While I am daily trying to pass the English test to be eligible for getting Canadian PR, these people just pay money and get PR easily. Even I knew a lot of foreign students are paying money for faked marriage to become Canadian citizen, what a shame on that. I can afford that money but I never want to break the rule. What kind of computer system does Canada have. A stamp on a passport needs to be backed up by the same info in the system. I got caught on this same thing in Peru! Peru! Yes I paid an immigration officer for a stamp. But it wasn't in the system and they got me the next time I went through immigration!

Yeah lots of bad communication here. The whole world percieves Canada as allowing everyone in, and the rest of the world is looked down upon for their immigration laws. I think there needs to be more compassion around this issue but not ridiculous expectations.

The thing is, Mexico is not in conflict for its people to seek asylum somewhere else. It is not good to just jump ship to any country and fight whoever so that you stay there. You struggled. You spent so much money on lawyers, when immigration laws don't approve of anyone going into US illegally and then file asylum. Sorry but the immigration lawyers just took your money and pretend to help you and that there are solutions. If a US citizen jumps ship to your country, would you declare that his presence there is illegal? US, Canada or any country wouldn't want that. Those are sad stories! The person responsible for that miss information to immigrants should be prosecuted for miss information. Canada was never and will never be an open house to immigration. I think the government knew about it a lot earlier but chose to ignore it. Many people even still commit visa fraud to gain entry. Express entry is highly vulnerable and used by many people take advantage. I can even name a person. Akhil Choudhary, Misrepresented/hide info about work experience and unlawful immigration activities that he did in USA.
