a life experience that any of us over 30 (no matter our race) experienced. Something has to change; but I haven't a clue how to do that.

A very good move. I hope genuine people will be looked after and criminals, bad elements & weirdos will be checked thoroughly. However I hope the honest and sincere people will be recognised. The IRCC policy of refusing Visas to one and all with the same statement of overstaying and presumption that the visitors will not return is a standard excuse of visa refusal. This should be more foolproof and effective.

Dr Mr Trump, Americans want a good relationship with Canada. Not Russia. Please think about what your doing. Every move of yours doesnt need to be radically bold and outlandish.

Trump also caused China to cut the flow of Rare Earth Minerals to the US which lead to the attempt to extort Ukraine of its natural resources. Similar situation , failure to recognize that China is supplying the raw materials driving the surge in technical advancement. To then try to deny the product of that raw material supply, aka cutting edge Chips.. back to China, is moronic. In Trumps world a Win/Win is a sign of weakness...except now China cut off the US from supply and there is no replacement.... Annnnnnnnd so the logical move is to pick other things being supplied and do the same to Canada..... when Canada pulls the plug on supply, the result will be the same. EVERYONE worldwide should take note and begin cutting supplies to the US and ceasing dependance on US manufacturers in favor of those with governments who will accept Mutually beneficial relationships as what they are...a Win/Win. China and Canada should deepen ties. Ukraine is better off working with Russia than allowing itself to be extorted. Everyone else should distance themselves from the US and honestly this damage Trump is doing will take decades to undo. The US is not reliable so long as they fail recognize international law and fair trade when it doesnt suit them... this is good for noone, but it will be worst on the US. Thats how WW2 started... Tariffs collapsed the German economy. Caused the Great depression. Germany and its people were forced into a corner. This is what Trump and his masters are trying to do. Starting WW3 is on someones agenda and whomever that is is also pulling Trumps strings. Bad times ahead

As a Canadian citizen I have always admired the US up until now, I sincerely wanted to move to the US to build homes and start up a company. But now am re-evaluating my decision because if this how the US treats their friends and allies, I really feel sad for their enemies. Both countries benefited from having a good relationship and now the great US has no one willing to challenge Mr Trump on this idiotic move, America is alienating themselves from a lot of countries and regular Americans are the ones who are going to suffer from this fall-out, the rich won't be affected but regular working class folks your stress is going to get a whole lot worse and that's unfortunate. Hopefully US wises up sooner rather than later and stop blaming immigration for their problems it's poor governing and politicians that have us looking at each other as enemies rather than humans with the same struggle and issues. They have money to send annually overseas but none to improve the life of their citizens in need, that should tell you something. People that don't look like you aren't your enemies, people who try to harm you, undermine you are your enemies. People are just searching for a better life that's all, the most basic thing humans have in common, change the red tape a make things more structured and rid your country of the bad apples and welcome those willing to work, build and serve God and the country.
