I hate to tell you this but Canadians have always moved around to other countries for opportunities. Given the number of Canadians living in Los Angeles makes it Canada’s 4th largest city. Quebecers flocked to New England ages ago. The is quite long if you read a bit of history. Ever heard of Max Aitken? Better known as Lord Beaverbrook. There’s just more people here now so more move around or push off. If you’re looking to move, maybe New Zealand is a refuge in this crazy world we live in. A but like the John Wyndham book The Chrysalids.

Canada is quickly turning into a 3rd world country because that’s where the majority of them came from, as refugees NOT IMMIGRANTS. Canada is no longer screening for EDUCATED, PROFESSIONAL people who can contribute to Canadian society. Canada has made it so difficult for those who are educated and are professionals to receive accreditation to contribute to Canadian society. Canada no longer ensures there is a Canadian sponsor who pays for the immigrant, to ensure that the immigrant is not a burden on society. When teachers can not make change while volunteering at a food stand for a local craft show, this explains that our education system is junk. Our health care system is run like a well oiled corporation where money stops at the top/administration and never finds it’s way to those who need health care. I was the first generation of latch key kids to go to school with Italian, Croatians, Serbians, Armenians, Jews, Palestinians, Asians and we never saw our classrooms full of sanctioned hate. We never saw the neighbourhoods of any of these ethnicities look like open toilets. There was no gang violence amongst these ethnicities. They had their own community centres, churches, synagogues and anyone was welcome. They were active in the community, they were fantastic neighbours. Decades later we have “no go zones” in our cities and rural communities because of the danger of some ethnicities. Churches and synagogues are locked. Their community centres are locked and monitored for entry. We have lost our way. We have allowed chaos agents into our country and we are paying the price and will continue to do so.

I was born here in America and I cant afford food. I cant afford rent. Im Not getting any help because Im not foreign or have 4-6kids under the age of 14. Thats right. Look it up!! You are better dead than poor in the USA. Your politics are entertainment, and very destressing. No matter which side you are on, about 50% of the people hate you. Both Canada and America have huge problems right now. As a 73yo Canadian I have NEVER seen so much hate for our Government. Everyone has the exact same complaints, like it was scripted. Our press is constantly stirring the pot and it makes unsatisfied Canadians more angry every day. The negative press pounding on our PM never ends. There are YouTube channels that take every little Canadian fault and make it into the crime of the century. Hey, be negative. I hate the positivity cult. Be honest. The world is falling apart. Let's not mince words. This is a global crisis. America has been crap for a long time, but it's sad to see Canada now going through the same, and deteriorating. Such a beautiful country. I remember being there years ago, and the energy was so much lighter, uplifting, and I always loved this about Canada in general. It was always the nicer bit of N. America....but now it's much like what the USA is experiencing with insane prices, housing crisis, drugs, crime, homelessness, etc. I don't feel this will get better anytime soon. The fact that Tyler is surprised at how many people bring up school shootings as a reason to stay away from the US is a scary indication of how much this type of violence has become normalized. I'm Canadian and throughout my professional life I've spent time working in the US. In fairness, I've met some truly great people. Also in fairness, religion seeps into US politics in ways that it never does in Canada and never in a good way. Christian fundamentalism is a scary reality of US life intent as it is on heaping hate on sexual minorities and taking away rights wherever they are allowed to. An additional point, but this one is only an irritant, is how ignorant so many Americans are about the world. At any rate, I'm retired and live with advanced kidney disease and a pacemaker. For those reasons alone I couldn't afford to live in the US. Thankfully, my country takes good care of me and my provincial government (Québec) even covers most of the cost of my expensive prescription drugs.

Incorrect, Canada is not white people hating on black people nor any other race. It is the other way around. The truth is that Canada is segregated. Asian, East Indian, French etc. & all have their own communities and don't mix much. This is also true for the Alphabet people. Most crimes are not committed by whites against other races. It is illegal for teachers in government funded schools to promote religion. Wearing religious garb is promoting religion. The problem is with Burke has not hijabs. However male teachers can't wear baseball caps either. The government does allow for privately-funded religious schools.\n\nAs for hate crimes it doesn't matter how many times it's reported only how many times it's convicted. Consider that most violence against blacks is committed by blacks...\n\nAs for healthcare most provinces have a 15 to 25% backlog on surgery. The government has run out of money to fund Healthcare. There are massive staffing shortages because of political actions taken by the federal government.\n\nCanada is one of if not the most taxed countries in the world. On average she pay 30% income tax. America is a beautiful country to look at, and I'm sure there are lots of beautiful people, but the arrogance of some of them is mind blowing. I recently watched the news footage of 911, I cried all the way through that, first out of compassion and next out of frustration. When people were jumping out of those towers, George Dubya was making a statement that terrorism would not stand in America. What did he think was standing in his face. The terrorists won that day. Then when they got Bin Laden He stands up and says we got him . Big deal you got one person , when there are dozens to take his place. No mention of other countries that helped them. , they have taken full credit for every war that ever happened. They wonder why the rest of the world hates that country. The sad thing is that 911 didn't teach them a thing. They brag about how they lost 3000 people and other countries only lost a few to terrorism. How sad that they think that way. You had a great president in Obama, but you have that 2 term rule and have been going downhill ever since. And our Canada's Prime minister is certainly nothing to be proud of. This is nothing new. Ever since the beginning of time Caucasians have always felt this way. It's in their blood, their DNA. They feel Superior to everyone else of color. They see us people of color as inferior. They think they're entitled to everything on this earth. So hateful and so wrong. This will never change or go away. Just like the white blood cells that don't like the red blood cells and vise versa. It's a sad part of life. We don't live in a perfect world. It was never meant to be perfect either. Humans are the root of all evil.

Even tho I don’t think this is correct, U.S people luckily finds themselves on a good position to see this just as people making a tantrum to enter the U.S, proudly I say I’m Mexican American and I’ve lived in Mexico and Brasil as well, non of those Latin American countries I lived is as bad as Venezuela and even like that I’ve seen some very messed up shit, they are countries with a huge culture and beautiful but on the lowest levels it’s a pretty dark place to be…so for the USA people here that is heavily throwing shit, be some kind of human try to understand at least , I get it, I don’t think this is the way neither, but they are not just people trying to invade to take over or whatever, I even saw a comment saying that they should shoot those Venezuelans, the world is a pretty messed up thing now, and luckily or unluckily we don’t really know a shit about it, they are DESPERATE it seem like they were violent and most probably some of them tried to get violent but most of them is just desperate people trying to have it better in their only and one only lives..worst yet, if you have a kid, imagine how worried would you feel for not being able to provide your kid with a good life… see the people in the front for example, they were people begging and crying, is being desperate for having something better, and this is a really biiiiiiig subject with a lot of issues, wrongs, misunderstanding… you don’t know how bad is going in Venezuela, not even me, but I can imagine it cuz I know how bad some people have it in Mexico, and they don’t know how them illegally getting into the US is going to affect the US, I try to get all points so I don’t think this is correct, this kind of events shouldn’t be happening, but I also understand, just to put it in perspective, I’ve talked with some people from Venezuela and they’ve told me some crazy stuff, quick example. McDonalds something most American people know …for one person only it can be around 15 - 20 bucks, in Venezuela, and I think minimum wage rn is around 6.15 bucks and if it’s good it can be around 20 - 30 A MONTH, now apply this formula to EVERYTHING, housing, bills, expenses and I think things in Venezuela for a little bit better not that long ago,so it was worst than what I just told you, imagine you finish college you have somehow of a decent life and for things you don’t understand and no one advise you of, next week your job, money is not even half of the value it had last week, imagine if it was you and your family, your kids…I don’t have kids but I know my mom would’ve done anything for trying and give me not even a luxurious life, but a kinda decent life, and I know most of people would’ve done the same, and not only for your kids, also your mom, dad, sisters, brothers and even YOURSELF…again, I’m not saying this is correct or it’s not I’m just saying at the end our surrounding make us do whatever we are doing….I get you not being okay with this, but try to be comprensible and not go straight into hate for this people. \n\nUnfortunately I wouldn’t imagine anything to solve this problem and I hope something better comes for the entire world right now …but I just doubt it…

This is what happens when you steal peoples lands, displace them, draw lines in their country, push them out, just because you told them this wasn’t their land, they remember, they have elders that speak of the old ways, you people kill me, you know these people stole America, and moved people against their will all around the world, yet you sit here like this land mass belongs to you. Our Creator didn’t creat these boundaries man did. Our Creator gave instruction for the lands, Ham-The Hot Lands, Japheth- The Cold Lands, Shem-The Seasonal Lands. You people are more Japheth lineage and shouldn’t be here, that’s what colonization will do, put you in a place you’re not suppose to be. It doesn’t matter, because all of you are leaving, Our Creator is going to make it so. You don’t get to cause famine, death, and all sorts of evils in other countries, and don’t expect them to eventually make their way to the only safe place, while you neglect to tell your citizens you told these people what you were doing in their country was to help them, and the entire time you stole their resources, kept them poor, and then you put them on TV to show how much better we have it in America, when you’re the one who caused the problem.
