who da heck want to immigrate to Canada? since Canada PR cards only worth less than 20000USD , pretty much everyone could get one

I can almost assure you he is back in the business along with hundreds if not thousands of crooked Immigration consultants doing the same thing! Just look up the name Mahmoud Reza Khavari ! He was the director of Iranian National as well as Central Bank ( treasury ) for the exact period he reported was living in Canada! After obtaining Canadian Citizenship fraudulently he embezzled $350Million Government money and fled Iran for good! He is the INTERPOL most wanted and currently living in a mansion in Toronto's Bridle Path! Canada is crawling with criminals like him!

Some people say come in legally, but he can't seek asylum just because he wanted to protect his family or want a better life for his children. It doesn't work that way. He has to have documentations or proof that his life or family's life is in DANGER. That is why he can't come in legally because he will not be approve on just those conditions, surprisingly even in Canada. When Trump was tough on the illegals on our southern borders, I remembered seeing Canada PM said they are welcomed in Canada. I guess many people heard it too and took him up on his offer. It’s not only ghost immigrants. There are ghost employment too. A lot of people, mainly those rich international students who do not want to go back to China after graduation or failed to graduate but would remain in Canada without permanent residents status. They would pay some corrupted companies to hire them (what a joke), pretending that they have a full-time job in order to apply for permanent residency in Canada. All paycheque, T4, And whatsoever are genuinely fake... ?

When they don't want to live in Canada and they love their country why they apply for citizenship, we had an almost same case in USA few years ago a Chaineas family brought 8 or 9 months pregnant Chaineas women to give birth to their children in USA for US passport and citizenship when police arrived at their home there were 35 couples in a 1800 square foot building with the new born baby and some at hospital and they normally left US after few weeks,usually Chaineas love their country but I don't understand why they want western countries citizenship.

As someone who is currently dealing with immigration Canada my only advice to anyone wanting to come to Canada is don't... especially if you're planning on doing it illegally and definitely don't bring your kids here illegally.. I was brought here as a kid and now have to deal with things I never planned for ... The laws are extremely strict and the chances of getting approved are low

Canada was founded only for white Europeans. It was never intended for people of colour. Refugees are supposed to stop in the first country they can. El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, USA, Canada. Did they get turned down three times before arriving in Canada?
