Only boring people would say that Canada is boring. \n\nThey have all the same industries/places/activities as any other first world country to spend your money on, and if you are an adventurous outdoors type of person, you are in heaven with so many types of terrain to explore.\n\nI agree with all the other points, I was born in Canada and luckily got out just before the pandemic started and inflation and cost of living sky rocketed, and Trudeau showed his true colors has a wanna be DICKtator with mandates and lockdowns. Its shame what is going on in Canada. This is exploitation of the students and their families back home, who are seeking better life for their kids. It is the responsibility of the Canadian government both federal and provincial to stop it. I know of one family where the person had a heart attack because he went in to debt to pay for their daughter's education in Ontario. Once your are sucked into this system, it is very hard back out.

I’m not being rude however I’ve never understood why immigrants say they come to the US for a better lifestyle when essentially majority of immigrants hold a prestigious skill in their country only to relocate to the US & become a janitor cook are something beneath what they were doing living a comfortable life just to live like a homeless person coming to America ?? are Canada ?? are anywhere. I was born here in Canada and in the last 5 years almost every new person I met was new to Canada. Every time I ask them why they came and it's the same answer every time. They got sold a dream of beautiful life in a clean country, but they don't realize it's all a dream and not realistic.

Nothing is the way it was years ago ,Today our society has changed , Certain things that were accepted years ago are no longer accepted in todays society .Its new Governments and new Generations of people that think differently than the ones in the past .Things are different ,Besides that, you cant blame people of today for things that happened in the past by people the generations of today didnt even know. That isnt in any way even fathomable. But if there is hate floating around Canada for some ,maybe the hate isnt for the race of the people, but for the individual and their behavior towards others. When someone is angry at someone else for whatever reason and they know nothing about that person ,BUT,they feel they need some form of revenge They call names in anger of what little they see or do know about that person ,Usually its just appearance ,race, nationality. But I dont get this one?? Black people say they dont want anybody using the big bad N word ??? I cant figure that one out because they use it themselves everyday , It seems they like it ? If they didnt , they wouldnt use it at all and eventually it would be forgotten if the new generations coming up dont ever hear it being used.

It is a painfully hard documentary to watch and to witness. We are a great country that can offer so much to world and to these kids. How did we get to this, is greed the only answer . What jobs is this guy talking about? Do a job search. There is no manufacturing in Canada. If any are kept in North America will go to Mexico. White people blame China where people are willing to work hard for less and no union formation or complaints. He does not mention the fees visa students pay which is 5 times Canadian Students pay at university or college is used to offset Canadian students so they pay low tuition fees. Knowing the real reason Canada needs visa and immigrants and how much money it generates just by the application fee, immigrants and visa students don't owe Canada nothing and other countries should adopt the same strategy to attract immigrants. Unfortunately the majority of Canadians are English, Scottish, and Irish which are racist blaming Canada's economic and job problems on immigrants. The majority think they are entitled and ignorant and arrogant. That's why they are called mange cake and Malakas and other names by immigrant groups. That is why you have China towns, Greek towns, Italian, Portuguese, INDIA , Jewish and other ethnic towns and ethnic communities don't visit small white towns or move to other provinces. Canada clean up your problem.

Something else us taxpayers are going to pay for well the politicians slap themselves on the back thinking how much of a good person they are as they walk by a homeless person they had a hand in putting on the street.

Who will stop this unfettered invasion by cultures that have no respect for our norms, mores, & way of life?! I live in a city neighbourhood that is immigrant central & can say confidently from immediate & personal experience that the majority here are not fleeing anything, popping from country to country to grab money & send it back home then, when they have enough, they retire back to their homeland. Most have no respect for private property nor for any of the norms of a polite society, they don't even wish to learn our language sufficiently to understand & respond. Most of my life I supported immigration but not this way, not with zero oversight. All political parties support it for the sake of getting more votes but the Liberals are the worst.

Plz do more efforts to bring some more light on these collages tuition fees for international students because being an punjabi i have seen and heard many cases of sucides in Canada. Sad story really, but there are many other international students who get it even worse. At least Indian students speak English, have a very large support community in Canada (where pretty much every other person is from India). I only speak because I know. Try coming to this land with no English and no connections at all ...and from a small country in South America, then you really are in trouble.

Personally Ontario is extremely expensive. Our bills as a family of 3 is $5600 a month, our rent is $2100 and our utilities are $600 a month. We make above average wage but not enough to pay our bills without side hustles. We’re looking into moving to New Brunswick or Nova Scotia to have a better quality of life as we’ve seen many People from Ontario do recently!

It hasn't been easy but for blacks, life before BLM was encouraging blacks to attend college and get great jobs and the people in these companies accepted and even made friends with them. These motivated blacks were a minority though and the reality is that many backs wasted their life wanting to be rap stars and gangsters...the latter has increased this stupidity a hundred fold since BLM. Stop talking about blacks, how you perceive they are being treated, slavery, reparations and what ever else you have up your sleeve and start focusing on the very youth who will be on this planet when we are are old and helpless..

I think this was a pretty fair assessment in general, you relied on statistics instead of just personal opinion for your rankings. That said, Quebec should not be number one. You somehow got through talking about it without mentioning the fact that it is a French province. You have to be able to speak French to live there. That’s a major concern if you only know English. As much as I want to put my home province of Saskatchewan at the top (though on a side note I think it should be higher, your main argument against it was the crime rate, but that’s just in certain areas of the province), Alberta is the best province from an unbiased perspective. Also I think this is a bit unfair to Manitoba as well. \n\nAll things considered though this is a solid list. Good job.

Ranking provinces is a waist of time. It's the cities that are more important and what's nearby. Theres only a handful of cities I'd personally live in. Victoria area, Okanagan area, Kingston area, Barrie/Wasaga/Midland/Collingwood areas, Sault Ste Marie area, or Halifax, The others are either too rainy, too cold, too boring, to big, too far away from other cities or too French.
