If you come to Canada ?? on a temporary visas and marry, you should leave Canada to pick up your papers. If you marry you shoukd get a temporary work permit fir 2 or 3 years to makevsure the marriage is kegit and the sponsorung spouse has to sign off on it to make it permanent.

I have seen students bringing their parents and relatives to Canada on visit visas and they were working illegally in big corporations and leave every 6 months and come to continue that! While some Canadian citizens aren’t able to bring their parents for life events such as having a new baby (like me)!!!

Reporter should first do a basic background research on international students PGWP program before blaming them. Why they have the points system for students to apply for PR if they were ment to study and leave. If students knew that they would have to leave after studies then they wouldn’t even come to canada in the first place

When these Indian workers came here, they know there was a chance that it could all end. Visa not being extended or the work has dried up. Leave in peace and deal with it. All it comes down to is you have no status and you were a guest! Nothing races about it!

Indians are the worst. I think it is their attidude, behaviour, stubborness, entitledness and stupidity that makes them the worst. \nI remember few years ago I was working in a supermarket when one indian lady and her indian boyfriend approached me looking for a sweet watermelon so i showed her the sweetest watermelon in the market and out of nowhere she told me “If this watermelon is not sweet I will come back and I will squash this watermelon in your head ok”. I have so many bad experiences involving indian rude attidudes and behaviours at work and even in public places. Indians always think they are always above others. They don’t follow traffic rules, road tailgaters, they always leaving beautiful places thrashed. They play loud bollywood music in public places. It is their behaviour the reason why they are being targeted by many communities.

Leave it to the government to screw things up but when foreigners come to our country to take advantage for personal gain they do not have the right to make demands. No sympathy from most Canadians.

Ya know… I like most of the immigrants that I have met..but…they tried to cheat the system, they stepped ahead of the line, in front of those who did it legally, by coming with a “temporary” visa, then refusing to leave when it’s time to go… they need to go.

Canada is not only a government, many countries of the world have stopped importing Indians to their country. Leave Canada, you will not benefit from anything. Your job is to send your money to India for your family. It is not your desire to develop the country, so the people of the world hate you and that is right.

Before they leave, they can first, give everything that our government gave them, money, food, clothing and housing to our homeless people. then, get the hell out and never come back.

Best decision..Toronto now is Mumbai!crowded streets,malls,trasportation,lack of rentals,during fireworks in Toronto downtown was lot of car noise driven by Indian,4am loud noise with no respect! Streets were dirty as bins were so full that all flooding on sidewalks and subways were so full ,could not even stand proper.people leave their countries to find better life here,however if they its going to be similar to India life style where its crowded,lack of jobs ,then Professionals may think to leave or not come at all here!\nI think everyone should be welcomed but with limits!

Im mad because Im young and want to go to school but cant work because of post graduate immigrants taking low skill jobs (Fast Food, Retail,). Its petty to come to another country, complete your studies and with your work permit work for minimum wage at tim hortons. Nobody my age can get a functional job just from applying. This is why when I am old enough to immigrate myself, i will attempt to immigrate to california (due to film industry and love for the state) and stay in my working field and leave the jobs there for the youth).

Well Indians go to Canada to work. They dont start fights or cause problems. If they are all living in one area what’s the problem? They are here in the UAE as well and live more or less in a community. Does not mean they don’t integrate. I have cousins in Ontario who have married non Indians. It’s the governments fault for bringing in so many people and not providing adequate housing. These people come in with whatever they have and then struggle to make ends meet and then have to leave if they can’t afford it anymore so it’s bad both ways.

They come to Canada on student’s visa and think they have the same rights as Canadians. They are protesting, they are ignorant, pooping on public beaches and stealing cars. A lots of Canadians are afraid to go to Brampton, Ontario because of high crime.\nThey protest because they failed their exams. Im a 34 yr old Canadian and share the exact same view as you about this country. \nMy husband, myself and our tow kids moved to Mexico a few years ago, as well as a few friends of ours, and leaving Canada was like getting out of a toxic relationship lol Once you're out of the 'bubble' that Canada has created for it's citizens you see just how sour it has become. \nThat being said, we did move back to Canada to buy some land far north Alberta-only because we have small kids and want them to be around family-but if it was just my husband and myself we DEFINITELY would have stayed in Mexico. \nMexico feels safer, its beautiful there all over the country, the people have wonderful community and live life fully, the culture is enthralling, the food is BETTER in every way, the language (Spanish) is a fun element to life, and best of all-in Mexico, you are out of the censorship and the 'fear bubble' in Canada. You see it all over headlines, you hear it on the radio, it comes out of everyone's mouths in Canada-obsessed with 'safety' and everyone is terrified of living. Now that we're back we're very aware of it and do our best to ignore it and block it out. \n\nMoving abroad is a lot of work, but I would do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it. If you are able to, just do it.

I don't hate Indians. I am an avid supporter of immigration. My problem is the government allowed too many people to come too fast. It puts many newcomers in an unfortunate situation, but unfortunately many will have to leave until we can fix this housing problem. Maybe try again in another 10 years.

Make it mandatory for every immigrant who wants to work or study in Canada to pass Canadian exams in english and french before ever coming here and agree to bring family or extended family here ..also international students after there school is done leave the country and are also not to work while here

I went to high school in Brampton Ontario, in the mid 80's and there were no Indian immigrants anywhere. After high school, I moved to Montreal to work as a fashion designer, (I have to mention the shock I experienced whenever I would fly into Toronto for business... when I went to get a taxi, there was always a massive line of Indian taxi drivers standing outside next to their taxis. I had the feeling that I was no longer in Canada, but somehow ended up in India?) Having lived in Montreal for 30 years, I recently moved to Guelph Ontario, to be closer to family and I was shocked to see how many Indians had moved there, (going to the dog park, I was informed by the people there, that Brampton was called Bramladesh and Guelph was turning into another Bramladesh.) There was a massive temple built in Guelph a few years ago and suddenly Guelph was invaded by Indian immigrants, with every house put up for sale bought by an Indian family, (the husband, his wife and their kids, the brother and his wife, their mother and father, all living in a 3 bedroom house with 3 cars in a 1 car driveway, (for some strange reason they all choose to dig up the black asphalt driveway and replace it with white concrete??) So yeah, the white people in Guelph are fleeing en mass, as it becomes impossible to sit in the back yard, or open a window, without choking on the powerful stench of spices coming from the Indians living next door... it's like being punched in the face from the horrific smell when you walk your dog and pass by one of their homes! That said, it feels like their goal is 'global domination' and with 2 billion people living in India today, it's just a matter of time before they all decide to leave the most over populated, the most polluted and the most corrupt country on the planet, and move to Canada!

Go and read about how 'Passport Index' work. People blame government for India's low ranking whereas the factors affecting the ranking are based on how people of that country behave in foreign land. Whether they come legally and leave before their visa expires. Whether they pay tax or do crime. That's all I am saying. We are the ambassadors of our country and it is our duty to act civil when we are in foreign land as they see us as Indians irrespective of our caste, creed, religion. If you are unskilled to get a job in India then you are definitely unskilled everywhere in the world. You hit the nail, right on the head. It's both our governments fault and Indian peoples fault. We brought in too many, all at once. I'm all for international students. I'm all for people from abroad, coming to our education system, because we have the one of best in the world, get an education, establish yourself here and you can make a great life out of it and you'd be accepted. Learn our polite and law-abiding culture, and you would be accepted. If you come over here with the expectation of becoming citizens, because our government markets it like that. The amount of times that I met Indians that don't care, are rude, entitled don't deserve to be here. On top of that, they bring in their third-world culture and thinks it's ok to behave like that. Yes, bring your culture. Bring your massive weddings, food, art and traditions. That's what makes canada such a great nation. But leave all the other things that you're trying to escape in India or avoid in India. That's why there is so much hate towards them.

I love my second gen immigrants Indians and they're parents the immigrated properly, not coming in as students and demand PR and don't want to leave. No houses. No jobs. These students smash cars, have 0 manners, throw garbage on streets, 20 in homes, increased crimes and total disrespect to citizens that have lived here for generations. I am Canadian born citizen, unemployed, 2 and a 1/2 years. Because I didn't know that the Trudeau government in 2022 when I lost my job due to the pandemic was allowing them to import T.F.W's as executive assistance my level of experience into my industry. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get an interview withe almost 20yrs of experience and I was trying every trick in the book but a week ago I learned that they brought in over 2 years 300,000 admins at all levels from E.A's to receptionist now. So imagine my horror and shock to learn that 5 days ago. But you walk in everywhere. And it's just Indians from every part of South Asia and I am all for immigration I'm a child of an immigrant, but immigration is a science When dealing with a country like Canada, where it's designed to be many cultures like a 20 bean soup. You're supposed to try and keep it at being a 20 bean soup and within 3 years it became like a 2 bean soup. It's a science where you're replacing your dead, and then you bump it up like 10% to grow the population slowly with GDP so that you don't have so many Canadians. Unemployed and temporary foreign workers that come are employed. So everybody's contributing but the way they did the open door everybody bum rush. And over run the country. Our economy is now 60% dependent on people who aren't residents. They're temporary which means when they leave our fake economy is actually only built on 40% to 30% of Canadians. That's an economy that will crash because it's never supposed to be weighted that way, Canadians are supposed to be 60% to 70% of the economy and foreign workers are to be the rest. So we're in trouble when they finally go home, but they need to put a moratorium on PR's, Work permits, LIMA's, T.F.W's and restrict all educational institutions on how many Students they can accept so private schools don't scam students by taking their money then telling them they don't have a seat for them to attend class that is just criminal and do so untill end of 2025 and then review status again for 2026. So Canadians can have a shot at getting work and then slowly introduce them back in as needed for proper slow population growth and not just a free-for-all ability to work anywhere in the whole country. Major cities and everything like that. So people like me can finally get back to work.

A message to Indians thinking of coming to Canada: WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE. You take all of our apartments leaving rent completely unaffordable to us. Because of your horrible driving skills, our insurance premiums have gone up. You stink up our buses and subways because you don't wear deodorant and refuse to practice personal hygiene. You have an accent so horrible it makes me want to gouge my eardrums out. Get your own population under control and tell all your relatives to stop coming here!!!

I have been living in Toronto for 35 years, I completely understand what you are feeling, believe me I know. I feel that my time here is coming to an end, I will leave in a year or two... I will be elsewhere and will just come to visit .

A LOT of students have come here illegally (not all) is the issue; and for those who have stop protesting failing grades. I also tried to move to other countries. Poland where my family is from being one of them. And I couldn't make it work. So I had to leave. I went to school in Toronto (as a Canadian) Finance, and got my investment license, and I still wasn't given a chance in the industry. When things don't go as you planned, sure it sucks. But it's a fact of life. Canada doesn't owe anything to anyone.

Not separate yourselves, segregating others based on predjudices, and sticking to what you are familiar with back home. You came for a better life, but live the same as the past. It is like a marriage where one has to always take into account your partner's point of view, making compromises along the way for both partners, not exploiting the other's weakness, or disrespecting their views.\nThe government caused this issue to come more to the forefront in recent years by ramping up immigration numbers and putting pressure on the system. Canadians have now had enough. We have lost our culture, and feel like the minority in a country where we paid into the social systems all our lives, only to get little benefits, just more taxes, and see those systems being abused.
