Mean while Canadians are taxed heavy to pay for migrants. Many Canadians cannot afford to live in any of the bug cities. Migrants get subsidized homes, food and citizenship.

Thanks and regards

Lmao CNN is covering actual news and current events. I mean, they dont care they illegally enter the US travel all the way up thru the US on tax payers dime to Canada... u r just giving Fox news the raings... we are in the end of days?
|
| 2023-03-18 | 0 |
They will let them cross… Immigration will examine if they are eligible to enter… if not then they will send back to their country… Canada just doesn’t want to push them away… but doesn’t mean they will be accepted…

Yes you’re welcome to make a claim for asylum .. That doesn’t mean you made it .. Sometimes people lose their appeal .. This claim about being misled is bogus .. They’re just playing a game by crying victim .. It should be called the immigration game ..
|
| 2023-03-18 | 0 |
i am by no means against immigration but it needs to be done legally. im an immigrant myself and it took me years to get thru work permit, landing and PR. yet those\nppl can just cross the border illegally and claim asylum right away skipping the queue. that aint right...

Dang it , keep the hell put of canada . There are lots of ways to stop this-- among , employers charged, no medical of any type, renting, selling, housing illegals gets jail and fined , No schooling ,any employer found getting, aiding , goving jobs to illegals means jail time --- \nSuppose any of these measures will be used, after all, justin had c hinese p olice s s tations in our country without telling anyone --- this is the last straw with all these illegals.

Not everyone can just be considered an asylum seeekr bec of too much crimes in their countries. Grow up! Crimes happen evrywhere ieven in the USa. So if our attitude is just to let everyone come in for free to our country because their own governments are unable to fix their law and order problems, we are fkd as a nation. True asylum seekers were vicitms of war like vietnam war, Ukraine, Iraq, afghanistan (bec our own US govt caused all the strifes). African countries with civil wars. gang or drug crimes dont count because those are also our problems here in the US. If you work in a hospital like me, you will realize that the illegals crossing the borders (i think they have more sophisticated means now) bring their whole families including very sick ageing parents, disabled family members. And guess what, we are taking care of everyone of them more than our own citizens. I have no problem helping people but if our government shows more biases and leninency to the illegals more than the US citizens/legal residents, then I find that problematic. My heart breaks when the social worker would pressure me to discharge frail, sickly aging pts within nte 48 hour time frame bec medicare wont cover them and they are not eligible forrehab facilities as their status are observationinstead if inpatients while the non-citizens can just drop their chronically ill family members bec they cant take care if them as they are all working. They wont even claim them bec they are “busy”.\nThey can just do whatever they want as they dont have to worry about paying for hospital bills or have credit companies go after them. We are also taking care of their US born children but they are not paying taxes. Our co’untry is in the brink if bankruptcy bec of misplaced sympathy. If we really want to help these people, give them work visa so they can be legal and taxable, or better help their countries to help with drug wars, etc. We cannot sustain these kind of unconditional financial bleed for so long. Before we know it, the whole population outside the Us, have transplanted themselves here for free and without fiscal responsibilities.

I wish I lived closer. To help the New Canadian families. I know what paperwork is needed and where to stay. Just worked for government. They have traveled so far. So tired. Many have families. Many are running from extreme violence. If you were a parent and you didn’t leave to find safety and a better life. I’d question your parenting. Let’s be real. Sure they are using money that could be stolen by corrupt government ??♀️? I mean to go towards your ur roads schools etc. cough cough. But we live on a planet with others. Always have always will. And everyone is going through the same thing. You either live in a dangerous country or u live in a country having to help others. Just be getting grateful you were born in the “right” place.

There is supposedly an agreement between Canada and the US called the Safe Third Country Agreement which means illegal immigrants are supposed to apply for asylum in the first country they come to. Unfortunately, because of Trump, the Canadian government doesn't trust any US government to give these asylum seekers a fair hearing. Second, this agreement only applies to official border crossings, not unofficial ones like Roxham Road. Trudeau is absolutely right in wanting to renegotiate the Safe Third Country Agreement.

this time kudos to the US govt, America means Canada too, they can help developing the polar region, you know, to encircle China.

The Canadian border police have to say that but they will let them in and care for them. I am a Canadian and I’ve had mixed feelings about it way back before I grew up. I’m 52 years old. These people are looking for better lives and there’s no reason that countries that have the resources can’t help them. I’m sorry I just feel like it’s our duty to take care of them. My family came from Europe in the war. If I was not let in here I mean my family I wouldn’t have this great life in Canada hope y’all can have compassion and we can all help each other.

Most of them will be deported back to the USA, lol. If they managed to get into Canada, it doesn't mean they will receive refugee status. Only 1 out of 10 will actually be granted asylum.
|
| 2023-03-17 | 0 |
These people should of known getting arrested means having a criminal record you will never get a resident visa, citizenship, nor permit there and after jail time it's eventually deportation.

16:52 We are on a mission to educate the world. Meaning... We are on a mission to take advantage and milk the desperate suckers of the world. Listen, almost nobody needs school anymore, you can just learn most things on the internet these days. 17:44 Meaning... We are so glad too because we need more free cash to make the rich like myself, richer! hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

None of these people are vetted, bring disease, a lot bring no education l which means tax payers get to pay for them, more drugs, cartel members getting through, more killings but who cares only the Republicans! That’s it.

I mean, I get that they want a better life, a better future, but you have to do it normally like everyone else. If this is how venezuelans are, then they have no place in America. We don't need or want people who can't follow simple rules.

Quebec (montreal): Medical care, any public services rude, irresponsive and bureaucracy sucks n complicated (example: people wait for uncertainty just to renew their driving license), THE CRUELEST THING IN QUEBEC INCLUDING MONTREAL IS MEDICAL SERVICES (my god reminds me of third world countries i have ever been in), they will just ignore you heartlessly even if you have RAMQ (quebec heath care coverage), u have to have family doctor n u have to sign up to get one IN UNCERTAIN TIME, some they get family doctor within 3 years, others 5,7 years so on so forth so uncertain, so if u dont have family doctor u wont get treated, and if u have family doctor u will hve to stick to where your family doctor works at only, and to get appointment at some clinic they will put you on wait for some days or even weeks if u get the availability slots for u, if u got emergency u will wait 8,10,12 or 14 hours in pain. I feel bad for montreal citizen i swear, they r so patient with all of this while the tax is one of highest in canada. \n\nNow for rental (apartment in general), the check is crazy long it takes around 2 weeks just to rent, if u r lucky u will get taken if u r not then the landlord will take others, the 1 year lease means 1 year, so far to my experience in alberta like for example, 1 year lease but minimum period u have to stay usually around 3-6 months n after that u can leave with notice to the landlord to vacate the unit. \n\nBut in montreal, u have to find other person to transfer the lease, n if u found the person like i told u earlier, the landlord will check the person n the approval/ disapproval is by the landlord. I had to stay for one year living like hell cause the neighbors freaking so loud n partying every week end night till dawn. Couldn’t even have good sleep for work, so I called 911 two times, the police couldn’t do anything, yet the landlord n the building management kept on saying that they gave warning etc to that tenant, but they didn’t take any further action toward that, n i know they dont care, they care only for money. When i started to file complaint to the TAL(quebec rental board, they r irresponsive, complicated procedures, n in the end they dont solve any problem, on their site said that renter or landlord has to retain lawyer, the hell they r there for then? \n\nThe apartment building is tiny, tight old, the wall is thin, u can hear everything from your neighbour upstair, downstair n on your side too.. \n\nMONTREAL IS ALSO SO DENSED AND TIGHT, the main road so tight with cars parked on both sides of the road to ways only one lane on each way, cos mostly apartment building they dont provide parking spot, so they have to park on the road side, i feel bad for the bus driver i swear, with snow mounting on both side of the road makes driving bus is just so stressful, almost every neighbourhood looks dirty, trashes, people littering every where. Im Not complaining but that’s what it is, im living in montreal currently for more than one year but im just gonna move out of here lol

It's sad how many people are displaced from Venezuela. Nobody seems to remember how terrible Venezuela's economy is even without the regime change operation that trump allowed to happen to Venezuela. May they get a kind and welcoming host country, more people means economic growth.

Actually I’m coming around on Sharia Law. Ten years ago I’d agree with keeping it out of the west but after Critical Race Theory and the rainbow brigade trying to sexually assault children I can give up alcohol and pork if it means keeping the left wing in line.

Both countries are good and bad in their own way. I'd still choose US despite higher crime rate. Just carry and pay attention to your surroundings and no I don't mean be anxious everywhere you go. Just don't be walking starting at the phone all the time.

and people back home in our countries of origin (us immigrants) they think once they land in a western country they'll be employed right there and then ??\n\nEdit: I'm originally from your neighbouring Zambia and flying from Lusaka to Sydney drained my soul this country is very far and the air tickets are high AF ??? another thing that shook me when I moved here is how expensive it is to fly within Australia I mean a flight from Sydney to perth can be up to AU$750 whereas in the US flying the same distance costs like AU$350

All countries have issues. If it doesn't sit well for you, it doesn't mean it won't sit well for another person. I have gone through most of the comments, Canada USA, UK infact Europe are all racist countries. It's all thesame. inflation of prices and everything is up. People who are still to go, needs to b prepared. That is why it is good to do research b4 going to a country or b4 doing something. Don't just go blindly.

The fundamental problem with Canada and this also applies to many other advanced economies is that housing costs have been allowed to skyrocket.High immigration in combination with low interest rates and certain tax breaks and buyer incentives have all combined to cause this. What this means is that the average citizen is now paying too much out of their income in either rent or house repayments and this reduces spending in the rest of the economy and is a relatively wasteful use of capital so wealth creation has also declined.Australia,New Zealand the UK and Netherlands and parts of the US have also fallen into this vortex.

I’m French, Irish, and Ukrainian. If that’s not enough to hate me, I look native (I’m not native but look is enough), and hung like a black dude. In the military, I had a boss who tried to kill me on six occasions and tried to destroy me on four others (by destroy I mean jail, kicked out, and never get a government job). I have many examples throughout my career of systematic racism. Then there’s institutional racism. Incredible stories there. Im looking for the best avenue to bring it to light but believe most stories that you hear. Now that I’m retired, in the public, it’s about 60% incidences every time I go out.

4:22 So because the people that had merit to be in C suite jobs are white, it is racism?\n\nIt is LITERALLY against the law to discriminate based on race. \n\nI have only seen 1 female roofer… does that mean that the roofing industry is sexist? Come on up the ladder (double entendre lol ) ladies!!

When I was a child, my best friend's father was an engineer and a Negro. However, most Negroes in America Who make good wages are in the trades, which top out to about 45,000 to $50,000 a year. Which matches perfectly with your estimate of what Blacks make Canada. A crime against Blacks is extremely rare in America because they are a large minority, but this does not mean that hate crimes against poor Blacks are rare. Because crimes against the poor and my country are quite common. So I was surprised to see that Blacks, in general, are at the top of the hate crime list, and I find this unfortunate.

Also did not mention the US government debt level. That means Americans were getting a tax holiday for a long time. Eventually it will catch up.??

I lived in India because my parents did not have the money to send me abroad. I am supposed to travel to Canada in another 5days with a work permit offered from my current employer in India with a salary which is above average in Canada. As an experienced professional worked in Indian IT market for more than 7 years, I want the Indian students to know that if you are planning to work in core subjects like mechanical, civil, electrical or electronics, only then you should consider this difficult option. Otherwise in India, there is a massive shortage in the IT & Software market. With 5+ years of experience, with right skill you can earn 30-40LPA easily. So be careful before putting your life & your parents' only means of survival at risk.
