WHY DONT THEY GO BACK TO THEIR OWN COUNTRY AND FIX THEIR COUNTRY

They did the same thing to my husband. He married a Canadian woman and had Canadian children... But that wasn't enough... Then he was robbed and assaulted in a bad part of town which gave him extra time only because the supreme court wanted to prosecute the assailants who had attacked my husband... If it werent for the attack he would have been deported at least a year earlier... My husband had legitimate reasons to not want to return to his home country (also Honduras) and aside from that he has children and a wife....\n\nThey say there are laws and this and that... That a refugee cannot enter illegally into Canada and become a successful Canadian....that they have to enter legally.... But how can they enter legally when they cannot get a visa in their own country.... Now we are pushing for humanitarian and compassionate grounds... But life is hard in Honduras and we dont know how much longer he can suffer there before he makes the decision to take the long illegal trek to the north once again...

I dont feel sorry for him at all he knew what he was doing. He knew he was breaking the law he knew his family would be breaking the law by crossing the border illegally. I don't feel sorry for him for his wife or for his children. If he would have come across the right way he wouldn't be fighting to make sure he didn't go back to Mexico. To answer your WHY THE PENALTY TAX, it has only been that way the last few years, the idea if UNIVERSAL HEATH poisoned the USA. it doesn't matter where he is from what matters is that he put his family through all of this because he dodnt want to do the legal process. i come from immigrants and they did the process (not cutting corners) and they were welcomed citizens and still are. some illegal immigrants dont care for their families or they would have started the process a long time ago.

I agree with this law. For safety reasons. I have a few muslim women friends including two females family members that are muslim and they dont cover their faces. They also agree with this law. we all have the right to see the face of whom is around us. I also know one woman that is not muslim but dresses and covers her face like one. Why she does that I and my neighbours dont know why. She does not talk to anyone about it and only dresses that way when she goes out of the neighbourhood. What are her intentions to do such thing? She is portuguese does not speak arabic only portuguese and broken inglish. When we ask her why she does that we are told to mind our business. We feel that it is our business because she is very strange and like i said before she only dresses that way when she goes out of the area that she lives in. What is she up too? And like her how many more is out there doing this and why? Whthout any offence to the muslim people SAFETY should come first to everyone.
