I run a small business in Canada and it’s ridiculously difficult to do here right now. Not only is the available labor pool deficient, but energy prices are high and regulations inhibitory. \n\nIt took 10 years of blood, sweat and tears to get to a solid place, and yet some days I still want to throw in my hat because the Canadian government issued another mandatory survey that takes DAYS to fill out, or some other such nonsense.

There is absolutely horrible living in Canada. The country is so freaking cold. Home prices are ridiculously high. It takes 20 years or more to save for a 20% down payment on the purchases of homes. High income and consumption taxes make it impossible to save money. Rents are 2/3 of an individual's monthly income. Food costs are very high due to recent inflation. Most Canadians are unable to pay bills more than $500. Yet, Canada wants to attract more immigrants by promoting this country as a nice country to live.

This cartoon fantasy that every single person has the exact same amount of skills to offer and has the same value and rights is destroying places all over the United States and has been and will continue to hurt Canada. You want people to have equal rights until you literally can’t ride your bike to work because of the amount of people on drugs and homeless on the street/sidewalk is to large to even cross by. The drug problem in the United States and in Canada is off the chain out of control and these people that support rainbows and Drake are going to continue to have poor quality of life in their home they have been living and working in. I doubt Canada is a stable government, freely elected and least corrupt countries is the world.
