My family and I are doing the same thing, and I was born here, looking forward to leaving I'm not upset about it.

It's not just immigrants. Refugees have left Canada and returned to warzones stating they have better odds of surviving there than in Canada. Doctors, Nurses, engineers and businesses are leaving Canada as well due to high costs of living. It doesn't help that Canada today hates competition and has so much bureaucracy keeping the status quo even if it means the entire system will collapse.

As a Canadian, I cannot wait to leave! I hate it here . Currently looking to move to a warmer country, where a loaf of bread doesn’t cost 5-6 dollars.

Outrageous housing costs, depressing winters, insane taxes, garbage woke stuff being pushed schools at all levels. Yeah I don’t blame them for leaving. The only people who it makes sense to come to Canada are people escaping war or something and have no other option ?

They want more immigrants to come with their money, and then they deprive them of their money and their hopes, which they believed, and then they are fed up with lies, high prices, lack of jobs, job discrimination, and double standards. It's not just cost of living. A lot of us had strong beliefs and morals - when you force your lgb propaganda on our children in schools of course we're gonna leave.

I am also an immigrant. My parents moved from germany to canada when I was a toddler. Mom already moved to the states and found a happier life. I really hate this province (quebec) so I am thinking about following my mothers footsteps. I do not blame the other immigrants for choosing to leave. Provinces like this one (quebec) is not the best to live in.

This is good and honest review. You did not succeed because you did not go with that mindset. In my case, I was working in India as a Class I gazetted officer with Govt of India. When I got PR, I resigned from the job, just because I knew there is struggle in Canada. If I have an option, I would have definitely gone back. My Dad and my father-in-law, both Govt officers at that time, were upset with me for resigning. They were OK with me going to Canada, but did not like the idea of leaving such a good job. I did struggle initially and did survival jobs, like working in factories etc, but I DO NOT regret my decision at all. But again, it is individual's choice what is their goal. Mine was to give my kids world's perspective. Now they are free to go anywhere in the world, including India. My elder one 26 and younger one 22, have visited so many countries without taking a single penny from me. Their world view is very balanced ... they are very empathetic - thanks to Canadian education system - including school level.

Communism. Ive heard it from many europeans in canada leaving because they fled socialist countries and are now terrified whats happening here.

Reduce taxes and remove Justin and his allies ASAP who are openly threatening minority religious group and telling them to leave the country. instead of making it welfare state, encourage both parents working families - that also implies improving education and health quality. Tired of waiting for hours to see a glimpse of medical staff at other end. Have no idea where all the tax we are paying is going. Probably for Justin's ski vacations!! Look at the road and transit conditions in any of downtown. Also make RCMP accountable and give them some power to deal with increasing crimes. While making the list I can clearly see - why anyone should even stay here!!

They are leaving maybe due to no housing, highhigh inflation, and tbh in USA they have large communities of their own to help one another. I think your video and the Leaky Bucket study have not addressed the first and major concern why immigrants are leaving. We moved here for our kid's future, the Future of Canada lays on generations to come. Canada is completely falling apart. It's not surprising so many people are leaving including naturally born citizens. We have insane shelter costs, a healthcare system that is beyond broken, low wages, high taxes, rising crime rates everywhere. There is no future for anyone under the age of 30 at all in this country. Canada will be a third world country at the current rate by 2035.
