I have visited the United States many, many MANY, MANY times over the years. I've loved every single visit. The people are warm and lovely....some of your scenery and historic things were more than a joy to behold Would I ever want to move there ? Not even for a second. In fact, sadly, my husband won't even go back for a visit anymore. This is sad to me, but I understand where he is coming from. \nWas sad to say good-bye to our dearest friends who moved to the US, because the job pay and promotion was impossible to say no to. They lasted 2 months and settled for less pay and no promotion to come back home. They found it so weird, that all the new friends they made, thought they were freaks because they didn't own guns. The final straw was when they learned these people were packing when they came to summer barbeques. That was the final straw, and they high-tailed it home. \nIn recent times, a country run by someone I see as a loose cannon, psychopath...makes it a most emphatic NO.

My humble submission will be to stop Immigration for 3 years, and stop student visa to India for 5 years. Things will fall in place.

I am a Canadian but I understand there is no such a thing as a perfect country . Having said that Canada is still one of the best places in the world to live. I see some Canadians saying they are happy you are leaving. These Canadians do not represent their majority of people in Canada. There are racists everywhere in the world including Canada. Have a good journey and find peace regardless of the country you choose to live.

why there should be islamic environment in Canada ? rather any country which is not being called as islamic country? \nYou people should understand that if you are moving to a different country, one need to follow that country rules , respect and adopt their culture but keeping your values high. Religion is part of life but religion should not be life. If educated people like you think in this way , Imagine what others will think. \n\nSo my suggestion is religion is good to follow. but don't make religion as important beyond life. It will neither brings close to god or nor close to a neighbor who is of different religion. It can be any religion per say.\n\nIf you kids should be like kids, then teach them life, not religion. It should be a tiny part of their life but should not be their life. \nAlso think twice why there is hate spread against muslims. There are many more religions are there around the world. Why only Muslims are being hated highly across the world? - You have to ask this question yourself. Sure you will find better answer and reasons for the same. \n\nLast but not least all these are friendly suggestion. Neither I hate any religion nor I love only one and most of my comments are generic and applies to any religion.

I have been in US for 20 years and can understand the experience that you are sharing. Frankly, countries like US and Canada are not for people who can’t do some basic things on their own. \nPeople leave their families and comfort of their home and come to these countries either to earn money, eventually have a good quality life or to provide a good quality education for their kids. If you don’t have a reason good enough to make that move and keep the option of running back home on facing little hardship then there is no way you can live in these countries. Forget about going and living in other countries you can’t even go and live in another state within India. Do you think it’s easy for a North Indian to go and live in South (or vice versa) where they encounter language and culture barriers? \nYou were in much much better situation as you already had PR and didn’t have to go through stress of handling uncertainty on your visa situation based on job.\nTrust me it takes few years for you to get adjusted to new environment, culture, people, food etc. But, as you spend more and more time in these countries you get more accustomed to way of living here and then you become so comfortable with it that you don’t want to go back at all.\nDon’t want to judge anyone but I guess in your case at your age with family already settled in India you didn’t have a solid enough reason to get out of your comfort zone and give time to get used to such big transition in your life

I am not Muslim and I don't live in Canada so I can't completely understand your experience. I'm from a Hindu family and I relate to some of the things you guys have expressed, especially how you guys are worried about your children being raised in a certain environment and the sense of community. Especially, about the kids. America and Canada are scary at this moment. I heard that America is looking at allowing schools to help children to hide their decision regarding their gender etc., from their parents, and there is so much more being taught in schools that go against certain cultures and belief system but also it is now separating kids from their parents, creating walls. I also agree with you both that I don't hate or saying that others can't live the way they choose to live but when it is being imposed on your children then it's hard to live in that place. I wish you guys all the best, just wanted to say, I completely get you and bless your family. You have to do what is right for you and your children and you have to go where you are most comfortable and happy<3. We all are different and we all have our ways and we all deserve to be living in a place where we can be safe to continue our traditions and cultures, to help it live on, our children will carry that forward and it's important. I don't mean to hate but America seems to be morally collapsing and Canada follows America and so does England (it's where I am living). It's scary. Hard. For some of us to survive in a certain environment. It's not for everyone you know.

I can understand all the four reasons especially the influence on children morality, but I don't understand you want to leave because your government supports the genocidal zionists. The best thing to do in this case is to change that, start a new political party if you have to but you should not run away and leave the field for the bad guys.

I'm not Canadian, so I'm very neutral on this topic, but I could not help to be perplexed as I listened to your long video, as I try to understand why are you still living in in Canada if it is such terrible place?! I guess it must be better than the country you were born in , when despite all of the bad things you talk about, you stay there.....

The only point about its a non muslims country… well duh? You guys should’ve know this before moving in? Are we going to dubai complaining its not a Christian country!? What attack on muslims? I need at least 10 links for a news articles talking about this…. But for the rest NO our gov is not pro genocide anywhere, they just have no weight in the war balance, also a big thing people need to consider before moving here is the fact that we are Usa allies. I'm not Muslim, and I completely understand your views and fears. I think you are making the best decision for your family. There are many things in this country and other countries that need to be addressed. Hopefully, in our children's future, all countries will be able to address issues that are unacceptable for different races, religions, and prejudices.

You know... I'll be honest...this is the most honest thing Saudi Arabia has ever said that I heard...I liked this video and for all the idiots saying other people should take in Palestinian people understand you're saying that Israel has the right to occupy and you hide terrorism shielding it with humanitarian refugee support...this is pathetic and the answer Saudi Arabia gave is... honestly if the Prophet Mohammad pbh was alive... he'd be happy with that truthful response...if they be this truthful and righteous then big plans are coming and business too... I'm very impressed and this is the first time I'm impressed with the Arab world...just seeing real honesty here yes!!!!??

I live in NYC, and have been to Canada at least four times, but the last time I was there was quite some time ago. I always had a good thought about Canada, because it seems like some of the problems we have in this city, Canada also has in some way. Right now the city is a complete mess; at post pandemic and with a bit of a recession and a noticeable increase in groceries to basic things like cat food and tissues. That's not the biggest problem, it really is the legislation or lack of for people who not care for themselves. Those homeless people are almost not helpable and I don't feel threatened by them, but other people definitely do. The way the government has handled these undocumented migrants is a complete disaster and couldn't have come at a worse time. We have a serious housing crisis as well, and people can end up paying for high rent, for not the best places, but they want to live in a certain location. The migrants are coming in at about 60k in the last two weeks. You see mothers with little kids or babies selling candy all over the trains and it's becoming too much. Many see it as a form of child abuse or exploitation and we do not respect it at all. I think they feel we are weak and will just pay double for something we don't need. At one station today I must have be approached 3 times and interrupted 2 times while using my phone. It's just too much and we already have a lot of immigrants here, so I'm not sure where these people believe they will find any meaningful employment and the cold is coming. I wasn't born here, but came legally as an infant. I think the border situation is a disaster and it's obvious to a lot of people that the government lets things happen that will definitely effect citizens in the next couple of decades. The city is crowded enough and I do not know where this is all going, people do not want undocumented migrants house a few hundred feet from a childrens school. I just don't understand how they let this happen....I guess this is how Biden does things and all the groups that cheered buses pulling in when it first started are dwindling down....they just want them passed on to someone elses responsibility, but wouldn't want them as neighborhors necessarily. It's a lot of hypocrisy here. Canada seems better in some places, and the same in others.

First of all, we should be careful with the use of the word “hijrat”. There are countries(I happen to be born and brought up in one of them) where muslims actually have a history of persecution, often resulting in riots, deaths. If you compare with Prophet Mohd. saws’s hijrat, it was a result of prosecution, suffering and life risk. Relatively speaking, sometimes our first world problems may look big, but they’re not really, compared to the state of Muslim lives in other countries. \nI have lived in Dubai(2 yrs), US(8 yrs) and Canada(1+ yr) and I want to say that Canada is a beautiful, diverse country for people from all faiths and backgrounds, so much better than what I have experienced living in the above mentioned countries and my own.\nThe grass is always greener on the other side and often we don’t understand these things until we experience them on our own. Make sure that you guys do extensive research in every aspect of your future lives and not just those top reasons mentioned in your video - for each of the probable countries on your list. May Allah guide you to the right path.

As a native Canadian I totally understand your stand on winter and inflation. As a native Canadian I think we don't inform immigrants and outsiders that winter climate does to alot of people. There is a seasonal affective disorder (very prevelent) in my father's family and even my mother unfailing optimism get's like you fatigue at the very least. Kids love winter but yes as a adult or even a teen many people retreat and feel isolated. As for inflation, I do hope you find a country where the gouvernement(s) aren't denying the insanity that is going on. To be honest, after centuries of being a Quebec native, I have fantasized very heavily about moving myself because even with a good salary things each year since Covid-19 have become just terribly expensive and it affect primarily basic shelter and food needs. It's absurd! Good luck on your way settling where ever you will!

Just remember wherever you guys pick make sure that they speak the same dialect that you do otherwise you're going to have that learning curve of learning their dialects. It is different in a lot of places like learning to speak like the yemeni do is different than the Pakistani. So just keep that in mind. My grandfather is from Yemen and his wife who is my grandmother and my dad's side is from sudan. And they used to tell me it took them a while to understand each other. My Syrian grandmother on my mom's side would teach me words and phrases and my grandpa who was from Yemen would always make fun of me because I wasn't saying stuff right. I'm not really good at speaking Arabic but I can get by so just remember when you guys are picking somewhere to pick a place that won't be that hard to understand people. I'm only saying that because with the kids you guys send the kids to school they may learn a different dialect than what you taught at home and it will be a learning curve for them to try to understand. But I'm sure you guys will make the right decision. I just figured I would throw that in there I'm sure you already know that the dialects are a lot different and Arabic is a lot different in different parts of the world. People think Arabic is all the same and it's really different. Just like people who speak Spanish in South America speak different dialects on the Puerto Ricans just like people in Brazil don't speak Spanish they speak portuguese. Just a thing to think about. Egypt seems to be a pretty good place I have family that live in Egypt and they really liked it but I'm sure you guys will pick a place that's wonderful for your family and I can't wait till you guys know when we can see everything that you guys are doing in your new home Korean and I totally understand I am so upset the United States took the stand that they did with the genocide in Gaza and in the occupied West bank. Please wherever you go, do not come to Pakistan. Even we hear and love Azan on speakers throughtout the day but the political conditions here are so perverse and uncertain that no one's safe. The leadership, political and military, have sold their imaan for the gain of this world. Outlook is very bleak but we Alhmadolillah put our faiths in Allah SWT and understand that He has a plan. But we are used to living in these conditions and will survive inShaaAllah. I was in Turkey for 3 months and loved it! Istanbul was magical, and i loved how so many Muslims from across the Muslim world lived there. There were Libyan's, Syrian's, Bosnians, Afghans, Africans - very diverse! I stopped to pray in Ottoman era mosques for every salah and met wonderful Turkish brothers who invited me for soup, tea/coffee. Their hospitatlity is well known! The city never sleeps and every shop is open with families out and about, islamic shops selling Islamic clothing, halal food is nothing to think about again. The other good thing was that there was always something to do. Fajr at Aya Sofya, Juma at Sultan Ahmed mosque, a taxi to Eyub Sultan, then to a religious neighbourhood of Fatih, amazing architecture, great food, affordable and safe. The only negatives were traffic and pollution, but given Istanbul's population, that was understandable. It was also summer and peak season. Also, you can literally cross into Europe and then Asia by ferry. Its to die for. Other parts of Turkey are also great to visit. The blacksea cost is stunning as an example in point and more natural mountainous beauty over city living. Turkey is a great option if you haven't already thought of it and if youre a fan of Erdogan, its a good place to visit and invest in

My family moved 22 years ago from Mumbai to Toronto…while the struggles said on your channel are real, there are also perks which I feel like you didn’t get to experience. If people have good jobs, stable family life then DON’T move…culture shock is huge that people moving from India don’t consider, just by wearing and eating western food doesn’t make you western! \nThere are sacrifices to be expected which you don’t realized as your great grandparents or grandparents might have made when they started out! \nMoving to another country is never easy, unless you’re loaded with $$$. People in India are lazy as they have people working for them and don’t realize how difficult it is living outside of that lifestyle (not everyone in India can afford housekeepers, cleaners). Being independent and doing things on your own has its own positive (just need to figure it out). \n\nI have worked in healthcare for 16 years and let me tell you…social system works better as everyone gets the health service without being judged about $$. Healthcare is based on priority around the world but people don’t understand this as they feel like their problem should be attended first no matter what! \nNot all drugs are legal in Canada, marijuana is legal though with acceptable limits…you probably were misinformed about drugs! Teach your kids about right /wrong when it comes to drugs, smoking, alcohol and that’s the best you can do! I know people who live in India and do all that which you mentioned you were worried about for your kids. \n\nWhat you experienced was a classic case of culture shock and your expectations didn’t match the reality! Moving away from family, changing lifestyle and being responsible adult (doing things on your own rather than relying on workers) is difficult but doesn’t make the country bad that have you an opportunity to settle! Don’t take things for granted even while you live in India…appreciate the effort that goes into everything- keeping roads clean, people working hard, etc. \n\nBest advice I can give to those considering moving to any foreign country is: Keep an open mind, be ready to work hard and visit the country you want to move to before you make the grave decision of uprooting everything! Things usually turn around and get better after 5 years mark- focus on upgrading your education if you have a basic degree from India (even you know how competitive things are in India, so how can western world not be!)\n\nBeing vegetarian- things are tough when it comes to food but living in Toronto has never been an issue. Even people living in India avoid outside food due to hygiene reason which is not a problem in Canada as food inspection is pretty strict (having worked with ministry of health). \nCities like Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc has variety of food options (including veg)…just have to be really open to trying other cultural food (Asian, Mediterranean, Italian,Mexican, etc). My parents are strict vegetarians and have never truly struggled when they are out. \n\nCost of living is definitely higher as the standard living is higher compared to India. Education (until grade 12) and healthcare are free (in reality, you pay tax for it), you get pension when you retire (based on your contributions and type of jobs you had)…you failed to navigate the system and I will say having family around is why you didn’t take opportunity to explore and learn on your own. \n\nPlease don’t come to Canada and make life difficult for other Indians who choose to willingly accept the culture and lifestyle here after going through this hardship- cost of living and housing has gone up dramatically in major cities because of immigration influx! If you’re serious about moving and putting up, only then move! Otherwise all the best for your future endeavours!

I'm American and I have met many (hostile) Canadians over the past 20 years who do not hide their anti-American points of view. One thing many Canadians seem to think is that they are smarter than Americans and cite PISA scores as evidence. What most Canadians do not seem to understand, however, is that more than 50% of their HQP (Highly Qualified Personnel) which includes their engineers, scientists, and doctors, are from East Asia. These people are their #1 import, and with them they bring higher IQs and a culture centered around education. As for the US, unskilled/uneducated migrants from the Middle East, Africa and Latin America are our #1 import. All in all, White suburban Canadians and White suburban Americans are identical in terms of academia. And no Canadians, you are not 'bilingual' in that everyone speaks French in addition to English. Your government declares Canada bilingual because it names both English and French the official/national languages of Canada. A vast majority of Canadians, however, do not speak French fluently and the number of Canadians who do speak it is in decline. Simply Google it. It's all there.

Prices went up after covid EVERYWHERE. It's a global issue. I understand the lack of affordability as a reason for leaving because I live in California and I can't afford a house. I'm retiring without one so I have nothing to sell to downsize. Since I refuse to live in areas of the US that I can afford due to those states authoritarian governments and support of authoritarian regime I'm planning on leaving ASAP. Things are changing all over the world, however, and my that's affecting my plans.

I'm Canadian and cannot understand why ANYONE would EVER want to move to the US. Where you can be shot at anytime, where social injustice reins and racism rules. Where the country is heading for fascism. Give me peaceful, polite beautiful, free Canada (did I mention safe?) any day and I will happily pay more for groceries, YES there are some things that need changing, but that requires voters who actually want improvements.

Life is tough here in Canada. Economy is stagnant, things aren't working, crime rate is up, healthcare is in decline, politics is abysmal. I can understand and don't blame Canadians who want to leave. But I have hope that things will change for the better.

Nice video. If you are moving to any western /developed country, you need to be able to do things by yourself. If you are someone who prefers domestic helps, cook etc. Then believe me, these countries are not for you. The key is to understand what is priority for you in life. If it is cleanliness, safety, good infrastructure, health care, children education and their future, then go for it. If you are the lazy kinds who prefers luxury and rely on others to do daily household chores, very attached to friends, relatives, enjoy going out and eating in Indian restaurants, not ready to be patient and willing to slog for the initial few years then any of these developed countries is not for you. Entirely depends on what are your priorities in life are.\nAgain these countries are good for the tradies - electricians, mechanics, plumbers etc. These guys can make a fortune here. So, for all those tradies whose priority is to earn money, yes these countries are good for you.

Like you, I know someone happy with their job, location, medical care and opportunities, but they are also very uncomfortable with the political situation - I'll just say it - Republicans. You need only look at Trump and its followers. Guns over lives (including kids), billionaires over poor, religion over others' freedoms (gay/trans/abortion, etc), mass spread of misinformation (Fox news, OAN, etc) and a personal selfishness and anger which was made very clear during COVID times. It makes them feel like they are walking on eggshells, at least compared to Canada where they lived before and people would look out for each other more (even if they didn't know them). They like the weather, job, opportunities, the USD buying power, and their friends, among many other things, but it just feels excessively risky to them dealing with the combinations of these things. I can completely understand why they and others might want to leave the US.

I'm confused about something, I understand they don't have free healthcare in the USA. Do they have to pay for their medications too? I know we pay a lil here, but it's next to nothing. I pay $6, for a flovent asthma inhaler and $3 for ventolin. I looked at their pricelist and it was almost $300 for flovent and $80 for ventolin. I feel so bad for the American people. Having to choose between if I can breathe or not, must be one of the most horrific things to have to worry about.

I came here as a student back in 2017 it took me more than 5 years to understand the system.. I lost so many things after all this years.. Now things have changed for everyone.. My time has come to live my rest of my life in a better place...

I am a very old stock Canadian and I fully understand the immigrant who leaves Canada. The federal government for to long has had its focus on international affairs like global warming and not on internal affairs. Now Canadians health care, housing and economic are a mess. The only thing that keeps the nation afloat is the hydrocarbon industry. An industry that gets nothing but abuse from Ottawa. Canada need change on many fronts but it’s not happening. In a decade I won’t be surprised to see Canada be asked to leave the G7.
