If you understood the s*** that was going down in Venezuela, you would be fighting for these people to have Asylum here. Do you know how much of Texas is unoccupied? Like SO much of it. It's not a very densely populated state. It can take years for Asylum Seekers to go through the process legally. Don't they deserve some level of safety while the process is sorted out? And instead we keep instituting policies that make things even more difficult and create even more tension. Yes and if these people truly believed in God and Jesus they wouldn't run from their countries but actually stay on the ground and stand strong in their faith that God and Jesus are going to help them persevere through all this. I mean did you all forget the night they came to take them away they were asleep in an Open Garden it wasn't like they popped up tents or glamper camper sites had some little Adobe type cabins they were sleeping in. As a matter of fact if you pay attention to most of the stories about Jesus and talking about him sleeping he does a lot of sleeping Outdoors. Remember God is a father that's how he's been represented and talked about in the Bible and Jesus was a man without a doubt no biological transgender question ability there. People need to remember that part of being a fair and loving. Is also teaching and discipline and these children following rules. I don't believe hearing God and Jesus telling all these people run from your countries and not have faith that I'm actually going to fix things for you and go run to somebody else actually go run to the United States where all those stuff is traveling through. So for all of you that want to post your personal assumptions about homeless people because that's all it is unless you've actually been homeless or spent time around homeless you really have no clue what's going on in the homeless population except what you've been told by the same political talking head media bulshit that's been lying to everybody about a bunch of other stuff too. Don't you get it the politicians don't want people knowing that a lot of the people that are homeless on the street are people that are disabled and aren't disabled because they have mental health problems I know that's the narrative they've been trying to stuff down people's throats.

I have always thought, we have China making everything due to low labor cost. \n\nCan’t we bring all these manufacturing companies and make these guys work for pennies? Cheap labor. We can provide a small shelter, cheap food and have them work for free or really cheap. After (10) years of work they can have a green card and set free in the us. I’ve watched the video and I’ve read many comments. My message it’s to immigrants, Canadians & everyone. Just be some patient to read for you to think reasonable after this. I’m sure you’ll start to be reasonable regarding Canada. I had a good life good job & a nice home in Ukraine. Due to the barbarian russian invasion my family & I fled the horrific situation in Kharkiv city. I was driving a mini bus of 4 families! Most are children. We’ve arrived to Europe. Crossing many countries (Poland, Czechia & Austria) we’ve arrived to the country leading the EU. In Poland & Czechia, we’re treat very good by the people. In Austria we got hardly a payed hotel where children could get a rest!!! We still didn’t understand why they don’t want to give us rooms despite we’re paying for our staying!!! In Germany, I believe that the government did its best. But the number of comers is huge! Of course many they got disappointed as happened with me! But I still understand and believe that really the government & people did theirs best. So fast I got a job! The social connection helped to introduce me to the company! But i was not hired, I still to express myself & my qualifications. The manager was understanding, so he accepted to communicate in English and to offer me the job in case if I am successful doing the job during the first week at the site. I had to change the machines menu into English. So the manager was very satisfied with my job and I got that job. The rent! You’ll get it only if you receive the blessing of each member of the county and a very strong social connections! The doctors! To make just a blood work for my son it took 45 days of waiting! To get the doctor appointment, you need that a German guy call and get you the appointment! Because when my wife called, the secretary said: we don’t speak English! But when my wife went for her visit she figured out they’re speaking English better than her!!! My son has an issue of hyperactivity, so they refused to accept him at school more than 3 hours a day! And he was excluded from the birthday parties of his colleagues aswell other events! Other Ukrainian children, they were just attending classes! Just a show! No body cares how help their integration! About, the taxes! The half of my income was going to the government! The money back?! Only 200 euros/ month for my kid. And nothing else. Nothing! To get a neurologist appointment for my son it was necessary to wait 3 months! Prices?! Everything expensive! Technology?! Not better than Canada at all. Bureaucracy, Canada is much less. Banking system, Canada much better. Where in Germany?! The best province in Germany “Munich”. Where people stoped long ago dreaming to purchase a home. Guys, Canada doesn’t through broken people as we were in camps! Where nothing is human there! Canada doesn’t enter you in cercle of hell bureaucracy just to get your kid into school! And if he needs a support he get it right away without any background that he’s not our!!! I got a good job in Canada; so fast. Without any social connections because simply I do not have any. I rent an apartment for my family, without to proof to the landlord that I’m the best guy in the world with a witnessed county about that!!! I want you to be sure, that I am not the lonely case. Just ask Ukrainians stied in Europe for a while before they move recently. Just ask them. I am not saying it’s a paradise or cons don’t exist. Just paradise doesn’t exist! And cons are everywhere. Just I want you to be fair about Canada. Please, be reasonable! The cons in Canada are not catastrophic, and it’s not difficult to fix them. It may take some time, but not difficult. Believe me it’s not about only Canada. The whole world is going a step back! I wish that my experience, helps to understand appropriately.

Ive been to Greece, Ireland, England and Scotland. I will agree that tap water and food is alot healthier abroad than in the states. Public transit sucks in most American cities. There are trains EVERYWHERE in the UK. You can walk a block and see a train there. But the sprawl here is the problem so you mentioned that. I will say Americans are friendlier to tourists than most foreigners, but most Americans are really mean when they travel abroad, so I guess that would balance out. The cost of living argument is hard to agree with, but I wasn't there during the rent hikes, I came back from UK right before they happened. I've heard inflation everywhere is bad, but maybe not in Canada. Love your guys' videos. Keep it up. I always show these to my girlfriend to start discussion/find common ground, and they have not once NOT worked, so well done.

I get all the points you guys are making, but I think most people when they visit the states go to the worst representations of us. Yeah LA and NY are cool big cities you see in movies and shit but they’ve been cesspools for a long time. I think people would find places they like by visiting the states and cities people don’t really talk about. That said Canada is probably the only other country I’d live in, I enjoy driving and the lifestyle I have, I don’t think I could have it anywhere else honestly.

When I lived in NJ, people would work in NYC but wanted to live in central or southern NJ. I had a job that paid me $22/hour back in like 2012. But I worked with a guy who quit his job in the city because he couldn't stand the commute. Him and his family moved to a cheaper area of NJ (still nice, but cheaper) and he took a job where I worked. He told me that if I was driven, that same job paid $40/hour. And even then, he couldn't really afford to live comfortably in the city. But eventually he found it most beneficial to take a lower paying job closer to home and find a cheaper place to live. That is city living though. It's always way more expensive. But I agree, living in a city in the US is ridiculous when it comes to cost of living.

Great video guys I really enjoyed it. I wish I knew how many different towns you guys have really tested the tap water up there, because in the US the tap water changes drastically depending on where you go, in California they import a lot of their water so it travels a long way from the source, and it has to be treated, usually with chemicals, to keep it safe to drink. But there are many places where you can get better tasting water if its somewhere that doesnt import, and doesnt have heavy treatment for the water. Even in california it can chance from town to town, I know I lived in Dublin, CA for a while and they have such fresh tasting water but if you go just a couple towns over it taste nasty again. Also apartments are notorious for having worse tasting water cause it has to go through all sorts of plumbing to get up to your floor and that can effect it. Anyways Thanks guys, peace

The story of the Russian guy going back to Russia to avoid taxes didn't age well. I remember watching this video in 2021 and thinking that the higher taxes are worth it because you are essentially buying safety. It doesn't matter if the income tax of your home country is lower if the local currency keeps devaluating, if you can't buy what you want because importing is hard and expensive or if your country is simple just not a safe place to live. Now with the war and the sanctions, your Russian friend must be having a really hard time; borders closed, the ruble is nearly worthless and he's probably trying to flee the country to avoid being drafted, leaving any real estate behind.

I have no intention of leaving but everything you guys said is 100% true. There isn’t enough things to do for recreation here. And the places we do have for recreation are hours away. Niagara Falls, canadas wonderland, great wolf lodge, CNE. They’re all in the boonies and you can only get to them if you have a car but even then they’re expensive and you still need to drive 1-2 hours back home. Unless you live close to these establishments going to these places happens 1-2 times in a whole year. It’s really a shame because even though they’re expensive I really love going to these places. If I can change one thing about my country I’d say we need tons more recreation spots. We really just live to work at this point and it’s not fun.

Thank you ladies for those comments, to someone who is readying this today, I am an immigrant and I have lived in three continents, EU, MIddle East, USA and Canada, \n\nCanada is the best, just be smart with your financial decisions, and dont live in Van or GTA, Edmonton and Calgary for the win, yes weather sucks for 5 months but it does everywhere. \n\nUAE is great for making money, but its all fake and holo, USA is actually pretty unsafe and I felt it before I decided to move. and EU has basically the same tax situation. Portugal is really nice, but most immigrants are either french/english speaking so portugal is never an option, the adoption is too much. \n\nAlso a lot of it depends on your profession, I am an IT specialist and jobs are a plenty at pretty good rates, and if you are smart, there are several ways of shielding yourself from tax, \n\ndont want to brag but us brown (south asians) always break this code, tax no tax a brown guy will have all of his ducks be done with college, with a house mini van and picket fense, all with no debt and hard work, i cant understand how others cant do it (african brothers not included, coz they follow the same template as we do)\n\n cheers my hustlers

LOL next time you go to British Columbia go to where I'm from and it's a little Valley called blueberry Creek it's in the interior about 400 mi from Vancouver Vancouver isn't as bad as you say it seems that way but truly I lived there for about 10-15 years after I grew up in blueberry and it is definitely unpredictable that's for sure you have to take an umbrella with you or a raincoat or a sweater or something cuz you could go out in the morning it's bright and sunny and by the time you get to the bus stop it's raining that is very true but it doesn't last long there is certain seasons that it rains but if you look at the meteorology it really isn't that much more than anywhere else and gloomy you want to talk about gloomy you live in Alberta I live there for quite a while and one morning I woke up and I just couldn't take it anymore all you see is different shades of gray and brown so I packed up and went home and finally saw green again I'm glad you guys are in Canada but boy do I hear you I used to be middle class owned a home and some land and then I became homeless because yes that's what our government is trying to do they don't want me to class people we have too much power when Harris came into power he almost succeeded in wiping out the middle class dirt poor have no say in anything so I'm trapped here I hope you guys have the freedom to go where you like I really do you guys are great

I spent a summer working for Tourism Canada. (I'm a U.S. guy, by the way.) It's amazing that the average\nAmerican is so ignorant of Canada. If you ask one to name the ten Provinces, they can name about three.\nP.E.I.? Never heard of it. Nunavut? What on earth is that? I really enjoyed P.E.I (before the bridge) and\nNova Scotia, Alberta's Rockies, Vancouver, the Alaska Highway, Gaspe, Quebec City, the Montreal Expo\n(1967) and Olympics (1976).
