A/A. Great topic and information! Thank you! For you to say you’ve been here for 15 years and haven’t experienced racism then you’re lucky. I have been living here for 28 years (that’s most of my life, I came her as a young child). My sister’s and I have experienced first hand racism due to our hijab in elementary school, high school, after 9-11 during job interviews (myself and my brothers due to their name being Muhammed). Over time things have gotten better alhumdolillah but racism exists everywhere and many have experienced it. Where there are people that use racial slurs or acts of discrimination etc, there are many more that will support you and guide you. I love Canada and wouldn’t live anywhere else but to say it’s not there and every case is dealt with the way it was dealt with our London family, is not the case. If it was, what happens with them would not have happened. May Allah help us treat one another with tolerance and love as Islam intends it to be. Once again thank you for creating videos like this to help our fellow Pakistanis.

What I came to realize in life is that people don’t really like you, they like your talent/skills. take your time to be skilled in something and people will hunt down your skills. this applies mostly to all people based on statistics. if you are white and you ain’t skilled, you will be fired. as simple as that. businesses want to make money. so if you are black and you have what it takes, businesses will hunt you down since they will realize that they need your skills. I have learned that from Thomas Sowell and it has freed my mind as a young black man. I am a scientist ( I aspire to be the best one ) and I have started to reap what I sow. stop trying to make people feel sorry for you. work hard, get skills that are needed in the society and the rest will take care of itself. Interesting untold fact . During the entirety of the Atlantic slave trade Canada had 4700 registered slaves (Natives didn't register their slaves) Out of that 30% were black . It was abolished in many regions of Canada by 1797 and all of Canada by 1834 . But Canada still had indentured servitude until the early 20th century . They would round up kids on the streets of Europe and the ones that survived their passage here usually didn't make it to adulthood . Another problem after abolition were the natives still practicing slavery . The numbers of slaves in Canada was very small . Compare it to the Barbary slave trade . A persons personal outcomes in Canada have everything to do with what they put in . The fact is most black Canadians are not descendants from slaves in Canada .

We have brave people in this world that can face any situation to help another no matter what it takes. We also have good people that are scared in these situations to intervene like this lady said. Hi, if our engineering degree is not recognized there where it needs to be evaluated first by the engineering body for EIT and required to pass the exams before getting the P.Eng status. My question is how can we get an engineering-related job outside of Canada if employers consider only those already with EIT and P.eng status?\nI'm curious to know if some employers would consider or if we can apply to another job opening outside our degree or work experience. Don't want to return motherland is the most shameful answer and then comparing that area to India's Punjab only on the basis of crowd is foolishness . Our punjab is real and they left for their privilege and in future they would do again for extra privilege by moving another country . Where ever they go they will be recognized as indian . You’ve been in an English speaking country for awhile. So why do you need to communicate via Spanish? You should’ve learned the language by now. That’s the biggest thing, if you want to be a American or Canadian then learn the language. \n\nI’m Latin and my father n uncles hated going places in the US and another Latin would speak Spanish to them. Even though they could speak Spanish they said this is America speak English. \n\nNot all minorities like seeing people coming into the country illegally or by trying to use asylum when they have no claim.
