Cananda is tolerant, not inclusive. I’m a tiny black female and I’ve always carried myself a certain way because of my upbringing. However, I have been racially profiled my whole life. Thus, you can be ok with people being around you but it doesn’t mean that if you had a choice they would continue to remain there. We need to ask ourselves what makes a race more dominant than the other? \nThen, how did we come to this determination that a race determines a persons characteristics? \nRacism disgust me, maybe we should just all be blind lol.

This is such a ridiculous video. Especially the implication that other races are less biased than whites. Asian folks largely stick with Asian folks. Muslims often times only marry Muslims. Most black people in America admit to racial bias and there is a large amount of hate crime against white folks that is not charged that way because of their white skin. Almost everyone has cultural bias. As a matter of fact I would make the argument that white folks are more likely to date and marry outside their race and Christians too.

Racism dont make sense. Dont judge on race or skin color; judge on culture and religion and how human- and womens-rights are handled by those two institutions in the society and countries the people who seem foreign to you are from. Then find out if these people wants to bring those elements of their culture with them to their new country. Then make your judgement. And do remember to hate all religions equally ;)

Racism does exist everywhere.\nIn Canada, America, Germany, France, Hong Kong, etc. You can fill in every country.\nYou can make hundred times more documentations about it without any change.\nAnd you can't say people to have no racism and wonder why it does not work. The more you talk about the less it will work.

While racism is real, there are certain people from some religious dicatorships in Canada spying on the free people of this country and making people uncomfortable too. there are those who want to push their beliefs on all Canadians and there has to be a balance in terms of acceptance and inclusiveness. I find many times people also play the race or discrimination card to push their beliefs and ways of life on others while I have heard them for example swear at and judge Canadians for example who don't cover up their hair or wear mini skirts......that is also discrimination and judgement and is also 100% wrong, even though they may be doing it quietly or in their own language. There is sometimes (besides obvious cases of racism of course) that there are 2 sides to the story! People that come to Canada also need to respect its values of respect for all, not just ask for it for themselves. While a lot of wonderful people come here and have the utmost respect for Canada that is NOT the case with those pushing their beliefs and particularly religious views on the rest of Canadians making them feel like outsiders I have heard many stories about.

No amount of videos will make people believe in systematic racism being an issue. I don't care about being disliked but discriminated is a problem. These videos just anger people in denial they don't make them aware. I'm a Black male in Toronto and I deal with microaggressions when I leave my house every day and most importantly from other minorities as well. Let's discuss that also. We all have some learning to do.

To be fair the situation is difficult, having worked in retail before there is plenty of shoplifting on a daily basis so I can understand why staff are trained to use procedures to make shoplifting less likely, it does result in an unpleasant experience for customers if they are misprofiled and unfortunately people do misjudge or assume that certain types of people are more likely to steal. A lot of shoplifting is actually surprisingly done by old people, and its usually not intentional, sometimes they just simply forget to pay.

I’ve been accused of racially profiling someone. Because my coworker asked them if then needed assistance & then I did without realizing she already had. She thought we were the same person. I guess because we are both white with brown hair? Felt awful afterward. Not sure why people would even think to spy on people of colour whilst shopping. Usually (in my experience) the people who steal seem sketchy - they won’t make eye contact, are standoffish etc. Those are the people to keep an eye on. You’re just wasting your time otherwise. I get followed quite frequently. It’s pretty funny because I’ve never stolen anything from a store in my life

I wish the United States would face this issue. I've been attacked in a store for unfair, and unfounded suspension. I am treated differently in no less than 75% of stores I go into. The employees stare me down, follow me... I'm going to start filming these people. It's not fair to be harrassed for S.W.B. It's sad, I was born this color, yet I am less than, or just plain bad before I even speak, or act in the minds of many, especially law enforcement. It's sad. It's depressing. It makes everything in life that I do in public, down to using the bathroom, getting to know new people, applying for work, buying food, or just walking down any street, so much harder. Like the world is mad I exist, and the people want me to go away.

It's a sad fact that some people can't evolve past the need to make themselves feel bigger by working to make others seem smaller. People do it all the time and race seems to be a favorite reason for the most ignorant.

I think subtle racism is actually a very practical type of stereotyping and it didn't just got created out of air, there is a big chunk of that specific race (be it any race according to the stereotype) who actually prove the stereotype to be right. I am from india, living in Canada and if some house owner would prefer a white guy over me to rent their house, I would not blame him since a lot of people don't like the smell of spices that we cook all the time.\n\nAs far as stereotyping is sublet and not rude or hurting, I don't think it's actually so much of racism rather then preference.\n\nI just want to make it clear though that I do support racism, whatever is happening in US and a lot of other countries which is violent is a very horrible thing. Hello, I just watched your video. Three years after you made it. I hope you are still with us and a very belated Welcome. Many people throughout the world seem to have so many stereotypes about Americans. Whether it is good or bad there typically is some truth in a stereotype. Overall it seems like you are enjoying yourself and no matter what there is no place like home. I would think no matter what your current situation is you still miss Canada as I would miss the United States if I were to move to Canada. \nA couple things you mentioned in the video were not correct and as with anything there may be a little truth in the matter but yet still incorrect.\nThose who do not have health insurance are not charged or taxed $150 monthly. There is a provision in the affordable care act (ACA) that penalizes certain individuals who make above a certain dollar amount. The amount is either $150 or $300 for the entire year. I concur any monetary penalty against anyone for not having health insurance is outrageous. I could be wrong but I believe this aspect of the ACA was never implemented under President Obama and it was indefinitely suspended or revoked by President Trump. I also feel like I need to address your thoughts about the United States all about war. I believe the American people are like most other people and want peace and civility. The government and major defense contractors have differing opinions at times. Of course there is plenty of people who are war hawks but they are in the minority. Most of us are absolutely sick of war. We currently have been at war for almost 19 years. That's six complete world war 2's in their entirety. \nI think you were being awfully generous when you said obesity is on par with the rest of the world!! Unfortunately there is far to many fat people here and the problem is only getting worse because the media says be happy and proud you are fat. Celebrating obesity is absolutely insane and it sends the wrong message to young people. If a close one is fat of course I love them but I also tell them privately that they are a walking heart attack. How about they do their next video on how people from Canada are treaded by the immigrants or how they are treated when visiting other counties. Let's face it, most do demand a free ride once they move to Canada. They leave their country and refuse to assimilate turning areas into little versions of where they came from...

It makes no sense to wear nakaabs and burkha in western countries. You want to follow the traditions of the religion and on the other side you are fond of living in European countries. Your desire to move to European countries, vividly clears the picture that you are not interested to live in your own country, where all people are Muslims. If Islam is that much good, then there is no need to leave your own countries. Stop doing. You are finding satisfaction in European countries and having their traditions and customs. People living in European countries are not like the people living Middle East. If you feel so much offended there, then go back to your own countries.
