@nannerfly345 \n1 second ago \nI am a dual, born & raised in Canadian but married an American and have lived in the USA for over 20 years and I believe you must rate any country's HEALTHCARE SYSTEM you should rate it based on ACCESS to the system. When you say America's Healthcare system is great for many but unavailable or nonexistent to a certain segment of the population means America's Healthcare System FAILS. That is just a FACT! Love America but miss Canada every single day.

Im an immigrant here in Canada for 12 years now, but me and my family are happy and we have saved money for the future im so sad it doesn't work for you. Everyone has different experiences, I love my tropical country but I feel safer and contented in Canada anyway im living and working in Edmonton as a red seal welder and grateful for this country for paying me 65 dollars an hour which very impossible to get if im living in my country. My Two boys work as Barbers at their own shop and the youngest is a Nurse... I hope it will work for you two ladies also. Thank you and GoD Bless You ALL!!!

Canada wake up.

Another important factor is that America employers didn’t ask me when I came here from Canada : do you have any American experience? For them, an experience that can make them money is a good experience. However, when I was in Canada no employers were willing to give me an interview because I immigrated to Canada from China with no Canadian experience. Canadian immigration system might be more transparent and better than the American one, but their job market is not that welcoming

Every single sentence in this video is a brief summary of another immigration nightmare that takes another 15 mnutes to explain. Only an immigrant can feel this pain. Oh and btw, if Sanjay brings over his partner while on H1B, the partner does not have the right to work in the US by default. Sanjay has to provide for the whole family. If Sanjay's families are living in India? Choose between the risk of being denied US re-entry, or not visiting them for decades until getting the green card. The choice between US and Canada is a choice amongst family, career, freedom, and affordable housing. You can't have them all. Although that said, life's struggles are not just for immigrants. I suppose everyone faces them in certain forms.

Canada sucks. Mainly because of the cost of living which is causing many immigrants and those who were born in Canada to leave in droves. If you are reading this and are considering moving to Canada don't do it unless you are getting paid at least 90k/year or 120k if you move to a major city.

I love canada my favorite country i’m from America ????❤️✨

I'm a former H1-B living in Canada and I look forward to going back to the U.S. I love Canada, but the low wages are low and the cost of living too high.
2023-07-29 0
Canada is not the only county seeing this, and the US not the only country turning it's back on the benifits of immigration. You could have made the exact same video about Ireland vs the UK (except wages in Ireland are far high rather than lower than the UK) Here in Ireland we have long benefitted a great level of immigration fuelling rapid economic growth but since 2016 with Brexit, Trump ect. making it clear that immigrents aren't welcome in some other counrties we have seen a whole new type of immigrent from countries like Mexico where recent graduates seaking work experence in English pick Ireland rather than the US or UK as we have a better immigration system but also a culture which welcomes immigration as an endorcment of our country. Here the more you are proud of you country and culture the more you go out of your way to welcome immigrents who are the living embodyment of your belief that we are the greatest counrty in the world, not the welcome immigrents can expect from nationalists in the US or UK. The big winners here are countries like Canada & Ireland who have recognised that in the 21st Century it's not coal, iron or even oil that brings wealth but rather being able to attract the best & brightest talent in the world.

Lots of assumptions baked in here that are honestly quite offensive or completely inaccurate. This is a great example of data not matching reality. Like sure, those may be the reported numbers, but it simply doesn’t pass the smell test. Not saying the percentage in Canada isn’t higher, but the way you’re presenting this data is simply misleading.

Quit making canada into another over populated mess, we are naturally controlling our pop levels, the flood of immigrants is turning canada into just another over populated mess of a country with an unsustainable population level.
2023-07-29 0
If Canada wants the people coming across the US southern border, they can have them.
2023-07-29 1
Honestly regardless of which is easier to get into, I would always pick Canada over America 100% of the time (for reference I don't live in either so hold zero biases based off me living there)
2023-07-29 0
Another benefit of Canada immegration; ability for other family members to also gain entry.\n\n- Canada is also at the forefront of accepting refugees. For example, Canada has accepted more Ukrainian war refugees than the USA.
2023-07-29 0
I can’t thank you enough. No one here understands nor wants to acknowledge the struggle or repercussions. And I also understand that skilled immigrant problems doesn’t matter to any citizen. For political parties it is not a voting block and it’s an anti-immigrant sentiment for the public anyways. \nIt’s 10 years to the date I’ve been in the US. Paid for Grad school and 100s of thousands of dollars in taxes already (mind you with not 1 benefit that PRs or Citizens get). It will take at least 15 more years in this state of limbo to get a green card! I sometimes feel disappointed in myself that I stayed this long. It takes life experiences to realize money is not life. Canada is calling.

6:54 OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH NNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO making more money that he average born in the country, if he loses his job me may be forced to go back home. also that's a total fucking lie, you can just apply for a green card.\n\nIf you EVEN FUCKING KNEW HOW BAD CANADA has GOTTEN BECAUSE OF UNCONTROLLED IMMIGRATION. We're in an absolute collapse of the healthcare system, (you fucking tout as the best in the world but I as a citizen of 20 years cant get basic heath care. LITTRALY SHAT BLOOD and got told yeah, two YEAR wait list to see a doctor.) The collapse of the housing market, where rent is 2000k+ a month for a Bachler pad. gas is 2.00+ a Liter. \n\nnative Canadians that live here can't afford to live here, because of the immigration policies. \n\nYou don't fucking know. Stop.
2023-07-28 0
This isn’t a good thing. Living in Canada the housing system and healthcare system are extremely stretched they haven’t kept up with the population. Quick population growth isn’t always a good thing
2023-07-28 0
You can be anything in canada except Indigenous, First Nations get oppressed and outnumbered. Immigration should always be a fundamental part of any healthy society but the US and Canada strategically use it to keep Native peoples outnumbered on their own ancestral lands.
2023-07-28 1
People just conveniently ignore the basic conclusion that more immigration means more labour supply, and so lower wages, and it means higher housing demand, so higher home prices. Now Canada has home prices that are too WAY high, and everyone just conveniently ignores a major root cause.\nEdit:\nYes, a lot of people are pointing out zoning policy and NIMBYISM, and while those have a massive effect, we can see from the US, where these things are present to a similar extent but without so much immigration, that this alone can't raise housing prices to Canadian highs.\nEdit 2:\nI'm also not denying that there are legitimate moral arguments you could make in favour of immigration, but the adverse economic effects for the many in favour of the few cannot be denied.
2023-07-28 0
Why train Canadians when you can import American immigration rejects. Lol... I hope you're enjoying it Canada.
2023-07-28 0
Only if Trump comes back. No way am I moving to the US with Biden. Although Canada's just as bad with that egomaniac Trudeau.
2023-07-28 0
Damn. Im right next door in Buffalo. We' obviously have these similar issues in the states. Thankfully my city has been able to dodge the influx as it is happening in nyc, Chicago. Interesting to see it happening to a similar capacity in Canada
2023-07-27 0
As a Canadian, the biggest thing that is an issue is no universal health care. The second big issue is your nut bar gun culture. We have issues in Canada no doubt, but overall I would prefer to stay in my own country. I have been to the US a countless number of times, everywhere from Vermont to Hawaii. There are some nice places and people, but the political climate religious nut cases and gun culture have even turned me off of visiting the US.

Worked in Australia and UK for total of 3 years. Did masters in US and workeer for any years in US. Before moving to Canada.\nFor tech folks, ?? is the best country to live. Cost of living, cheap and quality houses, good weather, jobs, friendly and accepting society. That's how so many Indians became CEO there.\nSubtle racism and smugness exists at all places, never saw in US.\nUS > Canada > UK >= Australia

My dad once said Canada is like america for freedoms but the difference is if they screw something up we learn from that and make it better.
2023-07-26 0
U.s. is not even close to Canada in that respect. We are as different from the United States as England is to France I used to like to visit in the United States I'm not going back

Your 100% right bro, I'm in Canada too.

really, still good to work and live in Canada??
2023-07-24 1
1st, Canada is a vast country, but its living area is getting overpopulated, mostly in the ontarian peninsula & under the 49th parallel (70%) of us. The country has a high level of tax, add up GST, PST, unaffordable housing and lower quality of public services. This video is not really factual. No mention that QC has the lowest rate of crime & Alberta has one of the highest, Ontario has the best job opportunities but QC has the lowest unemployment rate after Manitoba. Quebec has higher tax than 60% of Canadians but has the lowest postsecondary education tuitions, lowest hydro bills, still affordable housing compared with others.

Canada is a beautiful country but it is monotonous
2023-07-21 3
Another reason why Canada has a housing crisis (lack of & expensive) is due to colleges & Universities wanting to make more money from foreign students. On average Vancouver area see's about 8 thousand international students taking up local housing making it hard to find & more expensive !

How you can compare a 38 m in Canada and 5 state to 300 millions people and 50 state in USA and not a land is a continent \nUSA is more big and have 100 more people than Canada \nIf you have small a groupe in small room and have a crowed at the huge stadium witch one is easy to manage\nAnd the average people they get help from the government \nToday they changed all my windows and my two front doors and the roof we don’t pay penny, the gouvernement do it for us

I Canada and USA were the same country I would often got south for better weather. And try to work seasonal work so I could work in Canada maybe paving roads then south for winter

Canada has a very high rate of gun ownership, and increasing gun violence. The guns involved are overwhelmingly from America however.

Please make a video on forced foster care of Canada child welfare system . Many Indian families have to face this issue.

Canadian here. Not a chance. No way. I may leave Canada, but I would never move to US. Ever.

One day all 150 will be taken by Canada government.

To be fair there are also places in Canada where violence is a concern. And even though it is usually not guns, I feel stabbing or clubbing probably hurts as much if not more than a gunshot.
2023-07-18 0
It was a nice one !! You do want to value Canada at the end of the day comparatively but somehow it isn’t exactly a good getaway either…
