Can I live in hotels too at government expense? Should I leave and enter the country - or become a terrorist - to get this?

I don't get it. I went to Canada legally, I payed for education, bill, insurance with my money, yet i am not welcomed . Some random people walk across the border illegally, they get free money, education and soon will become permanent resident. Why they making it so hard to become a citizen legally while it is so easy with a fraud marriage.

I may be wrong on the number but I think we have 54,000 homeless people many of them children and not enough shelters to house them. We live in one of the coldest countries during the winter many died Frozen on sidewalks. If you need to be at least 35 yo to be wisdom enough to become President, you should be at least 25 yo to vote. These are critical decisions that future of entire planet depends on it. So he lived in America for 15 years or longer and never bothered learning our language or at least trying to learn our language. I had a girlfriend came from Mexico and didn't know any English she put herself through college she had an English book and a book in Spanish and that's how she taught herself English was by taking English only classes and then going home and reading the books in both English and Spanish to understand . So don't tell me it can't be done because it can if you have the desire to become part of the fabric of America and learn our language of English

The Canadian government's immigration policies have created racism. When an immigration law is non democratically forced on the people of a country what do you expect? They did the same thing to my husband. He married a Canadian woman and had Canadian children... But that wasn't enough... Then he was robbed and assaulted in a bad part of town which gave him extra time only because the supreme court wanted to prosecute the assailants who had attacked my husband... If it werent for the attack he would have been deported at least a year earlier... My husband had legitimate reasons to not want to return to his home country (also Honduras) and aside from that he has children and a wife....\n\nThey say there are laws and this and that... That a refugee cannot enter illegally into Canada and become a successful Canadian....that they have to enter legally.... But how can they enter legally when they cannot get a visa in their own country.... Now we are pushing for humanitarian and compassionate grounds... But life is hard in Honduras and we dont know how much longer he can suffer there before he makes the decision to take the long illegal trek to the north once again...

HI, To apply to some company to become a journeyman, is it necessary to have a resident permit? Or it is possible to come to Canada as a tourist and find an employer?

Why not try becoming a legal citizen as opposed to getting refugee status.

It's harder to become a Canadain citizen, then a American.

He was in the U.S. for 15 years and still is not a citizen and still can't speak English.  SMDH!!  How about learning English and becoming a citizen, then you won't have to worry about being deported.  HE HAD 15 YEARS!! So don't complain.

15 years in the U.S. and he still doesn't speak English, im sorry but that just tells me he didn't want to assimilate and be a U.S. citizen. if I moved to France with the goal of becoming a French citizen you can be sure I would start learning French my first day there.

Canada tilts back and forth between Liberal and Conservative governments. Like it does in the United States. Refugees from war zones are processed very quickly and efficiently. But, community sponsorship is a big factor in becoming approved. Generally these community organization sponsors are churches or NGOs.

The issue Canada had with this guy is that he was willing to work, if he said I wanted to go on welfare for the rest of his life and become a devoted liberal voter he would of gotten in with his entire family.
