Hi, next year I will be going to Canada to study Digital Marketing (Public College). Towards the end of my year, I need to find an internship. So I would very much appriciate it if you could point me towards a job search company that could potentially help me with that.

The perfect explanation ever seen in youtube. As a i have been living here for more than two years and i have always been struggling with employment issues, healthcare system, housing prices and many others , i cant really be honest to my parents, back home how hard living condition is here. even though if you spent many years of educations and gained experiences or got your master, its not gonna help you ever in canada. personally its too hard to start everything from the scratch its just waste of time. back to Asia.

when it comes to cultural differences, what you said there is a huge huge generalization. Why? Some preferred cultural behavior might be true for tiny nations (or small geographic areas). That is because of rather reasonable distances, habits could spread all over that area within past centuries (that is how all that is made). But talking even about Russians is a heavy stereotype. By best guess your Russians from around Moscow area and those close to eastern Chinese borders would differ more than those groups of of Chinese (or Mongolian if Mongolia is also close by), that are right on the other side of that eastern border with their Russian counterparts. And of course by Russians I mean here citizens of Russia and not their ethnicity. \nSo Saying how Europeans are all reserved (which funny enough if you mean Europe geographically would include Moscow), is just a huge misstep. It is like calling all USA citizens to be same way (something you might really want to avoid doing if ever you visit USA).\nAlso Climate. First of all Ontario is not the other name for Toronto or GTA area. It is rather big province. So that weather heavily depends if you are sitting in Toronto, Ottawa, North Bay or Windsor. That humid weather as you stated is only truth for the parts that are closer to those big lakes.\nAnd for the love of god. Canada DOES NOT have a paid insurance. Each province has its own paid insurance. So while certain things might be free in one province (like emergency ambulance), it is partially paid in other province.

Quebec is the Texas of Canada, and they are very discriminatory against anglophones, I lost count how many people I know left for ontario because of it.

There’s something I’ve wondered for a long time - why is Newfoundland pronounced as New Finland? This might seem a trivial question for most people but I come from the actual Finland so this is intriguing for me ???\n\nBtw, I like Canada very much! It’s so much like Finland (weather wise and as a society) and there’s also great ice hockey, so maybe I’ll pack my bags some day, if there’s a good opportunity ?

Let's cut to the chase. Canada is a third-world country next to USA. Skill A says Doctors, Dentists and Architects. When you have these skills and come to Canada, you have to start over again. So Skill A is just a show to pretend that Canada is developed nation that welcomes professionals. All other categories need developing country skills (butchers, truck drivers, carpenters, etc.).

No reasonably intelligent , thinking Canadian, says that healthcare is “free”. So stop misleading people. The actual truth is that healthcare in Canada is covered by the taxation system and is “ universal” meaning every citizen is covered for most services and for necessary treatments and surgeries. Elective procedure such as having a boob job , for the most part are not covered, nor should they be. Furthermore, most thinking people acknowledge that the system is not perfect, and is often strained by those irresponsible people who abuse it. Higher taxes are the price we pay to feel confident that in the event of necessary hospitalization or treatment, we need not fear financial ruin and or bankruptcy as is quite common in the US for example. Nothing is free unless you believe in the tooth fairy and Santa Claus. Think before you speak.

Great video, and really interesting discussion in the comments. Perhaps what I can add is that I was born in Canada, have lived here for 50 years, and I've experienced the same problems as immigrants: difficult to meet people and form social ties, hard to find work because I don't have the 'right' education or qualifications not recognized, expensive and hard to establish a 'normal' life here. Imagine growing up with this, not having experienced something different elsewhere, and having no country to go back to. Canada is becoming a two-tier society, one made up of well-established families, and the other made up of Canadians who struggle and immigrants who also struggle.

42% of all new immigrants are from India. Canada isn't the same anymore, it's turning Punjabi and it pretty much already is in Toronto and the surrounding area. WHY does Canada exclude immigrants from other countries and have such blatant favouritism towards Indians?

Born and raised in BC. BC means bring cash. Everything cost more in BC. GOVERNMENTS are more greedy in BC as well. More tax here more expensive to buy houses in BC as well. . fuel costs the most in world in BC I'm sure. Many of us leave to eastern province because BC is too expensive. Canada lets in too many Immigrants. Soon everywhere will look like vancouver. Asian or east Indian and very few other races

Dear workers of the world:\nAlthough l must admit our homeland is absolutely wondrous, l urge you my comrades! we can not handle any more people! we are still recovering from imagrant crises pushing us farther north every year and we are bombarded by american cottage owners in the summer! so my fellow members of the prolitariat stay in the lands of your people so that we can stay in the lands of our own.\n\nSincerly, a worker of Canada.

Coming from Russia, are you really complaining about life in Canada? Most of your points apply to large number of developed countries, no place is perfect, but Canada will give you a fair shot. Do you expect do move in a foreign country and start from the top, what world do you live in? Do your proper research and stop trolling.

Both us and Canada are brothers of one mother ???

Yeah doctors and engineers from other countries end up being taxi drivers. If you persist and are determined Canada can be great. But it can also suck. It’s true for Canadians too. If you have a good job you can have a good life. If not…. Look at the homeless and people struggling and living paycheck to paycheck. Canada ? can be great. Or it can really suck

Boo hoo Canada. Did 20,000 illegal immigrants back up your immigration system? Try dealing with the over one million illegal immigrants who flooded across our border in less than a year of Biden's election. Since they broadcast the same rhetoric to people that Biden did, encouraging them to illegally immigrate, and condemning Trump's efforts to stem the tide, then they should share more of the burden. We should send 500,000 to their border this weekend. During the pandemic.

Let me tell you that you are totally wrong : \n\n1- rough climate ? Its not true .. it drops to -20 but still not freezing cold like madrid in spain ..\n\n\n2- loneliness ( it depends on your behavior ) and how you treat people ! \n\n3- hard to find a job ? Its not true .. \n\n4- starting from scratch ? Might be true and it happens whenever you go .. specially to a new country \n\nSorry guys your information is nonsense and came from a personal experience ! Canada is not perfect but i have been to 30 countries im sure u havent lived in 10 countries as i did and i have seen alot .. Canada still one of the best countries . Thanks
