The United states has very quickly lost the respect and TRUST of the entire World. With so much going on in the World right now this makes absolutely no sense. There is literally NO reason for this except to punish Canada. Everyone is already struggling just to make ends meet these days after C0vid and this will RUIN lives. The lives of your once best friend and ally. Canada and the World will not forget this. This is a direct attack on the people of Canada. Disgusting state of affairs . America's economy was a juggernaut the day before Trump and his greedy band of thieves took over, and our strength was in our alliances with Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Our moral strength was in our unwavering support of Ukraine and opposition to Russia. In barely a month Trump has undermined and destroyed all the trust previous administrations (aside from his own) had built. By trying to rob our allies blind and turn the US into a kleptocracy, Trump is destroying the economy and our standing in the world at record pace. Maybe irreversibly.

When I was growing up in Canada, hearing of someone being a “Proud American” was something I admired. Today it’s a punch line to a joke about the American education system. They have nothing left to be proud of, and I’m so thankful to be from this country instead.
