I came to Canada with high hopes. But I left Canada after six years. As an introvert life was extremely hard there. Suffered depression, racism and devoloped an anxiety disorder. I regretted the decision I made but it was too late as I spend a lot of money and effort to be in Canada. I made the money save up and came back to India. I am happy here and finally I can breathe freely. I enjoy life here and enjoy the freedom here. I still visit once a while but to live there permanently is not for me and my mental health.\nCanada is beautiful its just not for me.

Sad part is Govt does nothing. One Indian rented a room and left country after one year. He was PR and using that rented address for credit frauds. Person went to India and it looks to some other country. He got COVID relief money though he does not live here. Govt does nothing and credit card company does not ask Indian Embassy where he is. It is win win of millions of dollars for that Indian.

In visa division of consulate general of india to newyork, theres a counter for people to submit the phones and get a token, before they enter the respective divisions... They took the phone with them, and they are recording the whole thing. Embassies and consuls are sensitive places and have security concerns. You cant take your little phine and record. The officer must have politely asked her to take away the phone. If she does as the officer adviced her, she may not even have the phone to record the situation right.
