My husband and I were both immigrants to Canada, he from S. Africa, I from the UK. I never experienced any discrimination. My busband was diagnosed with late stage bone cancer at 31 years old. The medical care was so good that he lived another 6 mostly happy years. We were supported by the Ontario Health Care system with visiting nurses, even housekeepers and received every help we could possibly need, at no cost to us. Most illegal migrants spend thousands of dollars to commit the crime (entering any sovereign country illegally is simply an invasion). If they dare to enter China or any of the Arab countries this way, then who knows, they would be in heaven or hell rather than back home. Besides, millions of foreign citizens are given entry into the country on flimsy grounds, and many of them do not even ever go to elementary school. I live in a small community in Utah, 165 miles south of Salt Lake City. I can't imagine how the legal immigrants feel there in NYC. Even here, they are being pushed out by the illegals, willing to work for poor wages, and living 30 people to a travel trailer on BLM ground. I leave in Canada since 1992 and it was very difficult to became lendent immigrant and life was very affordable interesting the first house we bought lake front for 48 thousand and townhouse for 58 thousand in Brandford and it was affordable to pay mortgage even i became a widow but now gasoline so expancive rased 3 times so and grosseries prices increased the same .Why we have to pay carbontax ,landtaxes wich became 2500 compaire 350 in 2000? You don't have for whoom complain if you didnt have good service the courts always on contractor's side even you have all evidences about stealing materials .It is so ashamed so rich and nice country became the most expensive to leave !

The people leaving Canada are older, and they have money. The ones coming are poor and compete with other poor immigrants that can't afford to leave. When I came to Canada with my parents they had to be skilled and bring with them the minimum of $10.000.00. Today the door is open everyone comes to visit finds a job that hire illegal migrants, and never leave. The company saves and no one pays taxes. The government is corrupt. Don't listen to that garbage right winged fox media. Canada was dealing with this well before Trump took office again. As a Canadian, I can tell you our government failed us too. We took in well over 5 million immigrants (documented and undocumented) over the past 3 years. Like New York, many of our cities are overwhelmed with this influx. We don't even have the resources to track down expired visas, overstays, or asylum cases. Last year our government admitted there was a problem and decided to start taking action. The biggest issue is people claim to be tourists with no intent of leaving. The Canada US border is far stronger than our international one.

As a Texan I came to have distain for the States of New York and California pushing policies and legislation that made no sense and even seemed anti-American. Texas has transformed in many ways for the negative due to the amount of illegal immigration that has taken place over the last 20 years.

We simply can't have the gov't itself bringing in 1M+ illegal immigrants per year, distribute them to cities across the US and provide a plethora of monetary resources to support them. That doesn't even account for everyone who was entrring the US illegally themselves!
