I went to high school in Brampton Ontario, in the mid 80's and there were no Indian immigrants anywhere. After high school, I moved to Montreal to work as a fashion designer, (I have to mention the shock I experienced whenever I would fly into Toronto for business... when I went to get a taxi, there was always a massive line of Indian taxi drivers standing outside next to their taxis. I had the feeling that I was no longer in Canada, but somehow ended up in India?) Having lived in Montreal for 30 years, I recently moved to Guelph Ontario, to be closer to family and I was shocked to see how many Indians had moved there, (going to the dog park, I was informed by the people there, that Brampton was called Bramladesh and Guelph was turning into another Bramladesh.) There was a massive temple built in Guelph a few years ago and suddenly Guelph was invaded by Indian immigrants, with every house put up for sale bought by an Indian family, (the husband, his wife and their kids, the brother and his wife, their mother and father, all living in a 3 bedroom house with 3 cars in a 1 car driveway, (for some strange reason they all choose to dig up the black asphalt driveway and replace it with white concrete??) So yeah, the white people in Guelph are fleeing en mass, as it becomes impossible to sit in the back yard, or open a window, without choking on the powerful stench of spices coming from the Indians living next door... it's like being punched in the face from the horrific smell when you walk your dog and pass by one of their homes! That said, it feels like their goal is 'global domination' and with 2 billion people living in India today, it's just a matter of time before they all decide to leave the most over populated, the most polluted and the most corrupt country on the planet, and move to Canada!

In the last 4 years I have been nearly hit by Indian immigrant drivers who do not obey traffic laws in Ontario. I have met drivers driving the wrong way on way streets Indian, Drivers making illegal U turns and nearly hitting me Indian, drivers who change lanes in the middle of intersection Indian, every time my phone rings there is an Indian pretending to be CRA, or Amazon trying to scam money. Every fast food place is staffed by Indians who barely speak English can't be understood and fuck up the order. I have Indian customer ask me to break the law and carry more passengers than there are seat belts in my van I am tired of it I am tired having to compete against international students who come here on student visa's to study at some scam diploma mill college but not go to any classes and drive Uber. I am tired of having to play by the rules and compete with people who say fuck the rules. So don't let the door hit you fuckers on the way out.

Now not only immigrants but also Canadian-born citizens are fleeing Canada, which has been systematically and in every sense turned into a disgraceful, unbearable and unlivable country by the state itself, without even looking back, and they are now leaving Canada in droves. Canada has now been transformed into a country of disappointment and regret, and it is no longer those who come to Canada, but on the contrary, those who manage to escape from Canada who feel happy and safe. The basis of these wholesale escapes is that they are very arrogant, very educated, and very conscious. The Canadian State, which is completely the enemy of the people and society, not Canadians and Canadianness, has a bad record regarding serious human rights violations. Moreover, the overwhelming majority of the people in Canada are not very conscious, well-read, or very educated, in fact, many of them are so incapable of seeing the realities right under their noses that they smoke marijuana, they are an uneducated, ignorant, apolitical and unresponsive mass. In Canada today, only 30 percent of the population is a university graduate and in Canada with a population of 40 million, only 2 million people are studying at universities today, and those who graduate do not stay in Canada anyway, those who receive their diplomas immediately go to America. Last year, Trudeau did not announce for nothing that he would accept 5,000 healthcare workers, including doctors, from abroad as immigrants, who would stay in a country that is so anti-democratic, discriminatory, hopeless and insecure, and those who have not yet gone are already making plans to go, which is why they are still here. Let's forget about university, 4.1 million people in Canada do not even have a high school degree, and the rate of students who start high school and drop out is 13 percent.

I would consider watching the whole video if you turned the music off. I can't take it seriously when you've got mood music continually going in the background. Plus, my attention is divided between trying to hear what you're saying and the music going on. What are you trying to offer? Music for people to enjoy or a commentary of information you would like to share? Now anyone with a pre- degree pass and without any skill or special\nqualification can freely go aboard under the cover of higher education but with the sole aim of immi -\ngration or getting a PR. For this, they have to raise bank loans at big interests and mortgaging their dwelling houses,. To get a student visa and to pay the school fees etc the money the agents are \nin the range of Rs 50 - 60 lakhs. The increase in the student immigrants population in the host countries was so unprecedented and so enormous that they heavily impacted on their economy and made considerable strain in the housing, supply and employment sectors and it in turn has developed local resentment and raised anger and\nanimosity against the immigrants. This calls for urgent review by the governments on the present policy of unrestricted export of student community abroad.

finally. temporary means temporary. time to leave. we arent going to feel bad for you because you adjusted to canada and now you have to go back to india. its astonishing that they feel entitled to stay or they think temporary turns into permanent. wild

I’m a Korean American who has lived here my entire life since birth. I have lived in many other places and the thing about immigrants is they ALWAYS share the same traits wherever they go. \nI live in an affluent area and whenever the immigrants from poor countries come in they all do the same things…throw trash and litter everywhere, the attitude of “I made it just like you therefore I deserved to be treated like a king”..telling them to turn down the music at 2am and not understanding why so instead you are met with argumentative resistance instead of them just saying “hey we’re sorry won’t happen again, we don’t want to be that guy in this neighborhood. Our apologies” but nope. They continue to do it night after night and the audacity to even get angry. The crowding of all of their families in disrepspectful ways such as cutting in line while everyone else is patiently waiting, if there is free samples of food, they will group up and annihilate whatever they are offering not even caring about anyone else but their own. Leaving a very bad image for us East Asians when people from the red flag dragon nation come in droves. Being extremely loud in public while talking about petty nonsensical things most times but they yell and laugh not caring whoever else is around. Even if the room is quiet they have zero situational awareness, never putting things back when they grab them from stores or gym etc. they expect someone to pickup and do this for them. The entitlement ?….if something is on sale they don’t understand to take just one or two, they have to take the entire box so no one else can get it. \nI his list never ends and they don’t understand why people don’t want them living in their countries. It’s not just Germany it’s everywhere. \nHow do you expect people to like you when you make it difficult to do so.

Agree with the mass immigration has screwed things up...I am PR turned Canadian citizen now....the things are gone worse in last 2 years....I am not against immigration as I am PR immigrant too...certainly Canada needs skilled workers but the things getting worse by mass immigration masking skilled work immigration...Woking hard contributing to the society and country all it matters...but I can't see all my tax money going to refugees and asylums....this should stop.. immigration needs to be halted and country should go to repair mode else it would a let down for future generations and there is no stop for Canadians migrating to other countries for better life...india thought culture to the world...whats going wrong...respecting culture and people is what we indians are...

Sorry to say that but Indians are very corrupt, they are trying to cheat any system or any rule. They are the ones behind all kinds of illegal implementations on: Immigration(selling jobs which is illegal), banking system(forging income documents to get high Mortgages from banks), cheating on documents(like fake school letter of acceptances or fake banking statements) and exams(offering to enter exams on behalf of others with a charge). These are not general considerations, I personally am in the know of all these examples myself and I am hearing many others. \nAdditionally they are disrupting the labor market by lowering life standards. To be specific, there are many indians, living 10-20 people in the same home, lowering their life costs, then going to businesses offering for a much lower salaries, hourly wages since their living costs are considerably low. This is not a fair competition, you can not expect people to live in barracks, just to be able to compete. this is disrupting social life.\nThe pooping and these kinds of senitary examples are just the icing on the cake. \n\nFinally, the indian community are not trying to come in to Canada and be a part of the community and the system, instead they are trying to turn this country into India, which they are running from in the first place. \n\nCanadians are nice yes, but any sound person should react accordingly if their kindness is abused. \nOfficial are needed to take actions on this, since I don't expect the Indian comm unity to behave.

I think that what you are describing is the case in most western traditionally European countries. I also think that is on purpose. I live in the US and have my entire life, I'm in my 50's (let's just leave that there!). the same can be said for many places in this country. I've lived in newengland my whole life. it used to be considered the benchmark when I was growing up in the 70's and 80's , as far as cost of living , cost to buy a home , wages and job opportunities , quality of life, safety. its not the case now. I did recently move to extreme northern new England this year as southern New England where I grew up and my family is , too crowed, too expensive etc. I am within 1-5 miles of Canadian border where I am now, but still in US! I do have a current passport, just renewed it and plan to visit NB and Quebec City and hopefully PEI . I do live in a very rural area with low population currently. farming and timber are main industries here. not a lot going on, but at my age I really enjoy it. reminds me of how things used to be when I was growing up 40 years ago! people and even young people are polite and decent here, no traffic. its a bubble, but we are 500 miles from the chaos to the south. We had not communicated in a long time BUT... I think you were surprized how much you enjoyed to exploration of Russia a few years ago but quality of life was very good then but even better now, but retaining the unmatched access to culture, very low cost of living much lower crime rate than Canada/US/Europe, and cost of living about 1/10th of Canada, great health and easy to get a residency and citizenship due to being from Ukraine originally. For your travels, it is a little more complicated due to US sanctions but from here in St Petersburg it is really easy to travel by bus to Estonia and fly anywhere in the world. Estonia is the cheapest cost of living in the Baltic. I have flown to California several times using that route and to London the flight is $50 euros. \nAlthough you explored a lot here there is so much more to see and experience.\nThere is no doubt the western countries that relied on cheap labor and resources from colonies are all in a downward spiral and the east is rising. All the BRICS countries have positive growth in quality life and economic growth and a total of 108 countries have either applied or expressed serious interest in joining the largest trade block in history while the US empire fades at an accellerating rate. I would not go back the the crime, homelessness, anger, poverty of the US but have family business to take care of every 4-5 years. The decline is not a temporary downturn, the banking collaps that is accelerating now and impossible to pay back debt, it is really sad to see how the US is turning out. When growing up in California we had everything , really the golden state but is a wreck now. What is needed to teach escape velocity is firstly, courage. Secondly, you need insurance coverage. You can be ruined just by going for a day trip from Canada to USA if you would have a car accident or a heart attack while abroad. This is very serious. Secondly, once you are old, living abroad might turn out to be impossible just because of health care coverage. The book millionaire expat ( everybody should read it) gives you an insight of where you can retire and for how much.

I came back to Canada in 2022 after 20 years living abroad, and it's been a mixed bag. Getting a good job is extremely difficult as international experience is rarely factored into potential employers decisions to hire - even if the companies you've worked for are Fortune 500. If you didn't work for that company in Canada, good luck getting the same position. You'll be working in a junior position despite your previous job title. My wife is currently going through this. She went from Project Manager at one for largest companies in the world to junior developer at a small company. Pay is.......not great.\n\nI've been lucky with having a lot of support of family and friends. A lot of the clients I've started to work with in my profession came through people I know. I never would have got these opportunities on my own in that amount of time. It would have taken years. Nepotism played a big part.\n\nTo come to Canada, and start a new life without a solid support system would be absolutely brutal right now. I got really lucky, but my situation isn't normal. I wouldn't recommend anyone (Canadian or immigrant) to come back right now if they're been gone for a long time. The rent alone is enough to turn anyone away.

From Poland. Arrived yo Canada at the end of 2020. I am nearing my 4th year here, in a small village. I arrived with my 6-year-old daughter to begin my writing career. Now, 40% of my daughter's childhood has been spent here and I I go to court soon to fight for my child to be returned home to me. After nearly one year- a year of financial hardship because I have to travel without a driver's license and without a group of friends to drive me- I have my very first hearing with a judge in Youth Court in a matter that has no foundation to begin with, follows no rule of law, and acts arbitrarily. My child whom I homeschooled to the praise of the provincial ministry of education and was following a classical liberal arts education path that had her outpacing students in the province was entrusted to the care of a Child Services company (that has a record of placements that have resulted in child murders). My child's life has been irrevocably upset to say the least. NO ONE LEAVING CANADA GIVES THIS STORY AS A RESON FOR QUITTING THIS COUNTRY. I guess no Canadians care about their children like I do my precious gift from God. True, O come from the former Soviet Union where Marshal Law (Emergency Measures Act) were commonplace. I lived through two in Canada in 4 years: one Federal, and one through Provincial Youth Court where I await my turn to see a judge after my daughter was removed from my care. People do not know they have no biological ownership of their children, because I guess few Canadians value their children to care about their own laws. But these laws also apply to immigrants too. What money was taken from me during the move and resettlement, the government takes by creating more expenses for me than I could ever imagine or budget for. Emotionally, I am a wreck. Rather than commencing my writing career, I have been seeking low-income lawyers, reading the provincial law on Youth Protection, filing complaints within a circular system (the watchdog is part of the system not outside of it) and preparing all evidence to prove I have done nothing wrong [just like in communist rule]. Have you ever given any thought to the difficulties in proving your innocence? \nNO ONESEEMS AWARE OF THIS DETERENT TO BRINGING CHILDREN TO CANADA. NO ONE. IT IS THE ONLY ONE I COULD NOT PLAN FOR. All other complaints like the economy, or the weather, or inflation I have survived. But taking away my child, my reason to settle in Canada for a life of freedom for her, my legacy, was unthinkable. People ask me in this small village where is my daughter. Their rosy cheeks become snow white when I tell them. Canadians here are unaware and scared like cattle in a thunder storm. Many are addicted to welfare payments, cannabis, prescription drugs, and television. They all seem to be waiting in a pen of fear. I am stuck here now, with little financial resource to fight for my child's life. It is unfortunate that no one will read my comment because it is an inscrutable wall of text or too frightening. Unless someone reads it, no help will come for my daughter. (Because she is a dual citizen, the local Polish Ambassador will not step in - another drawback for having a Canadian passport). Canada is no longer great. As a third generation Canadian, I was always so proud of my citizenship and thought I was lucky to have been born in the best country in the world. Well, I no longer feel that way. This country is turning into a third world shithole. I want to leave sooo bad but where would I go? I'm 59 but If I were younger I would leave. I've been here (Canada) all of my life, and I would not want to live anywhere else on this planet. Everywhere has its pluses and minuses, and things will eventually turn around. As for you, this is great, you're young, the nature/definition of work has drastically changed since I was your age, so yes, I whole heartly agree, go out and make your mark, explore and enjoy what the world has to offer.

Using Trump as a stepping stone, Progressives used COVID as a lever to force BLM politics on everyone, and it was a complete failure. Drug enablement, defund the police, open borders, Universal Basic Income (Disguised as CERB)... they had no intention of bringing the economy back online, they wanted to move toward socialism and had no issue burning through tax payer money to get there. Paid off their friends, invested in imaginary solutions to imaginary problems, shutdown all the resource industries to save the planet... Drug addiciton, homelessness, poverty, police harrassment... in an attempt to solve the George Floyd problem, Trudeau has turned everyone in him.\nProgressive have no concept of supply chain management. The fact that Trudeau just won't step down because he believes he's morally superior than the 80% of the country that admits to disliking him just demonstrates how far they'll go to push what's best for us, whether we want it or not. \nThe entire federal Government is essentially in shambles and inoperable at this point. The only thing it accelerates at is covering up it's own crimes and creating propaganda.

Since the prime minister took over he has destroyed Canada and that is a shame. I loved going to Canada when I was a kid because it was so clean. The USA is also turning into Canada. I am afraid when I retire I will have to leave the country I love and move to a cheaper country like Philippines.

I grew up in Canada..Calgary to be more specific. I have now been away for 10 years, living in Chile. I go visit every couple of years and I understand completely, id have a hard time moving back. Maybe for people who have arrived in the last few years it seems fine, but for the rest of us that remeber how it was 15, 20 or 30 years ago..its a shocking change. The big cities are full of drugs and homeless, which increases crime. Its expensive and good jobs are hard to come by. It seems to me 2015 was the turning point and only these last 2 or 3 years are Canadians realizing the mess that has been created.

To answer the question with another question, why do you think that adding 10 million immigrants to a country with a relatively small population in just 11 years was going to turn out well? \n\n10 million is roughly one-third of what Canada's population was 11 years ago. It is one-quarter of today's population. How was this not going to cause housing shortages and stress the social/health and education systems, overcrowd schools, and clog roads and public transport? How was it not going to grow homelessness and tent cities?\n\n10 million in 11 years were simply too many people in too short a time period. One has to ask whether this was deliberate or whether the federal government is lacking in powers of reasoning. I suspect both.

Its NOT Anti Immigration. Its the rise of unwanted people. totally different. A lot is out fault, Because if the potential immigrants were told, You need a skill, You need proof you can support yourself, If you commit ANY crime, your out. Plus you get Zero benefits, Till you pay UK Tax, for ten years, And even then No Dole payments, Most people would go with this. But in the meantime, We need a Referendum on The Boats, Which should be turned around by our Navy. Or Marines !

It's because everywhere in Canada is turning into India. Our ways are being bulldozed out of existence by their ways. It's not all bad. But people want to be able to live the lifestyle they grew up with. Restaurants and bars being bought up and all turned into Indian restaurants. 30 within 4 blocks is ridiculous. All i hear when I go out for a walk is obnoxiously loud Indian music. To be clear, I love Indian culture, food, customs and views on family. But I think it's so important for Canada's identity to keep a variety and not have 1 culture with no interest in co-existing with the beautiful blend that is Canada.

The strain on the public health care system is outrageous and the tables have turned. Canada is sliding into a third world country. Go to the E R department anywhere in your city and look around and see for yourself. Not many English or French speaking people crowded in the waiting rooms waiting double digit hours to seek medical aid. Very grim situation and that is the reality here folks.

A lot of applicants are tricked into getting student visas by recruiters into going to Canada for the promises which turned out to be just promised when they get there. Canada has to be stringent on its immigration laws to prevent scumbags from getting rich out of people's despirate hopes and dreams.

As an Indian immigrant myself, I have tremendous sympathy for Canadians. \n\nThe so called diploma mills were always a danger but online classes during covid meant they could quadruple their attendance (and thus, their bottom line). The degrees offered by these colleges are worthless and that's why anyone who's moved to Canada in the last 4-5 years is finding it difficult to get meaningful employment.\n\nOn the other side, the Canadian dream really is sold as a cheaper and safer alternative to the American Dream. This is especially rampant in the state of Punjab where people from villages sell their ancestral property to move to Canada as students only to find the stalemate that is the job sector.\n\nThis in turn puts pressure on the economy, the housing market, and the welfare programmes. I think the immigration needs to halt for a while. A LOT of students are lacking in technical and linguistic skills to propel the Canadian economy and society forward and they'll need to not be given Permanent Residencies. PR should go to highly skilled immigrants who are integrating into the Canadian society instead of turning Brampton into mini India.

HA and Canadian border patrol gave me such a hard time bcs I forgot to sign my new passport and my friend had his birth certificate and wouldn't accept it until after giving us shit, like telling us were going to have to turn around and asked us 100 questions. all we were doing is driving to Alaska. this was in 2018

Context:\n\nAround a year or two ago driving back home with some friends after visiting Niagara Falls, we were pulled over because my car’s headlights were off. I didn’t stop immediately when they turned their police lights on because I didn’t think I did anything wrong but did eventually pull over after realizing they were indeed trying to pull me over. \n\nAfter I pulled over, two officers quickly got out and one of them rushed to my passenger side mirror and very aggressively yelled at me, “why didn’t you pull over” etc. I was very surprised by his reaction and quickly explained that I was a fairly new driver (about 6 months of driving experience at the time). He went away for a few seconds to cool off and later apologized for his behavior (very respectable).\n\nMain Focus:\n\nNow, the interesting part is while the officer was cooling off, the other officer wanted not just my ID but everyone else’s’ in my car as well. I still to this day do not think that is normal, however, I haven’t been pulled over enough to confirm that. Anyways, some of my friends didn’t have officials IDs on them but they did have their student ID. The police wanted that as well. They took a long time to what I assume, conduct a very thorough check on everyone’s ID, making sure nothing is suspicious and everyone is from America. The whole encounter had to be around 20 to 30 minutes long, it was very very long. \n\nTakeaway:\n\nFrom what I experienced that day, I strongly believe that people were at least crossing the northern border around 1 year ago and most likely even earlier. There are bus services that go straight to NYC from Buffalo which is right across the border from Canada to the US. However, I’m not sure if you need ID to use those services. \n\nFor those who read this comment, use this information however you will, I hope it helps even just a little in making some sort of change. \n\nHopefully, there won’t be an increase on how long it takes me to get past border patrol to Canada and back ?. I also hope that our taxes decrease because too much of it are being payed for services to aliens when some of our locals are still stuck in the streets.
