Was good to see the face of this criminal. In six or seven year the world's frontiers will be opened for every body. Maybe to travel will more difficult or to pay how to reach the place you want; but you will e free to pass every where.

A question stands out in my mind. What is the percentages per capita of various races versus percentage of gang members, criminals, gun play, or involvement in drug subculture from the whole population? Probably not feasible to get accurate answers to these questions but could shed some light on peoples perceptions.
