Justin have you notised, we share the colours in our flags ??\n - we also have a very strong company with huge ships, if you guys like to share some surplus.\nMaybe we are not in your old hood, though we still live next door after all \n- just look to the sides and shake it off you mind ?

AXE ALL TAX!!! Not just the tariffs! Axe ALL Carbon tax!!!Trudeau can make it easier on us by axing all his carbon taxes and reducing income tax. He won't do that though because he is drunk on power and greed.

This man announced his resignation in almost 2 months ago, then prorogued parliament, then backed the other WEF globalist dude immediately available even though never once elected to public office, and is now speaking on behalf of a country he has never really supported at all.\nHe reads a good speech, that was written by a speech writer, but his past decade of actions haven't been pro Canadian.\nCanada will be fine. With or without Trudeau, Trump or any other narcissistic politician that loves the sound of their own voice.

Trudeau don't give a s*** He will be gone in a month ?\nAlthough Canadian people will suffer though ?
2025-03-04 0
Very clear though out speech. I'm ashamed of what the U.S. is doing right now. We need to pray for all our countries right now.
2025-03-04 0
US economy is 10 times bigger than that of Canada so, Canada will collapse if they are not able to sell their goods and services to US markets.\nUS though may get a hit but will gain much when Canada will become the 51st state with Trudeau as it's Governor ?????✅

The only reason Trump set tariffs on Canada is because he would look like a racist if he only did it to Mexico. I have a feeling soon Trump will lift the tariffs on Canada citing that Canada has complied with his requests. He will keep the tariffs on Mexico though.

What I'm hearing from.our elected Prime Minister (even though I didn't vote for him) is honest&outstanding! he should not step down as this ridiculous $$ grab from Trumpty!!!!he should be do this to the other nasty 2 Nasty Dictators, not Canadian *s that for Centuries have spent our hard earned $$ &our fallen Heroes that died &followed the American beliefs to Freedom! Just discussing attitude!

America is in good hands. In God we trust. He is doing a great job through Trump. Darkness does not like the light therefore it lies, manipulates, controls, and twists the best interest Trump has for America and her people first. Gods will be done for the USA though President Trump. According to God's will and plans.

U.S doesn’t need Canada though……
2025-03-04 0
I though this dude quit stepped down lol
2025-03-04 0
Didn't this guy resign? I think Trump appreciates this response though. It's equal, he can't argue with it

Well idk my market is going up very nice today. Also we can make every Canadian goods at home so that there is no weight to his words in my eyes. I do say if Canada is doing all these measures though it would be nice to come to an agreement with Canada. To be friends with neighbors is always better than not being friends. So overall I'm kinda torn between it all. We don't need Canada to be honest but just because we don't need them does not mean we should not work with them. Very tuff situation at this moment.

We the people I am so sick of hearing Trump name everyday and I mean everyday. And we know that we should not be friends with a war criminal. We were taught all our lives that no not is above the law. The FBI and the CIA got our back. The military and the police or the best in the world. And no one is above the law. And even though we were not prefect we was taken maybe baby steps but they were steps. Now we have one party who has soul out to Russia. How do you feel about being friends with Putin.? And now the MAGA party does not want to talk to We the people at town meetings. And I believe everything that Trudeau and the Mexico President over anyone and I mean anyone in the MAGA fascist party.

From Arkansas, USA, i firmly and proudly stand with Canada. And on behalf of all those too simple to see whats been happening and what is happening, i wholeheartedly apologize. Though he didnt have to lie to trump and tell him hes a smart man ? we all know thats not true
2025-03-04 0
I've no doubt that Trump has already agreed with Putin to import energy products from Russia, even though Congress passed a bill in 2022 to ban the imports, he just needs an excuse to get the ban lifted.
2025-03-04 0
President Trudeau, Black America believes every word you're saying. We have always fought for this country even though this country has never fought for us. It is White America that is tearing down this democracy to maintain white supremacy. White America has done this. The numbers don't lie. Unfortunately, all Americans will suffer.

As an American born Ukrainian, we stand with Canada, who continues. Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and JD Vance are very EVIL and VILE human beings. THESE 3 CRIMINALS ARE Taking the USA INTO MANY DIFFICULT SITUATIONS. Getting back in to being buddy buddy again with THE WORLDS BIGGEST CRIMINAL AND DICTATOR PUTIN, IS GOING TO BE A BIG ISSUE for Americans. Many have innocent children and civilians have been MURDERED in Ukraine by Putin. Even as we tried several times to talk peace though Putin has proven that he wants NOTHING TO DO WITH A CEASEFIRE AND PEACE!!! TRUMP SHOULD BE IN PRISON LIKE THE CRIMINAL THAT HE IS!!!!
2025-03-04 0
President Trudeau-I’m an American. We live paycheck to paycheck. We didn’t vote for Trump & the GOP. The Republican Party has been doing everything it can to destroy America & the hard working people that keep it running, for years. They’ve finally succeeded. It’s an evil party, filled with vile, malicious assholes. But even though we won’t be able to afford many more things anymore, I greatly admire & appreciate you & your country standing up to Trump. If only more of our own ppl would have done that, we wouldn’t be in this mess.

All this crying! When it's Nigeria or Syria or India or Venezuela, it's all fine though. Cry me a river

I can smell the soy on this dude... wow he needs some testosterone. Im sure the middle aged angry white women love him though.

What the heck does Putin have on Donnie? Was it pedophilia on Epstein's Island? was it sex with boys and girls? Was it the mythical pee tapes? Whatever it is it has to be big enough to get Donnie to break with all the US's traditional allies which has to be making Putin rub his hands with glee. How far does this adjudged rapist, and 34 count felon that the US decided it wanted to make it's President, have to go before someone steps in and say that Trump represents a clear and \npresent danger to the economic and military security of the world? His administration forced New York's director of the FBI to resign because that man did not want to give up the names of personnel who investigated the Jan 6 insurrectionists. He put a known Russian apologist, Tulsi Gabbard, in charge. He has frozen aid to a country actively fighting for it's very survival against an aggressive and expansionist Russia. He applied tariffs against Canada and threatens the same against Europe., he has banned the freedom to protest in colleges though he freed people imprisoned for rising in actual insurrection against the Government. Dictatorship comes in steps isolation from the world and suppression of freedoms are but two. The free world weeps for what the US is becoming under this current administration.

Tariffs have never worked, history has shown that all they do is raise the cost to the consumer and the profits to the corporations. We put tariffs on washing machines once and then the manufacturers her in the USA also raise the prices on dryers also even though there was no tariff on them. Corporate greed will use this to gouge us the consumers.
2025-03-04 0
If look at another perspective, if Trump did not impose tarrifs, then Canada will continue to sell the cars back to US for high profits. Trump mentioned about this, he is not happy. Actually I can understand Trump and what he is trying to do. If he is not harsh, Canada will never change taking advantage of US, not spending on own military.... Etc. US empire is declining fast, and Trump knows this. He is desperate to make his own country great again and stop the decline even though what he must do is going to be very unpopular among all americunts' friends and allies. The same for EU and troublemaker Ukraine who started the war by arrogantly provoking giant superpower neighbor Russia. US cannot afford to fund money, soldiers, weapons for war anymore. If EU wants to support, EU can go ahead without US. Trump is trying to save his own country so he is not wrong.

As a Canadian, I have heard Justin stumble over his words, give passive aggressive but important statements, I have never heard him call anything or anyone stupid in a direct way though ? he is PISSED
2025-03-04 0
As much as I disagree with most of Trudeau’s domestic politics I must say that this was a good address and seems to be where he is strongest. With that said though I still would not vote liberal in the next election.
2025-03-04 0
Also Justin Trudeau didn’t think Donald Trump was smart he said he agreed with the whichever newspaper it was Washington Post I think that even though Donald Trump is a smart guy this was a dumb thing. I don’t think he really agreed with the part about Donald Trump being a smart guy. But he definitely agrees with this being a dumb thing. He just had to say thatto stroke Cheetos ego

America will no longer carry others, you got high tariffs on America, we put high tariffs on you, turn about is fair play. We voted for Trump to do EXACTLY what's he's doing, this is why everyone is barking now, America has been carrying so many countries for so long, that everyone has forgotten, no longer though. As far as Russia goes, Ukraine is a cash cow money laundering country with a dictator, Russia is not the enemy here, it's you Globalists and Davos clowns that think you can influence the whole world like we are in the matrix, the cat is out of the bag, people are waking up, zelinski chose his fate, and disrespected the U.S. Trump put him in his place. Alot of you are so lost on global politics, all you professed military people saying Putin is the enemy just really shows how little you know. So go ahead Canada and act tough..........you know we carry your country, we don't need your power, our grid is strong, or products etc, the next thing will be car manufacturing plants coming back to America, from Canada and Mexico, where they should be. Let's see how long that tough talk pays Canadas bills ??????????
2025-03-04 0
Canadian leaders, please do not let Zelenskyy sign a mineral deal with the US. trump is setting Ukraine up to fail and take advantage of the Ukrainian people, like he lied to Americans. The world needs to now fight Russia and the White House. I stand with Canada and Mexico even though it is going to hurt my pocketbook...
2025-03-04 0
It's Tru though! POW!
2025-03-04 0
Say, Canada....THIS is true leadership. Trudeau is not backing down even though he will step down later this month. He truly cares, please do not discard him.
2025-03-04 0
I am American and I apologize even though I did not vote for the orange pumpkin head.
2025-03-04 0
I stand with “Made in U.S.A.” He speaks as though we have no land that can produce the same products.
2025-03-04 0
Isn’t that the former president of the 51st state? I thought they got rid of him, maybe that’s why he wants to act so tough. Not fooling anyone though we know a Girl Scout when we see them. Canadians should really take away his toys before big brother comes and takes your whole room and everything in it.
2025-03-04 0
I am a retired U.S. Marine. I love the United States and I recognize Russia as a mortal enemy. I cannot support President Musk and Vice President tRump. I stand with Canada and Ukraine. America is the aggressor against our friends in Canada, I am ashamed. Just know that most of the United States stands with Canada and Ukraine even though some voted for the tangerine menace.

Still refuse to stop illegal immigration and narcotics though . Funny . Good luck you bunch of pansies

Dont forget Canada applies tariffs on a variety of goods imported from the United States, but the specific goods subject to tariffs can vary depending on the trade agreements in place, as well as individual circumstances and trade disputes. Some of the key categories of goods that have historically been subject to tariffs or trade restrictions between the two countries include:\n\t1.\tAgricultural Products:\n\t•\tDairy products: Canada has a system of supply management in place for dairy, poultry, and eggs. As a result, certain U.S. agricultural products, particularly dairy, face higher tariffs when imported into Canada.\n\t•\tPoultry and eggs: Similar to dairy, tariffs are applied to U.S. poultry and eggs under Canada’s supply management system.\n\t•\tBeef and pork: Canada has historically imposed tariffs on U.S. beef and pork, although these are often adjusted or reduced under trade agreements like the USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement).\n\t2.\tSteel and Aluminum:\n\t•\tCanada imposed tariffs on certain U.S. steel and aluminum products after the United States imposed tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum in 2018 under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962. However, in 2019, both countries reached an agreement to remove some tariffs, although certain products may still be subject to tariffs or quotas.\n\t3.\tLumber:\n\t•\tSoftwood lumber is another contentious issue in U.S.-Canada trade. Canada has faced tariffs on its softwood lumber exports to the U.S. for many years, and there have been instances where Canada has applied retaliatory tariffs in response to U.S. actions.\n\t4.\tConsumer Goods and Electronics:\n\t•\tSome consumer goods, like electronics, furniture, and vehicles, may have tariffs or duties imposed depending on the category, though the majority of goods between the U.S. and Canada are traded tariff-free under the USMCA, which replaced NAFTA.\n\t5.\tAlcohol and Tobacco:\n\t•\tCanada applies tariffs and duties on alcohol and tobacco products imported from the U.S., but these are often subject to specific regulations and agreements.

Ridiculously proud Canadian here. As much as it genuinely upsets me that things had to come to this, it came as no shock. tRump has always been jealous of Canada - our oil, natural gas, timber, minerals, etc.. tRump is ridiculously jealous of our younger, fAAAr better looking country AND Prime Minister. \nSeriously though, Canadians ARE a proud bunch. We just don't feel the need to flaunt it. But this..... THIS one thing has sparked something SOOO fierce, SOOO visceral in my fellow Canucks that now that pride does not only burn in our hearts, but in our bellies..... on a guttural level.
2025-03-04 0
I voted for Trump, but it's hard not to agree with Trudeau on this even though I find this guy to be extremely unpleasant. There's no reason to start trade wars all over the world and in particular with our neighbors. It's one thing to threaten tariffs and a very different thing to actually apply them. If you do it has to be accompanied by a lot of diplomacy so that the other country is not overreacting, but Trump has been super combative prompting our neighbors to respond in kind to save face. While past deals may not have been great for US, this is not the way to handle our differences. Billionaires like Trump and his friends will be fine, but the majority of ordinary folks in the US and Canada will suffer. Very dumb, indeed.
2025-03-04 0
Trudeau was never ever seen as a smart man. It is a mockery for a fool to call a genius dumb. Aka: Same as AOC calling Elon Musk not smart. AOC's brain cells could barely count to 100. \nBut honestly, this fool Trudeau who is resigning because in the end he proved worthless and like a little lap dog had to snap at President Trump as he is ready to be ousted because he, himself knows that in today's world he is totally incompetent. \nMost true Americans know President Trump is right. And though we disagree on making Canada our 51st state, because we prefer to have it as our personal Democrat reject dump site.\nThe Stock Market downfall you can rest assured are more of the Democrats boycotting America which we have always known to back stab America every chance they get. Democrats have always been Americas traitors, and we wouldn't expect any different from them now.
2025-03-04 0
Trump is overestimating America's power and influence. The world has changed. In his defence though, he's just a spoilt Bratt and an actual idiot
2025-03-04 0
I though he resigned?
2025-03-04 0
Canada was requested numerous times to help stop the flow of fentanyl which Mexican cartels trafficked that killed 200,000 Americans. Trudeau's reply is only 1% of fentanyl comes through Canada.. even though they don't properly secure the border and everyone knows the amount is significantly higher.\nTrudeau ran to Mexico to sweet talk THEM into mutual trade deals rather than assist the US stopping Mexican cartels.\n\nTrudeau should be arrested and tried by military tribunal for his participation in 200,000 deaths.
2025-03-04 0
This American would love to have a leader as smart and principled as this again. I stand with Canada.\nOne thing that I would disagree with, though. Donnie is not smart. The Orange Skidmark has some serious cerebral issues.
2025-03-04 0
I love how honest he is about it being tough, while Trump lies about how costs will go down even though they won’t. It’s unfortunate so many of my fellow Americans are uneducated in politics and don’t keep up with what’s actually going on
2025-03-04 0
Thank you, Canada! Even though we will all be affected, I appreciate your targeting the Red States! ??????
2025-03-04 0
Hell yeah Trudeau! The canadian whiskey is gonna hurt though.
2025-03-04 0
Trump is a criminal and the world's biggest traitor on record. He is not the brains behind it though. It is the rich right wingers like Musk and Putin. The US dies not get shared intelligence anymore because Trump is probably passing info to Putin. He is just a kao dog who would prefer to play golf and get told what to do. Stand firm Canada. The EU is with you and will help in any way it can. I feel the majority of the US is also on your side, and I do not see Trump finishing his term in Washington. I think the people are protesting a lot now, and it is rising!

Even though most of us Canadians don't like Trudeau, we will always come together as a nation when needed.
