Thera is no private health care in Canada, because government controlling who live , who die. health care in Canada is only for rich people.

You do realize the cost of living is lower in Canada than it is in Australia and the United States?! But I'm fine if people don't want to immigrate here, I've travelled extensively and coming home always makes me grateful to live here!

Agree, Canada is the most BORING country I have ever lived in. A robotic country where everywhere you go its the same big plaza with big brand box trash retailers (Walmart) and fast food shops. Nothing unique or quality and incredibly expensive!

Late seeing your video. Thanks for sharing, ladies. I was in Montreal Canada in the 1970s, when I relocated and married. I loved Quebec, too. I had a blast with my tall handsome husband, now deceased. Laurentian mountains were amazing. I have many memories of my married life in Canada. I have full medical coverage her in the USA. I have been to Central America,1999 where I remarried. No more snow...................... from the houseboat on the lakes of the Ozarks USA m childfree for life, age 70

Check out the UK, over a million people not being able to afford heat last winter. Electricity is going to rise now in October then again in January. It is a second rent we will be paying, no joke!!! Health System is a disaster here. Our NHS is not getting the support they need to be good. Food prices is sky rocketing we see food banks coming up all over the place with long queues. I hear from others in other countries, that are going through the same thing. I don't think you are alone. The entire world is going through something right now and the people are sadly suffering in silence. It is a sad situation and very difficult. I don't think it's a Canada situation only.

People who never left Canada, don't know what they're missing. I don't hate the country, I hate the people that lead us. Travel people, travel and you'll never regret it

I'm listening to hear how Canada is not a desirable place to live, bc I have thought it would be a better alternative to the USA. But it still sounds better than life in the USA, if even just slightly. ?\nSo far, I hear 30% taxes on income (which is same in the USA).\nYou have free healthcare, however you have to wait in emergency room for 8 hours.....we DON'T have free healthcare....and guess what? $450+ later, we have still waited 4-10 hours in the ER. \nHere in the USA, our cost of living is insanely high compared to a single and even a double income. Our lowest rent is $1,200 to live in low income surroundings. A rent around $1,800/month will bring you to nicer surroundings in an apartment, but still surrounding areas have crime. \nFood costs are so high, Gas is so high. We haven't bought new clothes for ourselves in YEARS, only for our kids. \nDaycare is $485-500 month per child, even before and after school care. \nHealth insurance averages $145/per person per month, not to mention car insurance which is required to drive. \nSegregation has improved here but is ever being integrated back into our society as racism is kept very alive, even as they constantly teach it in the schools. They say it's to teach history but I believe it is just reinforcing racist ways and thinking patterns. \nI don't blame anyone for wanting to return to the comfort of their own people, language and living and country. \nYou may have us with the cold/hot weather in Canada! \nI didn't know about the Canadian passport being so opportunistic for travelling. That's cool ? \nAs far as desired profession, there are many doctors and teachers that come here to the USA from other countries and are now working as a clerk in the dollar stores here in the US. \nAnd forget work life balance here too. Cost of living here causes so much disruption in our family life. Debt is revolving.\nMy fiance's mother comes from a country in West Africa. She longs to return. She calls the USA a place you come to be a work rat. \nBesides free healthcare, it sounds like USA and Canada are similar. \nOne thing I've heard about Canada is that the government cares about kindness, as well as the banks. I hear that people are generally more courteous in Canada than they are here in the US.

The government over sold the Canada brand, there are too many negatives that will drive people out:\n- Bad health care\n- High income taxes and sales tax\n- Bad weather \n- High cost of auto insurance\n- High cost of real estate\n- High cost of labor

Born and raised in Canada. I agree with everything you said. I'm so sorry you experienced racism here, the majority of us are against it.

Boring, expensive, soulless, no culture, no hope, no opportunity.....yeah.....Canada is slowly shifting to be like America....no worries.....Canada wont exist much longer.
2022-09-16 0
If you come to Canada without the proper credentials to do your profession, then complain that you can’t work here for that, it’s your problem. Yeah, you have to start over, but if you’re the professional you claim to be, you can climb the ranks quickly.

No wonder my friend from Canada doesn’t see any essence of going back. He is enjoying life in Kenya, fact that his wife is black and Kenyan. I see them visiting for thanksgiving and that’s it, they always come back to the motherland.

Canada will be another Socialist failure.

Canada sounds like a disaster. Thank you for the heads up.

05:06 - You are foreigners from another nation who came to Canada to criticize it.\nWHO asked you to come to Canada in the first place ???\nWHY do you even still live in Canada if you dislike it so much ???\nWHAT ungrateful self entitled people you are to put down a nation that accepted you !!!

It is best not to have high expectations about any country. No country is heaven and all together rosy. But I can say Canada is one of the best places to live in at this time. Some other western countries are even more challenging to live in. It is generally lonely when living abroad. it is not just unique to Canada alone.Nigeria is not any better. It is all about budgeting and not living beyond your means.
2022-09-13 0
Your questions is for those living in Canada not us outside Canada. \nVery educative for those wanting to move to Canada.
2022-09-12 0
You must just working harder, it's the same in US jobs pay better in Canada than USA I don't agree with you guys the only problem in Canada is the weather\n it's that high expectations that leads people to bankrupt work harder
2022-09-10 0
So why are you guys still in Canada ??

I do have to say if you're actually worried about the cold as a factor in moving to Canada it is way less than you think. In Southern Ontario it gets to be -40C about 3-4 times a winter, and in the summer it gets to 40C 3-4 times a summer, so we have pretty diverse weather, what you should worry about is how many different kinds of clothes you'll need to buy to actually go through the four seasons.\n\nJust a quick note on Quebéc, even if you did learn french you will most likely be yelled at in french as they are for the most part very protective of french Canada and see themselves as a different country, they don't like other people very much, and the french is different to french french. Cool place to visit but not so much to live in.

I have a job and I earn 1lakh a month , is it worth moving to Canada? Will I get 1 lakh a month saving after all cost ?
2022-09-05 0
Why are people moving to Canada?
2022-09-05 0
The truth is that if Nigeria doesn’t get better, even the few that said they will return back home will never return. Cos if you plan to come back in your old age, have you forgotten that old age is a time when you desperately need good health care to ensure you live a healthy life? who will provide that good health care if you are in Nigeria? So I tell you people, if this country Nigeria don’t do better, no one will be returning. Cos you can’t work all your life in the US or Canada only to retire to a shit hole country to die, no one will do that. They will Stay back in a developed country to claim and enjoy their retirement benefits. I know their hearts will forever be in Nigeria but their bodies won’t. It’s quite unfortunate.

Awesome video....kudo ? to the good work....Besides the reasons why people are leaving Nigeria outweighs the reasons why people are leaving Canada in one million and one ways ? ? ?

I'm not racist dawg, but when Justin Trudeau brought all the Syrians into Canada all the prices went up, if you were in Canada 10 years ago or longer, a house that was 30K at the time is now 250K and i'm not pulling this out of my ass

Canada maintains a socialized medicine, it is a country similar to Northern Europe like Finland and Sweden.\nTo pay less income taxes, consult with a C.A. ( Chartered Accountant) specialized in reduction of income taxes.

I'm a US citizen from Chicago. New transplant in Canada, I find the same points on the other side. Its how you manage your life and time and it highly depends on your lifestyle and if you have a family. But I do agree on the entertainment, there's just more to consume in the US.

The winter period in Canada only last for 3-4 months out of 12 months of rain and shine.\nYes real estate in Canada is very expensive and high taxes and high taxes is how you enjoy motorable roads and workable healthcare system.

I'm a born Canadian. I enjoyed growing up there on the lake. It was peaceful and beautiful. \nI joined a church and traveled alot in the country. I do love Canada as my place of birth and memories. \nThrough the church I married an American have been here 26 yr. Now. It has become so expensive there and too controlling. All my family is there so I think of them but I can't afford to buy anything there. I'm now married to Ghanaian considering moving there. I love the food and culture.
