Love all the support, from a proud Canadian! To the American people, we still love and respect all of you! Even the ones who want to annex us and call us a 3rd world country even though it’s hard in these times

I am absolutely outraged what Trump is doing. We the People of the United States as A Democrat never Voted for a Felon to the Whitehouse. Trump wanted to be President so he wouldn’t do Time. \nHe won’t even disclose what is in the Epstein Files because he was part of it. He had these young girls at Mar O Lago. \nI STAND WITH UKRAINE, PALESTINE, CANADA, MEXICO AND ALL EUROPEAN LEADERS TO STAND UP TO TRUMP AND HIS IDIOTIC VICE PRESIDENT WHO WAS NOTHING BUT A WAR PHOTOGRAPHER AND DID NO COMBAT FIGHTING HE OVER FLATED HIS MILITARY RECORD. AS A FORMER NAVY CORPSMAN DEPLOYED TO OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM AND OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOMS I SAW WHAT ROLE EVERYONE PLAYED. WE CAN PROTECT OURSELVES AND THE UNIT BY FIRING OUR WEAPONS BUT WILL NEED TO GIVE LIFE SAVING CARE. \nTrump Needs to see how he is treating leaders in these countries and I tell Canada Turn the Power off in New York and any other State to prove a point and charge leaders an exorbitant amount of money for using Fuel from Canada.

The man who was supposed to protect this country put it in peril, because of his recklessness and impulsiveness. It was like an abusive father ruling the family by fear and violent behavior. That was the consequence of New York’s warning getting ignored. Next time, we know it will be worse. Make no mistake: the twice-impeached, 4-time indicted Donald Trump is still a fool. But we can’t let our fellow Americans write him off like one. Evil thrives in the shadow of dismissive mockery, which is why we must take the danger of Donald Trump very seriously. So today we issue another warning. From this place where Abraham Lincoln spoke — right here in the beating heart of New York — to the rest of America: This is our last chance. Democracy won’t survive the return of a wannabe dictator. And it won’t overcome evil if we are divided. So what do we do about it? I know I’m preaching to the choir here. What we’re doing today is valuable, but we have to take today into tomorrow – take it outside these walls. We have to reach out to the half of our country who have ignored the hazards of Trump and, for whatever reason, support elevating him back into the White House. They’re not stupid, and we must not condemn them for making a stupid choice. Our future doesn’t just depend on us. It depends on them. Let’s reach out to Trump’s followers with respect. Let’s not talk about “democracy.” “Democracy” may be our holy grail, but to others it is just a word, a concept, and in their embrace of Trump, they’ve already turned their backs on it. Let’s talk about right and wrong. Let’s talk about humanity. Let’s talk about kindness. Security for our world. Safety for our families. Decency. Let’s welcome them back. We won’t get them all, but we can get enough to end the nightmare of Trump, and fulfill the mission of this “Stop Trump Summit.””

Make you friends, enemies, and make your enemy, a new best friend. Overnight. For no reasons. At the same time, hurt your own economy and people. I would guess, in much less democratic countries, these are enough reasons to impeach a president.

Yall are sheep. \nEvery country needs imports. But America relies on so many other countries to keep itself going is more than unhealthy. If China and the US went to war, yes, China would suffer. But look around your house, I bet most of it says - Made In China. Point is, Russia started making their own. Yes, the US will always need imports. But did you know over a dozen + countries already have & had tariffs on the US for a LONG time, some are even our “ Allies “. Do you know why they do it? To protect their economy. To protect domestic goods. The short term is always the hardest. But it’s been proven that the long run, tariffs actually help a country’s economy. Also, the US gets shafted when it comes down to a lot of trade deals. Yeah, okay, imports are great… ( If you are getting a good deal )

Did they MAGA? No, so let's move forward from this, America! We ALL need to agree to be American 1st. Our safety is at serious risk, but we can still get the train back on track, if Congress can ALL agree to put America before any other internal disagreement. If The SCOTUS and the Judicial System will do the same. It isn't too late, YET. It's time to right the ship and our allies will support us, if our people will stand up, against the harm that this Administration is doing to ALL of us, as a whole. It's leaking hate into every aspect of our country. In 2024, 75.9% of Canada's total exports went to the United States. \nWas it convenience or laziness that made it so, or Canadians’ trust in America being a fair partner? \nPresident Donald J Trump, you have insulted Canadians and the whole United States will harvest the consequences. \nYou had negotiated the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) to replace the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) calling USMCA the best deal, and recently you called your deal the worst deal. \nYou can be the Manchurian Candidate as much as you want. You seek to destroy Canada. Go ahead, do your worst. Keep being manipulated by the Putin and Musk of the world. \nThis is the last time you will use this closeness between Canada and the USA to hurt Canada this way. Does not matter how long it will take, Canada will diversify its trading practice to foolproof itself from future fools like you, elected to the oval office. \nNeighbours, Canadians will remain, there is no way of moving Canada to a different place on this planet’s map. As an AMERICAN here, I want all of our neighbors to know we love you all but it is time we stop being the most visited, sold to, ridiculed, laughed at, and highest debt country in the world. What everyone forgets is that the us was the leading exporter in the world just a century ago. No one wants to destroy another country. Of course there’s other ways to handle this but even if there was a different way none AMERICANS would still be upset. It’s ok for us to get destroyed and everyone else to prosper

So all the Trumpers are on here acting tough and telling everyone they should leave the US if they don't support the takeover of the US Government by a Russian supporter, convicted felon and sex offender. They have nothing better to say, no real or active solutions and no cares for what this will do to all involved. As a Brazilian, i don't know why Canadians are still trying tho deal with America. It's clearly not a democratic government. Brazil and Canada has dealt for so long, it's time to increase this. Brazil is part of BRICS countries, but it doesn't mean it's not democrat. Why Canadians keep thinking about EU and EUA? So many things have happened and Brazil is now a strong partner. We support Canada against this betray of USA. We have been considered as USA backyard. But that is past. We did it, and now we are strong. Canada needs to open it's eyes to some other better future.

Every Democrat was making the point that only the host country pays for the tariffs that it puts on items. Why is Canada upset? If we have to pay the tariffs. And then canada's answer is to what make their own people pay tariffs, that doesn't make any sense. There market is so small that even if they thought they were doing a trade war, their economy will go bottom up in no time.

It is time for Canada to look at building an infrastructure to help Canada supply sales to other countries. As the USA political system is to insecure, the same as the people the USA elected.

I am a canadian and half my family live in the US... we are not enemies but I am not alone in fearing what America is becoming and the direction it is taking in trade , geo politics and governing philosophy. \nthe people behind project 2025 are not rational old conservatives harking back to a by gone era, they are christian fundementalists enacting a plan to bring about the transformation of the US into a full blown christian theocracy. I really believe that it just comes down to Trump feeling resentment that he will never be part of a perceived 'inner circle' of establishment world leaders. It's probably over that one time when they were caught on a hot mic dissing him with Trudeau kind of leading the pack. Over the years Trump has shown over and over again that he is that petty and all of his decisions have an absolutely childish basis, yet the American people voted him in a second time. I've run out of patience with the American people too. They're not really doing anything about this except saying online that they support Canada just so they can feel a little better about themselves. Yet we still keep selling to the USA. This time is different. In conjunction with the tariffs, we have an American administration that is flat out insulting Canada. Saying we wouldn't exist economically if it wasn't for the USA. It's at a time when the USA won't promise not to use military force to annex land (Greenland) from a decades old ally. A time when clearly Putin is calling in his chips for whatever he has over Donald Trump. Canadians have had enough. We are directing our governments, provincial and federal, to finally, finally break from the north-south trade links. We need to establish stronger east-west trade links. The resources we have are wanted by many countries if the USA does not want them. It does mean much work within Canada. We need to get our AB-BC pipeline finished as well as the new sea terminal so we can ship our crude oil and natural gas to Japan and if need be, to China. We finally need to get out pipeline to the Atlantic coast finished so we can supply the UK and EU with our products. We need to double our rail capacity for shipping potash, uranium, rare minerals to Asia or Europe. Just as Trump hopes for a golden age of American companies coming home and building new plants in the USA, this will be a golden decade for Canada to create transportation corridors to get our resources to other buyers. America will have to look elsewhere for his raw materials. And we all know what that is - RUSSIA. They've already offered their rare minerals and crude oil. This is all clearly a well thought out scenario from the people working behind Trump to dismiss America's allies and trading partners - have us turn against the USA - as the excuse to open the door to Russian imports into the USA.
