In here, Canada, whines and cries about the tariffs all the while they continue to allow this because they are funded by a bunch of criminal organizations who are also unloading methamphetamine into our country. Iran and China are deep in the drug organizations within Canada and they are finding a lot of donations throughout the country in order to gain Influence. I stand with Trump. I think that there needs to be a 25% tariff immediately until Canada starts really doing something instead of just acting and talking about what they’re gonna do.

Numbers are NOT down because of Trump. They dare down from October because it got really cold and still is. They will be back in April.

Meanwhile I’m struggling to pay my bills and keep groceries on the table for my disabled son and I. I can’t even get a snap card… and I’ve paid taxes for over 25 years and was born here. I'm a Canadian and I had no clue that we had this issue... Most of our media is government funded and so they don't report wrong doings of the administration like they should, plus lots of censoring so this is the first im hearing of it. Trump is amazing simply by actually doing what a majority of Americans elected him to do he has the the left defending criminals, the Fed, the IRS, and I think there's a couple more wildly unpopular agencies too. I am a white Canadian have family and friends in the USA and I tried to move to the usa back in the early 2000's because I had a job could not do it because I was not allowed but it seems if you are other then white it is so much easier and everyone said I should go now because Trudeau is a dictator and that I am a law abiding Conservative that wants to leave Canada because our PM is nothing but a POS Liberal that is robbing the hard working real Canadians and cutting us off of having a good job because of DEI. As a Canadian, I support any measure Trump places on Canada. There's a lot of Canadians, who are not willing to bend the knee to the Trudeau government, even if it means some pain. We are so sick of Trudeau and his NDP coalition government. Canada is struggling to get rid of this government and to let you know how bad it is, we are about to have our first ever 'UNELECTED' prime minister. He won't last long but it does really feel like pure unadulterated Authoritarianism.

I used to think Pres. Trump was being too hard on Canada then I got a look at the tariffs they impose on our goods. Some as high as 250%. I think Trump just wants a level playing field and a lot of help from Canada on the border. I think Poilievre feels the need to talk tough in response but I think he really wants the same things as Trump. I hope Poilievre becomes PM because he's conservative and I think he'll work well with Trump as they're both conservative nationalists.

Why isn't Trump shutting down the NGOs who are helping these people get here and stay here? Why aren't their CEOs being put in jail? The commentary here sounds so much like U.S. citizens griping, it's almost funny, but also sad. Maybe Trump the ignoramus is right... do Canadians really want to give up and just become part of the USA? I doubt it, but if you're in any doubt as to where to live, don't try just south of you. But I've also been to Canada four times since the 1980's, and each time I am just wowed by the many ways in which Canada seems ahead of the USA. The grass truly is greener on the other side of the fence... just be aware of what you have, and that you have an amazing country, too. Nothing new, especially from CNN(Clinton news network), who really hates President Donald Trump. These Indian illegal aliens are no different from Central and South American illegal aliens who were deported the same ways. These Indian illegal aliens committed crimes when they crossed the US border illegally, and just like anyone that were deported using military planes, these illegal aliens would be transported on shackles and cuffed. It's the standard procedure applied to all, even for American citizens. I am not really a fan of the tariffs Trump is imposing like lightning with Canada. I do think they should stop the walk thought to Us boarder security. I think they should however be an equal partner in securing their boarder. I don’t believe it is as much of a fentanyl thing but maybe I don’t know enough details in that.

A lot of us Americans remember learning about the tariff wars in history class that ended up in deciding fair trade was the better route. I fear we’re about to learn the same lesson again…\n\nAs far as the drug trade goes apparently the GOV doesn’t spend enough time on the internet because the cartels are no longer just in Mexico they’re in the USA and in Canada. They have learned the Canadian border is a lot easier to cross and they can get into BC pretty easily due to relaxed immigration policies In Canada.. they probably don’t actually know where the drugs are coming from or where they’re being manufactured entirely. The cartels are probably a step ahead of them at the moment. \n\nI can’t believe the auto industry lobbyists were not instructed to go full send on the detriment of the opposite position taken from the NAFTA. The only thing I can see is auto sales are slumping and maybe they can blame this on the tariff policy for massive restructuring. \n\nI kind of understand wanting to negotiate with Mexico because they probably buy less American goods than Americans buy Mexican goods (drugs excluding) but I’m guessing Canada is a better customer of American goods than Americans are of Canadian goods. Why would you want to upset a good partner, customer, and ally!? It’s Beyond my comprehension…. If Trump was really smart he’d convince some factories to actually invest in Mexico with cooperation from the Mexican government investing in efficient transportation from the manufacturing sectors to the American border and the coasts for distribution. This would likely really help their economy and change the whole dynamic of all the things Trump has issues with. Fix it at the source not try to treat the symptoms.

However, America has provided Canada with favorable trading relations and high-cost subsidies in the form of military and territorial security for decades. That clearly was a slap in the face and wasn't very smart! You had to figure some American president would ultimately say enough!\n\nAmerica has supported, defended, and offset the national defense costs of European nations for over seventy years, while EU countries and their leaders have routinely mocked and ridiculed Americans. Is it really classy to slap the face of someone who protects and supports you and your quality of life? No, it's not! Tariffs on EU products are likely coming soon, and reduced defensive support for Europe means they will have to pay more taxes for their defense and goods.

Canada really don't understand the equation, they stand nowhere infront of US. They should better comply with Trump to avoid more tariffs or possible sanctions.
