If America stops supporting, Ukraine is finished and this talk about after Ukraine NATO countries are next is total nonsense(if Russia does then just activate article 5 and shut the f up). You cannot talk about negotiation and diplomacy while insulting your opponent. Trump should be tried for treason. He is clearly a Russian asset, or at least some other asset than our own. Every day he makes moves to dismantle our democracy. To destroy this country. This is just a sampling of what happens when you elect an official do the highest office in the land while this individual Donald Trump is Holden s official position as dog catcher is out of his ability. The issue on fentanyl, is a intoxicant that will not and cannot be defeated. This is a total failure on the government's inability to protect its own citizens that is their number one job.. The only solution that I have heard that remotely makes any sense is the Cato institute conclusion that the wisest route to go is completely legalization with age restrictions. While this may not be the desired outcome it's the only one that I see that makes any sense whatsoever it seems that when a solution like this offered so many individuals who have no gravitas in this matter will come back to the same nonsensical bulshit that they're going to stop the flow that is absolutely impossible. However we will continue on that course and we will continue to fail. The Cato Institute was initially funded by the Koch brothers a extremely conservative organization that gets together a group of the brightest and the best in trying to determine what is the best solution.the Koch brothers were the group that invented the tea party I would love for anybody who disagrees with this post. I would like anybody who thinks that this is a far-fetched idea ,all I ask is that if you disagree with the finding that it should be legal with age restrictions if you disagree I would like to hear a solution that you have in mind that you think is better than the Cato Institute finding. I am under the impression that you do not have anything that remotely resembles a solution to this terrible problem. Right off the bat, with uality control, you'll stop hundreds of thousands of deaths. All of the issues that are being dealt with are just so screwed up because we've already been through this before. After making a constitutional amendment to ban the manufacturing of alcohol it was reversed and I hope that the country realize that we cannot win this battle with the same mindset. The only reason why fentanyl is such a dangerous intoxicant is because there's no quality control. Also the cartels are not affected negatively \nBy allowing the government deal with this problem. the end result would be not only do you save lives but you also have put a very negative Spike through their heart of the cartel in the pocketbook. Incense elan musk & DOGE cost cutting measures since this War on drugs has caused over a trillion dollars and no 6:28 results. The DEA does not remotely live up to its mission statement and has failed every year since that policy was put in place. I would love to hear any feedback and a solution that is remotely possible.. let's hear some original ideas that the country would benefit from.. the ball is in your court.

This is sheer STUPIDITY. I have no idea what Trump is trying to accomplish here. What good can come from such policies? Is he trying to start a new Great Depression? Start a Third World War? I see no rational thought put in to this at all.

I just watch mr trump speak with regards to tariff impose on canada mexico and china..he's proud in saying that a lot of foriegn companies will soon build factories and offices in the US. Providing billions of jobs and revenue. He said that if these companies would come to the United States where will be no tariff, lower taxes and easy life for the Americans. My question is: is he trying to kill other countries?? He said Ukriane is gambling with WW3, well i can say its WAR with GUNS..what he is doing is already WW3 using economic saborage...just my opinion...

America's economy was a juggernaut the day before Trump and his greedy band of thieves took over, and our strength was in our alliances with Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Our moral strength was in our unwavering support of Ukraine and opposition to Russia. In barely a month Trump has undermined and destroyed all the trust previous administrations (aside from his own) had built. By trying to rob our allies blind and turn the US into a kleptocracy, Trump is destroying the economy and our standing in the world at record pace. Maybe irreversibly.

Reading as much as I could of the comments below, it is with great respect that we as human can still care for one another even when we are from different countries, continents, backgrounds an so one. Evil will always try to do it's thing and we must come together to abolish it. Being from different countries in this situation is not much we can do. Maybe stop importing from America, at least till this administration is gone in 4 years. I am a French Canadian. I did not hear it From Trudeau in English but I heard it in French, the real reason of the economic war is annexation. Fentanyl, immigration was just a Casus Belli. Trump want to put us on our knees and beg to join the US. We will have federal elections soon and we know that Trump will try to influence the outcome of the elections like Chine, Russia or India. @robertedward7023 It can but I think Trump is right on this one. Zelensky needs to realize that he won't get his land back that Russia took, and that negotiating is the only way to come to peace now. He's living in a fairytale world fighting an unwinnable war. I think the US is right to pull the plug on financial aid to try to pressure Zelensky to negotiate to end the war. Unfortunately, to end the war Ukraine will likely have to concede the land they lost. But the reality is Putin will never give that land back. But it's better than more people dying everyday. Zelensky has gotten all too comfortable relying on financial aid and as a result he hasn't been willing to try anything new (like negotiate) to get this war finished. If we keep sending him money, nothing will change. Now he has pressure to negotiate. the US and Canada can't keep sending money to Ukraine for the next 20 years while this war carries on.

President Trump was not bullying Zelensky but Zelensky was disrespectful to our President. “You have nice oceans so you don’t feel it now but in the future you will feel it “ is what Zelenskyy stated. Zelensky also stated that Americans will bleed for his country. Why would anyone defend this blatant hatred. President Trump has tried to give Zelensky what he needs not what he wants. What has Canada and European countries done to actually try and end the death and destruction from this war? Europe buys energy from Russia, and Canada is only giving 650 million dollars in weapons over three years, while America has supplied hundreds of billions of dollars in aid and military equipment. Zelensky goes around the world dressed in a military outfit with no desire to stop the slaughter of humans on both sides. There have been thousands of wars where, eventually, one side has to accept the reality that they can not win, Zelensky is unwilling to see this. President Trump was elected because we want his AMERICA FIRST AGENDA, and with us saddled with 36 TRILLION dollars of debt, this war needs to stop.
