When do whites get to cry over racism. I get told I’m privileged my whole life when immigrants live better then we do!!! Canada is the new India forcing whites to pay the way for everyone els.

When I walk out of a store, I always make sure I'm the only 1 passing through the detection zone. If I and anybody else pass thru at the same time, I get stopped, and delayed for 30 min to an hour while the person gets to go on about their day. Downside to being a native person in everyday Canada.

I'm shocked racism in CANADA, what's next racism in AMERICA.

I’m not sure how it goes in Canada but no employee in retail I’ve ever met cared at all if you were ripping off the store. Least regular employees not loss prevention

Hiii. So I plan on moving to Canada in maybe 3-4 years or so after I finish highschool? I’m black and I live in America, and I was wondering if there’s police brutality and racism towards blacks in Canada? The thought of being targeted because of my race terrifies me, and I don’t want to be around this. Also I don’t want to get into any trouble with anyone, considering the fact that I’ll be a woman, alone, but would my race or gender play a big part in my safety? If anyone could help me out, that’d be great. Thank you! <3

Cool video! I'm from the United States, and I've been to Canada back in May 2001. I was 11 at the time, but it was part of a 3-day trip with my elementary school. We were in Toronto. I miss my experience there so much. Although I'm not a fan of cold weather, I would love to be back in Canada because new healthcare here in the U.S is too hard for me to get. I typed this comment on May 31st 2020 when at the time violence and riots are occurring in the United States cause of police brutality......again! + COVID-19's still a major issue.

Hi Drew. Very good info. I’m American and have visited Canada more than 6 times. All the information is correct to my understanding. Happy Passover to our Jewish community.

Hi there! I'm from Russia and I study at the Russian Academy Of National Economy and Public Administration. I'll get a law education but I know that one is useless for Canadian employers and I will not be able to use it in Canada. What should I do in that case? Can I pretend to work in areas somehow adjacent to this? What do you think? I'm improving my english and I decided to pass IELTS exam after my graduation. (Now I'm 18 years old)

I'm not white, have lived in Canada for 40+ years, and I have never been been racially profiled or been a victim of any blatant racism. Even now, living outside the GTA where it's less diverse, I've yet to experience any issues. I'm not saying those issues don't exist, but the first step to overcoming those problems is to stop with your own victim mentality. Not everything is about race, but that's the always the scapegoat for many when they fail at life.

Hi Igor, \nI hope you're doing well. I'm a great fan of yours.\nI have a few inquiries regarding AIPP.\n \n1. Is there any advantage if anyone applying to AIPP and Express Entry together? \n\n2. If anyone accepted for AIPP, is it mandatory for that person to stay in the Atlantic province for the rest of the life? \n\n3. Are employers really really interested to recruit foreign skilled worker for the sake of real shortage of skills in the Atlantic zones? \n\n4. It's said that it will take 6 months to get a PR through AIPP. And after that, I can only roam Canada but not work anywhere else till my employer endorse NOC for me. Well, I'm okay with it. But in the long term, for example, after getting Canadian citizenship(staying 1095 days from 1825 days), can I move to any other preferred place/s and work anywhere I want based on my relevant skill set? \n\nThanks in advance

I love when the USA and Canada play against each other in hockey, especially during the Winter Olympics.\nEdit: I'm from the US, and I was only seven years old when Crosby scored the golden goal in the Gold Medal match Vancouver 2010. After all these years, it still hurts thinking about it, but what to do, *hockey is Canada's game!*

I'm glad the US is a buffer zone between Canada and Mexico, frankly. Here's hoping it stays that way.

Incorrect I'm afraid. Canada is no longer a democracy. It is run by a traitorous dictator that is owned by the Chinese. The illegitimate offspring of Fidel castro is destroying this once great country. Wish we had someone like Trump!

I've been to the USA and Canada (Alabama, Florida and Georgia in the USA; and Alberta and BC in Canada). I really liked both of them, but I preferred the Canadian food and people. Also, British and Canadian spelling is literally the same; we still have colour, favourite, and realise.\n\n\nI really liked the video Drew, but I'm pretty sure apple pie is British, and it's amazing here :/

At least two more differences between the US and Canada (I'm a Montrealer myself with American-born parents):\n\n1) When going to the different parts of Canada, they feel that much more different from each other (in the buildings, highway signs, etc.) than the different parts of the US. For example, British Columbia feels like a foreign country compared to not just Quebec (the most obviously different province in Canada) but also compared to Nova Scotia or Manitoba, whereas Washington state or Minnesota is less different than Pennsylvania or Massachusetts.\n\n2) Native Americans (or First Nations, as they're called in Canada) make up a way higher proportion of the Canadian than American population, though less so percentage-wise in Montreal or Toronto or even Quebec City, and they are thus much more in the consciousness of the average Canadian than the average American.

I’m dual citizenship, I live in the states now. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE HEALTH CARE!!!! It is NOT FREE!! You pay 14+ consumption tax and 40 - 50 percent income tax. It’s public, so you wait for everything. Yes the drs and nurses are great, but they work in constructed socialized system. They need to ration their time and services. I have experienced both and Canada is by far inferior to the USA

Drew I’m surprised you didn’t talk about the diversity in Canada where I am from in Canada it seems there are more people that came from third world countries than people born in Canada

Wow I never knew of Canada's prejudices. I encounter a lot of Toronto ppl in NYC that I'm not keen on but their personalities just remind me of folks you encounter on the upper Eastside. I have southern roots (SC and MS) and have grown up in Missouri most my life so I know racism. I would hope it couldn't be worse than that in Canada, as I still do want to visit one day soon.

Hey Drew, great video, I can't comment on the US side but since I'm Canadian, here is a few things I could clarify:\n1. Football isn't really big in Canada, some people watch it but it's not really popular. Soccer isn't big either but more people follow it.\n2. While Canada has a few political parties, it's essentially a 2 party, plus system. Where only the two major parties are ever in power, and a few extra ones are just there.\n3. From what I know tipping is big in Canada but a bit less then in the US, in most restaurants it's acceptable to tip 13%\n\nOverall great video, stay safe!\nChag sameach

They won't let me in, US and Canada, but Europe will, so I'm going there. The original white folks in US and Canada do come from Europe to begin with.
