There's also the risk that these young international students are driven to desperation and join criminal / terrorist gangs operating in Canada. A separate Fifth Estate documentary should expose how these gangs prey on these vulnerable students to either join them or to fleece them.

Ahh yeah, come to Canada, its greeeeeeeeat. You and your relatives can work janitorial or go do double shifts at Tim Hortons, so you can all work towards paying your 2500+ a month rent crammed into a 2 bedroom illegal suite that's part of a house going for 1.5 million. The dream is alive and well here!

Why Canada ???\nNo 1 - Canada is the Easiest PR for students in the western world. Australian PR requires IELTS individual 7.\nNo 2- Canadian tuitions are cheaper compared to Australia.\n\nAnd sadly,\nThese international students are taking worthless courses or courses just made up for them.

I just read an article 5 minutes ago on CTV about a refuge that stabbed herself in the stomach. She said why is the Canadian government bringing us here if there are no places to stay. She said she did it to raise awareness of the lack of accommodations in Canada. Housing, healthcare, inflation, carbon emissions and now we are going to increase immigration to half a million. Our system is already broken. What are they thinking?

Canada needs to start looking after the people that are already here...

This is what American do, and Canada is follow, this is how they will stay in the power for long long time

So, that's the price Trudeau has to pay to Jagmeet Singh for his support? Small India in Canada because the majority of this new immigration comes from India. And they are of course left leaning liberals in their political views. How great, 500,000 new voters a year to support the red prince. Taking under consideration the growing problem of homelessness and healthcare crisis, it's a great move to even further destroying Canada. Canadians will move to Hastings Street like in Vancouver to give more room to newcomers. It's not a joke. This huge number of immigrants have to live somewhere, while we have difficulties finding an apartment. How much he has to hate his own country and culture. First he destroyed our economy giving away money during pandemic and implementing Draconian measures and now “saving” the country by replacing its population.

They need these 'poor people' to bring in significant monies to buy over priced houses and cars and keep the economy going. It's simply a pipeline to bring money in from richer Asian and African economies to Canada. Canada only selects the 'best' and the cream of the crop from those countries, meaning the most economically well off who also happen to be some of the most educated. It's all about the money and not about anything else. Some actual poor are allowed in to drive down wage growth and 'increase competitiveness' Its a win win win for all sectors of the economy. The sectors that matter, the populace is replaceable and doesn't

Right now, we need fewer immigrants, not more. It is irresponsible to be opening the floodgates to immigration when we do not have enough affordable housing for them to live in. Where are they going to live? Under the current system, we have more new Canadians bidding up the prices on a limited supply of housing. To say that increased immigration will build MORE houses is just not true. Since 2000, Canada has brought in 5 956 963 immigrants; (Source Statista). During that same period that we brought in almost 6 million new immigrants, Canada’s housing situation has deteriorated to the point so that people are unable to find affordable housing. Forty-year old’s are living in their parents basements because they cannot afford a house or rent an apartment. If 6 million new Canadians only makes housing worse, what will opening the flood gates do? No, we need to fix our problems at home. Ensure that there is enough housing for people to move into before bringing them into Canada.

Canada is not a country it's a colony. The more you understand this, the more you understand how the country works. Importing votes and printing dollars.

Canada is India 2.0.

If Canada's population were 100 million, we'd have the population density of France.
2022-11-01 0
Good ? more population needed and better growth. Canada’s immigration policy works. As a Canadian living in Japan it’s so obvious to see what a very very wrong policy looks like as Japan gets poorer and poorer and it’s pension slowly but surely erodes. Now people will have to work until 70 to get any kind of pension.

I think ..canada must regulate indian visa students more ..\nWhenever you see an Indian visa students…\nInternational Students must book an appointment at the airport for a speaker English test \nJust set up an school regulations right at the airport…as long as you see an international students visa ..

Plz do more efforts to bring some more light on these collages tuition fees for international students because being an punjabi i have seen and heard many cases of sucides in Canada. I think if a person is ready to give his life long income just for his child education it should be worth it financially and emotionally. Lots of love for this channel ❤️❤️❤️

The longer you stay abroad, the more you want to come back home. So if you ask people that are less than 5 years in Canada, the chances of them saying they will come back home is really low.

I came to Canada back in 2021 from Mexico to pursue an MBA in Vancouver. All in all, I definitely have a lot to thank Canada for: a new career, new friends, and better work/life balance, to mention a few. I was supper happy to land in tech after graduating and working as a Product Manager for a Vancouver start up. Career wise, though, I sometimes am a bit thrown off with just how more competitive are salaries, jobs, and overall career advancement in the U.S. On top of that, the current housing situation Canada-wide is unbearable for Canadians and newcomers alike, and I frankly don't know whether I'll ever be able to save enough money for a down payment. I wonder what your stance is in regards to continuing on a career as a PM, especially coming from Anastasia. How has your journey in Canada looked like? Did you ever reconsider moving to the U.S. for broader career opportunities? Would love to hear from you guys soon. Btw, kudos for the cool video!

Canadian visa offices are also responsible not doing their job to investigate if these students can afford the life in Canada and issuing student visas in bulk

I did come to canada via a top school so my path was different, but for many that is not the case. Intense competition in india means , those who are not competitive enough india apply for other countries.

Very nice and eye opening documentary especially for the people who assume that Canada is a bed of roses.\nI request the channel to also investigate about the owners paying less wages, no wages, not following Canadian wage rules and exploitation of employees (desi owners).

It is important to know the history before commenting anything else\n\nHistory:\nIn 1699, Guru Gobind Singh commanded all Khalsa sikhs to wear five Ks at all times: Kirpan (a small curved sword of any size, shape or metal), Kesh (uncut long hair), Kangha (small comb), Kara (a metal bracelet), and Kachera (a white undergarment).\n\nThe five articles of faith collectively project the Khalsa devotee’s commitment to the Sikh way of life.\n\nAny slight against any of the five articles is considered offensive in Sikhism as these are not considered as mere objects but part of a Sikh’s religious identity.\n\n\n\nSikhs who are amartaari or baptised Sikhs only wear it and it is used only for others safety and cannot be misused for anything else...\n\nIt is allowed in countries like UK, new zealand and Canada.\n\nIt is not his mistake because that policeman didn't know about Sikhism....

The exploitation of these trusting students, in India and then again in Canada is terrible ?

Hey! I was wondering why you didn't considered US? Especially for your field, US is probably a better option than Canada. Alot of access to media, bloggers, social media influencers and firms that will help you better improve your skills in photography etc. Its also a huge market that is a hotbed for content creators. Most of my families who were in Canada are leaving for the US because in Canada salary is lower and the cost of living/taxes are increasing dramatically.

I am planning to leave Canada in 4 years. I don't feel respected by the country. We are overpaying for health care like you mentioned. A lot of laws and rules are non-sense. Our justice system is corrupt. I really think Quebec and Alberta should separate from Canada. This country has been falling apart since the Liberal party got elected.

I have lived in Australia and now in Canada. Canada is a tough country in terms of weather, wages are low, taxes are higher than Australia, too expensive and very hard to save here. Starting wage here is 15$ whereas in perth, starting wage is 30$. House prices are higher than Canada. I believe you will regret leaving Australia for Canada sooner than later but I wish good luck.
