The difference in cost of living (Canada being higher) I think has become a problem. Also, everyone in the US doesn't have to live in NY or LA, so we can decide on a more affordable city to live in. It might not be as cosmopolitan as NYC or TO, but at least you can afford a home. My Mom was born in Ontario in the 20's, and migrated to the US in the 40's for lack of work. In the 80's, I would have loved to have moved to TO... even had girlfriends there, but doors just wouldn't open. Get in if you can, but if you take away the epidemic of U.S. gun violence (wish we could...), then America is still a good place to live and is still a magnet destination for the world. Great video!

You young lady are ill-informed.Telecom in Canada is expensive due to extent of territory and the low population.(as the population expands,prices go down) 2 major banks just went bankrupt in the USA and people lost their life savings,you will not see this in Canada as the government not only garantees a part of your savings,but closely monitors the banks.As for homelessness it is not a Canadian thing as you say, it is worldwide.(There is not ONE SINGLE COUNTRY in the WORLD that has not that problem to a certain extent.)As for doctors while it is true that there is a shortage,any true emergency or serious illness wil be treated swiftly and you will not go into debt for it.Maybe people should learn to not bother doctors for their hangovers and little stomach aches and thus liberate the space for real illness

I chose the applying for my self option and filled in my parents details (like my parents applied for themselves) and submitted the application from Canada. Will that in any way cause any problem?

Canada's immigration policy thanks to the Trudeaus, is making sure that Canadians founding peoples and cultures will rapidly become a slim minority and be taken over by third-world toilet cultures. Lived in Canada all my life. Love it. But,,, there is no future here. High taxes, poor government,, low wags, racism is a huge problem, and its not just white peoples. The immigrants can be super racist also. All this crap that Canadians are polite is not real. Its called passive aggression. When a Canadian says sorry if you bump into them in the store ,, they are being sarcastic! “Sorry you are an idiot and made me apologize to you eh!?” We are not nearly as nice as people think. The health care system here is trash! And will never improve. And its NOT free! Canadians get the tar taxed out of them their entire lives! Every single move one makes is taxed! Tax on tax on tax. This pays for our crappy health care. And not so good education system. People here including immigrants, not just white people, can be very racist. Quebec is a particularly racist province! They seem to dislike EVERYONE unless you are french Canadian.

I have no problem with people of the same cultures living together. The idea that everyone can live together is kind of misleading. There are cultural difference between people groups and some people like to preserve and maintain that culture. It's fine with me as long as hate doesn't form toward another group.

Not sure I agree with Quebec being no 1. Being born and raised in that province, and able to speak French fluently. I had no problem moving to Ontario. Quebec is for sure a beautiful province, but that said, has the worst health care system, the political structure is definitely anti English. Any immigrant must go to French school, unless you pay privately. Taxes are the highest in the all of Canada, and you get very little in return. Personally, I would creep over the border into Ontario, and if you are working in a Quebec, pay a hell of a lot less in taxes, have a more liberal education system, both in English or French, and healthcare is much more accesible.

I traveled to Africa and Jamaica, lived in Colorado, Philly , Florida the grouping I believe red lining played a part in it's formations then people just felt more comfortable around similar people , but guns and drugs and homeless who've given up are big problems

It all depends where you live in California. I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area and it's VERY diverse here. But when I lived in L.A. it was mostly segregated. I lived in a mostly Latino area the majority of the time I lived in L.A. and I had very few problems because I could pass for Afro-Latino. But my other Black friends who couldn't pass because they were darker skinned usually had issues with the Mexican gangs.

The problem with the races is that USA has a big race problem and it doesn't want to talk about it and the citizens don't want to have that talk either cause it mean all groups would have to air out skeletons and its hard to play the I'm oppressed card with dead bodies in the open

As someone who has been around the country and to both coasts, I'd say I'm happy to exist in the Midwest. Very 'normal' here compared to the West Coast and not as angry all the time like the East Coast. Midwest has its problems though like anywhere else haha
