Most decisions are made by the individuals workers who are not going by the laws of the Companies and Government Institutions and they use their power to discrimate against you based on their own biases . That is what I have experienced. I hurt my back picking up five residents in a day at work and let me tell you the process has not been easy. Everthing I say to them or paper that I gave to them from my Doctor is not good. Even if they have facts before them you are not to beleive. More strong laws need to be put in place to protect minorities.
