True, lived there for 4 years. Canada is a well made lie to make someone else rich. I even met a rich immigrant who basically became rich because I'm sure he was doing money laundry. Also, Canadian politeness is a fake way to uncover how they actually don't care about another person; they are not nice people . Being there also made me think about this whole immigration system, it felt like a neo-slave trade, because immigration is such a gray area, and we basically have no rights to anything whatsoever, being open to be easily exploited. Not to mention psychological problems, like the Ulyssses Syndrome, that nobody talks about.

Leave and go where though? The same things are happening everywhere. The politicians and the media are using divisive rhetoric to get us hating and fighting against one another. We need to smarten up and toughen up and fight back. Running away is rarely a solution to anything.

In as much I understand what you’re saying, don’t you think it’s 100 times better compared to life in Nigeria. Your kids will have free education, healthcare is free as well. Paying for those in Nigeria is way worse than spending 40% of your yearly income. \nMost parents in Nigeria, spend their entire earnings on mostly schools fees and healthcare, I’m a mom of 4 plus 1 dependent and I know what we go through to pay school fees termly. We also pay taxes and the government extort citizens, yet we don’t enjoy any benefits from the government. We enjoy nothing , from healthcare, school fees, good roads, electricity, security, even school (shebi ASUU has been on strike for almost 8months now) infact nothing at all from the government.\n\nSo this reasons aren’t valid in my opinion, because Nigeria is currently a hell hole. If anyone feels this way about the country where he/ she is an immigrant, going home is always an option or moving to another country. It’s really that simple.?

The health care system is greatly exaggerated and the overall system is such that the harder you work, the more they take from you. There are no incentives for existing businesses or prospective startups with great ideas ? to implement their plan. They rather move to the states. The boring part I don’t 100 percent agree because I think that that is relative. As people from different places and cultures all over the world, what might be exciting for one group would not be for another and vice versa. I am just waiting to be financially stable and free with my passive income, then I am leaving Canada! All you said in the video is TRUE!!! If my parents country was good and stable, I would had go live there, but I will do like most of my culture do, live in my parents country for 6 months, then travel in another country and spend 4 months in Canada. Canada is still one of the world's best countries to live in.

Another point, Liberal Canadians are quite racist in their views, they view many immigrants as “oppressed” and they think that makes them non-racist, when infact that is racist.

Very good video. I am an Australian citizen, and I share your views. Also I want to add another reason why I prefer Canada than Australia. Being originally from Peru, I currently live in Peru, my wife is also Peruvian and a baby with 5 month at the time of writing, however there is no family reunion visa to take my whole family (only my baby who will hold Australian citizenship but not my wife) so I cannot take them both, because migrations force my wife to apply to the Partner Visa, that cost AU$7850 (US$5,600) plus agent fees, documents, ticket price, and other cost. Also the waiting period is about 24 to 28 months. So if I return to Australia, I first need to find a job, then save the $5,600, send and amount of money to Peru during my absence, then wait about 2 years and spend about $10,000 to $15,000 extra to bring my family to Australia. The cost of waiting carries a lot of anxiety, health issued due to the uncertainty and may damage my marriage, And if I get to my wife a Visitor visa, she is not allowed to work and study, and I must pay private insurance, and for experience, private insurance policies and gap costs are very high. Of course visiting my family every 6 months is costly and timely prohibited, an economic flight from Australia to Peru costs about US$2,500 and takes about 1 day or 38 hours, add also the jet lag and day difference.\nIn contrast, Canada allows me to take my whole family in just 3 months, my wife can get a working visa, and if we decided to reunite in 6 o 9 month, I can go to Peru every long weekend to visit my family, a flight from Toronto to Lima is about $500 return and only 8 hours so I can go to Peru and come back to Canada in a long weeked, a luxury imposible to do if I lived in Australia. \nWhen my father passed away here in Lima, I was in Australia at university, and due to cost and time, I couldn't go to give him a farewell and to his funeral, a issue that regretted; for that reason, my mother-in-law, who needs care and being my wife, her only child, after facing my own experience, we decided that Canada and not Australia, is a better choice, if something happens with my in-law, from Canada my wife can see her quickly.\nThank you for sharing in this video

High cost of living unaffordable housing government corruption I have thought of immigrating to another country myself

Canada is to me the best country in the world. Having in various European countries for a decade, and born and raised in Africa, I frankly can’t complain about life in Canada. I’m not earning a high income but thank God, I live a decent life. No debts, all my expenses are funded by my decent income. Plus, I travel around the world since I got my Canadian passport.\nI understand all the arguments in this video but I will not leave Canada for another country.

It’s funny a lot of people are leaving there homeland, and even when they get a good education they never return to help their homeland. Also you complain about the healthcare yet in African countries have the worst healthcare at least you can wait for healthcare while Africa don’t have any proper health care you die waiting. Another thing is that there is racism in every country even between light skin and dark skin African there is racism. Another is that if you go to any other country in the world you still need certification from them. What you all are talking about happens in every country. Lastly I don’t think no one is forcing you to stay in their country.

If, you aren't a disciplined person then you won't succeed in western countries especially Canada imo. I see people constantly complaining about being bored, but I rarely see new african immigrants mix with groups outside of their home culture. That results in NO building, no reputation, little to no African districts or recognition at all throughout the provinces. It's a shame.\nThe carribbeans did it right in Toronto and it's why their culture has spread in that city. First of all I'm guessing you are in Toronto or Vancouver or Calgary maybe Montreal, The most expensive places in Canada to Live for sure. No wonder my uncle hardly sends me money... lol... I love CA but never been there. I have thought about this move to CA but here in Nigeria I have about 5 years career growth in HR and I am currently a team lead and by next year or before the end of this year my promotion to supervisor is very certain plus I work remotely and pay not bad atall but can get better lol... I live also in my folks house cause they leave somewhere else in another state and not staying in that house makes it an empty building... leaving all those behind to start over again in CA makes me feel bad... I went there because I was fed up in my country and when I returned it was worse than when I left. As I am now 68, if I can afford to leave again I will and I'll never return again. I told the Chinese who knew me I was returning because I missed the land, but I never really missed the people. Now that I'm back, since Jan. 2022, I want to leave again and I will and Never return. Racism in Canada is different from USA. In the USA its more racism as a generic term to describe discrimination against ethnical state while in Canada its more about cultural discrimination. From my own experience its still better to be black then arab or indian for a simple raison is that black people like europeans share many cultural similarities like drinking alcohol, eating pork and sometimes smoking weed. So to be considered a good citizen you need to have these features regardless or skin color. Another thing is that Canada is a multiracial friendly country but not multiculural. Living in Europe I can say the exact same things about my country. You always feel like the grass is greener on the other side but it most often isn't. There are a lot of places in Europe with harsh weather and more rainy/cloudy days than sunny ones not to even bring the seasonal change in daylight up, you always change one evil for another.
