If we want to have equality lets just rip this off like a bandaid. Equality - no one gets any special treatment based on their race or gender. No special funds locked behind race. No special programs locked behind race or gender. No more pity partys - just equality. Take full responsibility and accountability for your own success or failure and earn your keep. Born to a wealthy family? Lucky. Born to a poor family? Unlucky. Either way you have more class mobility in a capitalistic western society than anywhere else in the world. Work hard and you can have an entirely different lifestyle in 3-4 years.

Guys .. Canada is the most beautiful, tolerant, multi-cultural country in the entire world ... you will only realize this if you get a chance to travel or live outside Canada ... It is far worse outside ... We must work together to make Canada stronger.

Racism exists the world over in every country and if you go looking for it you will find it even in the most tolerant nation, not saying that is or isn't Canada.

It happens in every country of the world. It's the indoctrination born from the public and social media, of the stereo typing people according to skin color, culture, dress and monetary value. You never going to shake it until they stop portraying it in movies. That includes every action that people react to on social media. How people react to it will often be classed under the same influence peers have on our young teenagers.

As a Muslim, I disagree with the Muslims coming to Canada and trying to change the culture. We have to respect the culture of the western world, just like how travellers who go to the east have to respect the rules. This happens all around the world, in the USA the Cubans are well known within Hispanic community that they (Cubans) once they get the LPR (Green Card) they leave the US and go back to Cuba for more time the immigration law allows to be out of the country as a LPR (six months) meanwhile they claim SSA without have a real presence in the country, without work record, then relatives get the welfare benefits (money) and send it to Cuba this way this well educated citizens pay their expenses without working also happens with South Americans.\nThis is a real problem that it looks like the government do nothing to fix it.

I lived all over the world. In Jamaica, I don't think I had a maid out of 15 of them over two years that didn't steal from me. From jewelry to cash, micro daily theft like 500g of rice at a time etc... In Shenzhen, China, i never had anything taken and I was not locking my door. That's just statistics at one point and experience. Never had a Chinese or Vietnamese being late on rents. I have a lot of other people default and leave in the middle of the night.
